Dont reccomend renting from here. They have been telling me a replacement ipad is coming. This has been going on for the past 3 months. They sure as hell dont forget to call you when your payment is due. They absolutely do care about their customers.

Rented a washer dryer paid 110 buck didnt work and kept my money

Does not do things as said they would. Takes too long to get merchandise fixed and delivered back to customer.

I will say the lack of knowledge these guys have in this place. The fact yes we r all human and do forget things but everything. The management here is just as bad. Horrible experience. Furniture only good if it’s new also if you’re waiting for things to get service you’ll wait a couple of months. Go to rent a center better quality customer service

Robin, Kyle and Todd are great to work with! I have received many items over the years from them. Pre-owned and new. If something comes up they will work with you as best as they can and are allowed to help you be able to keep the item. Love these guys!

Have an account here and if it wasnt that Ive already paid so much money on my account I would let them come and get my stuff because they always try and put late fees on your account I do not have auto-pay and they have ran my debit card many times without my permission that put late fees on my account that was not there and may not even being late and refused to take them off they say they cannot do that they just have to keep pushing it to the next week which will end up still making me have to pay it no one seems to know exactly what theyre doing there and I would never recommend this door to anyone.

Your better off going to Aarons. 3rd time waiting all day for them to pick up or deliver something. They give u a time frame and have never been on time. Worst place I have ever dealt with.

My experience was absolutely horrible. While the staff is great in the beginning, they turn around real quick. They get you on reporting to your credit (which is great dont get me wrong), yet when or if you have to return your furniture, or any technology, they wont pick it up instead they charge it on your credit account, and tell you you are out of luck, which is the very words I received, when my two year old daughter had an allergic reaction to a couch we rented, and wanted to switch them out. I suggest going to rent a center, just for the simple fact you arent screwed out of anything in the end.

Ideal with Kyle he is my account manager and he is awesome. Miss Robin is terrific she works with you she is just I cant even explain two words on the type of person she is there is two other more guys there and theyre probably going to shoot me that I forgot their names already but everybody at that store is very polite courteous they are a tentative to you as soon as you walked in the door I am from Michigan and Im going to tell you what they need to come up and teach them people how to approach people that come into their store

Place is HORRIBLE! DONT RENT FROM THEM. They Jack up is charges for payments. Not only do they charge late fees while its an epidemic. The manager Shane is super rude. Doesnt have any customer service experience! Take your money to Aarons or Rent a center! I will no longer do business with Bestway.

That guy Todd is very rude not well spoken about selling there products. He also sits and downplay there own products and will not give you a better option for there products. Just ask well what can I help with nonchalantly!

I love them they do everything they can to get you what you need and are looking for......LOVE THEM ALL ESPECIALLY ROBIN PARSONS

I rented from best way they are very flexable with paymebts and kyle he is a hoot super cool laid back professional staff

Just save the money you would pay out each week and buy whatever you were looking at. Way cheaper.

Its okay, but alot of their rental furniture is badly beat up,at least for the price they charge for renting its beat up or harshly worn I should say. I think the more its worn out the cheaper the rental should be,thats not the case here. The employees are nice and respectful and the store is clean.

Priced way to high and over charged the more products you buy. Staff do not be truthful at all and severe miscommunication. Hate this place
