I used to use this shop for repairs. Recently I came in for gas and was informed I had a nail in my tire. It turns out I had a nail in two tires. I asked if I could write them a check and get it repaired because it was all I had on me. I was told I could not pay with a check as the attendant laughed at me. I didnt find being stranded and having the local repair shop laugh at me and turn me away to be very funny but thats what happened. I was sent away with two flat tires. I wont be back here ever again. Not even for gas.

I have lived in the area for 20+ years and have had most of the servicing done on all my cars here. The mechanics are top notch and are truly a full service shop. I have found their pricing honest and fair (not cheap). They remember the work they have done on my specific cars sometimes years later. Best of all, when they feel they dont have the experience to work on a particular car (old mini cooper), they were upfront and honest about it. I will continue to bring my cars here for servicing.

Small shop with good service. The guys are courteous, quick and dont try to oversell you. Ive had my cars serviced here for quite a few years. Tom is taciturn but precise and helpful. I dont check the gas prices against other stations, Id rather them stay in business and keep such a place. Shop local. Ive even started getting my tires here against Town Fair a few miles away, which was my habitual place.

Toms been great repairing my cars for well decades actually. I think theyre honest, he doesnt make up bogus extra repairs.

I hve been going herr for 4 years. I appreciate these guys. They are very courteous and very professional. They never keep anyone waiting. I dont know how they manage it because they get a lot of people. But everyone is treated very respectfully and expediently. Thanks guys. Lp

Great staff who are nice and knowledgeable. Theyre always working on a complex project. Smaller, well-equipped and qualified shops like this are a rarity, and Im glad to see this one around.

Got the Connecticut Emissions Test done here. Was in and out in just 20 minutes. But its cash only for the test. Nearest ATM is a dive away.

Stopped at this full service station for gas- my vehicle takes 15 gal completely empty- I still had 1/4 tank- took 16GAL!!!!- and the inside smelled terrible of gas for an hour- AVOID this place-
