Wow talk about rude! I called about buying a cello for my daughter and the man who answered snapped at me and said I just told you no. I dont see why your asking again when I never called before. Aparently someone called not long before I did and just made an assumption. When I said I never called before he didnt even apologize for his rudeness. Definitely wont be getting my business.

Drove to the store for a birthday present during open hours (about 10 minutes ago as of posting this) so certainly during when the shop should have been open...posted hours say open...door is locked? Nobody there? We try to support small business as much as we can but y’all aren’t making it easy.

I drive an hour one way to come shop at the store. Says open, door locked, no one there. I call at 11am, complain that store isnt open when it says it is. Get a call back at 1:30 pm telling me I couldve called before leaving and otherwise he doesnt want my business. GFY! My son recommended this store but Ill let him and all of his musician friends to shopsshop elsewhere.

I had my Benge trumpet serviced at Blue Ridge Summer of 2019. They cleaned it, did a very thorough overall service of the horn. Also replaced a lead pipe. Excellent work. I will certainly take it back when it needs additional work.

I took my friends violin in to get a check up after it spent probably 7 or 8 years in her closet. Right there he straightened this and that, took strings off and fixed the fine tuners and a whole bunch of other things! And in 40 minutes that violin was asingin again. And heres the kicker, he only charged me 10 bucks! Amazing! What a cool dude! What a Great place! Thank you Kevin and thank you Blue Ridge Music!

Affordable and quality local service. Kevin was quick, and I had nice time talking with him while he strung my guitar. Do yourself a favor and support this locally owned gem of a music shop, you wont be disappointed!

Nothing but raves, Charlie Klassen saved my bacon. My flute was damaged the night before my bands debut show, and I was freaked. Took a chance and caught Charlie just as he was opening, explained the situation, but he was already fixing my flute by the time I finished my tale of woe. Not only did he fix the problem, he went the extra mile and fine tuned my flute, and it has never played better. Huge thanks and respect for the shop and Charlie, who also happens to be one of the hippest musicians Ive chatted with in a long time. Highly recommended!
