I was referred here by my mechanic for some parts. Staff is always helpful. Except the one kid who avoids eye contact so he doesnt have to help. But thats just 1 out of 5.

Ordered brake pads online and some other small things. I put the order in about an hour before they opened and picked up the stuff about an hour after they opened. Everything went smooth the website was accurate with availability of my stuff. Good service from great people

Previously posted a 5 star review under false pretenses. I was given a similar part to what I needed and was assured it was the correct part and that It would fit my car. Gave it to my mechanic and he called me a few hours later saying it was the wrong part. Brought it back and gave the part number for what I actually needed. They had very low supply, and the only ones were in Cali (isnt that bad cause I dont expect many people to have the part). But now my car is taking up a bay in my mechanics shop not able to move Until the parts come in, it turned a 1 day job into a 5 day at least :(. The lady at the counter was very helpful though, deserves a promotion.

Staff was great and very knowledgeable and helpful.

Dan put in some extra effort to find the electrical part I needed for my trailer -- even though I was just on the phone. Set it aside for me to pickup. Lady at the register laughed at my jokes. Thanks!

Got to Napa at 7:50am 3/28/20 for a sale.4 people inside at a time which I agree.They were asking outside what people needed. He asked me what I needed and I said sprayers. Response yeah I got plenty.After the first customer entered they started to limit items. Only 12 customers there? Im not greedy and only wanted 2 weed sprayers (because you could buy up to 3)was told nope only getting 1So I bought a set of wiper blades so my trip wasnt a total waste.Ended up going to Harbor freight for another sprayer.Poorly planned.

Napa know how isnt just a fantasy slogan. These guys know what there talking about.

Discount auto stores are just that... bad quality and service. These guys and gals know what you need and wont sell you what you dont. Plus a AAA discount Love NAPA!

Helpful and KNOWLEGEABLE Staff. Not kids that dont know anything about vehicles like other discount part stores.

If you tired of buying parts that dont fit very well thats made in China check out Napa you might pay for a few dollars more but you wont regret it very good knowledgeable staff great place

I went there to get a battery replaced for a vehicle I was working on and ROGER at the desk was awesome to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and got me the replacement I needed under their great warrantee.I had been in there a few times before but this was worth writing a review since it was such an easy and painless experience.
