Great service I was looking for an obsolete part for my washer they took the time to search for the parts needed which wasn’t in stock but took the time to find the part that would work I’m impressed thank you and I’m sure I’ll be back because I have older and better appliances that are worth keeping around

The place to go to get a furnace motor for a fair price : 100 dollars for a 1/4 hp 220v 3 speed. The guys are friendly and knowledgeable and can get a do-it- yourselfer back in the cool zone.

They really know what theyre talking about. Always friendly, and will help you save money by not upselling unneeded parts.

If you are sold a defective board they will not return it. Stuck with replacement only which will back you up 2 more days. Better off shopping on line for better return policies.

What a great company. Went in today to purchase an A/C cage and the gentleman who helped us was so friendly. He knew exactly what we needed, walked to the next shop to retrieve it, loaded it into our car and even gave a discount since wed had such an awful last few weeks (just personal stuff). My AC heat pump fan was failing but I wasn’t for sure.I called Stone parts.They asked a few questions and it was time for a new motor.I had a few problems putting motor in but after a 2-3 minute phone call from home they knew exactly what I needed to do.If you are a DIY repair person this is the place to go.

Was all over town today looking for a part for my water heater. This is the only place that had the part (a thermophile ) the guys here were great to deal with and had me in and out quickly. Im thankful they were there to help me and the price was better then i found elsewhere online. Definitely be doing business with them from here out

Friendly and helpful staff. Ordered a spider assembly and bearings for my washer from them, and they came in in a timely manner. However, the bearings were the wrong size. Called to reorder the correct parts, but they said itd take 3 weeks. The guy I talked to voluntarily gave me the correct parts number so that I could receive them quicker if I ordered online. I went to return the bearings (that they ordered incorrectly) and they charged me a 20% restocking fee for the parts they incorrectly ordered. Granted, it is stated on the receipt there is a 20% restocking fee. I would have given 5 stars, but that 20% restocking fee rubbed me the wrong way. Why should I pay a restock fee on parts Stone Parts ordered incorrectly? There would not have been a need for a restock fee if the parts were ordered correctly the first time.

I was referred to Stone by a family member. I experienced Friendly and helpful service. Yes I showed them my appliance, they had exactly what I needed, and I saved some money over calling repairman. Parts were direct fit with no modifications, would absolutely recommend.

If you give these guys a little bit of time they will help you find whatever you need, even if they aren’t the ones who sell the product! I choose stone parts over most places because of the accuracy, it may take a while to get an answer only cause they are making sure 100% what you need will work with your issue that your having, great staff don’t mind the wait it’s well worth it! Highly Recommend for appliance parts and HVAC parts, very knowledgeable staff don’t know something just ask!

These guys know their stuff and if they don’t they will help you get to the main solution unlike many other shops/business’s around that try to get you out the door with a part/product in hand as fast as possible! Mainly working with Thomas, or Gerald they both have been very knowledgeable & extremely “welcoming” to any of my questions regarding the job/repair I dealing with at the time (the whole staff even Lynette in the office is GREAT). They are a Goodman HVAC parts & equipment distributor & almost ALWAYS have what you’re needing in stock to take care of your repair/installation at hand. You can tell the owner of this company cares tremendously about his employees & customers from the way his sales team to guys in the warehouse act and treat you almost like family! I called the store 10 minutes before closing time on a Saturday and was told by the lady who answered that they would wait for me. When I got there at 1 oclock I was met at the door with nothing but rudeness and even an invitation to a fist fight! Real professional!!! My grandson was freaking out. I assume its the owner that was being such a jerk. Definitely would not suggest doing any business here!

I couldnt find my part by model number on their website, but a quick phone call found the right one. The part was not on hand (I have called MULTIPLE places who have said the part is on back order and they can have it in in one to two weeks! For my fridge to work!! One to two weeks without a fridge!!!). Gerald couldnt find it by model number on the part so he looked up my fridge model number and the part I needed, said they could have it in the very next day! AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT!Stone Parts just saved my Christmas!I rarely gush and I DO NOT give out 5 star ratings, these folks deserve it!

Knowledgeable staff and great customer service. I took a picture of the bottom of my washing machine because it is a very old model and researching the problem was getting me no where. In 5 minutes the staff at Stone had diagnosed my issue and sold me the correct part. I took it home and easily installed it. I was impressed by the deoth and breadth of their knowledge, plus their ability to explain the problem to me.

Great folks and very helpful. They are willing to discuss the problem, parts and repairs with you. Their prices are reasonable considering that you dont have to pay shipping and they usually have the parts in stock. I do wish that their W. Erie store was open on Saturdays, as it is closer to my house. But its worth it to drive a little further.

Had what I needed on hand. Fast all business employees, that were polite but somewhat depressing and I wouldnt call them friendly. They could use a smile at least and could seem happier about making a sale. Over all fast and efficient service without a smile.

They are always so helpful. They truly are looking out for your best interest and not how much money they can squeeze out of you. This trip we went in thinking we had one problem and with their expertise found out it was much simpler and saved us $150.

I have used them many times. They are always helpful. I take care of several properties and they have gotten me out of many tight spots and helped me fix things that I did not know were fixable. Great people. You might have to wait in line or on the phone... but its worth it.

Im a contractor and have done business with them for many years. Sure some items are more expensive than somewhere else, but what I like best I have a 98% chance of getting the repair done today. Their ability to have such a high volume of stock helps me when I need them most.

Incredible shop. My AC quit blowing cold air and having never worked on them before, I was pretty nervous and ready to call an expensive repair service. I went in and these guys were super helpful and friendly. They didnt have the capacitor I needed so they set me up with 2 that would match the output and taught me how to piggyback them. My AC works great and I learned a Hell of a lot about HVAC. 5 Stars.

Always Spot On.....Walked me through replacing a cellinoid for an AC unit over the phone. They actually let me send them pics on a cell phone to check and make sure I wired it correctly. Good People Phenomenal Service!

Needed a part for our dryer so I called to see if they had it in stock, the guy answered the phone immediately and asked if I could hold, I said sure and was holding for 5 min. So I hung up and called again and the same thing happened. I told my husband lets just drive there because we lived in Branson and were needing too head home. It took us 15 min to get there, when we got there, there were no customers just 2 guys letting the phones ring ... one guy told me when I walked in, oh let me get this call first and I told him not to worry about it, it was me who had been on hold for 20 min.... Glad they had what I needed but customer service sucked!

Always have a wait. Due to its employees always answering phone calls while they are either helping others or closing a sale. The guy closing my sale answered the phone and got up and went to the back for several minutes. Totally disregarding the fact that I was checking out. He didnt ask if it was ok. Called to get a price and possibly order a part and they gave me a price and said it had to be ordered and then hung up on me. Guess they didnt want to sell me a part. Ill go elsewhere.
