Kevin did a great job. Fixed my parents washer right away. He even came over on a Sunday.

My problem was not one that Kevin could fix and I truly understand. But having a conversation with him and the time he took to speak to me because of his concern and love for people was definitely felt. I would use him for any future ventures knowing that his kindness and knowledge of appliances is unbelievable.

Quoted me a price that was $29.00 more than online prices ($4.64), also found same part locally at Household Appliance for much. much less! This guy marks prices up too much!

Way overcharged... Talk about sticker shock...110 per hour labor???on top of the service call..... Find another shop!!!
