I have grown to expect a high level of customer service from the Springdale store since he has become manager, but today he really went over & beyond. Fantastic store. Were one of their dealers and these guys go above and beyond every time. I highly recommend both the products they sell as well as the people who work there. Chris (store manager) and Jason (territory manager) in particular are great guys who take care of the customer.

This store is understaffed. They have 2 employees to run a store. Sales guy is never there and it’s aggravating spending so much time at this store for parts.Get them some help here.

Worst customer service ever! The gentleman that answered the phone was rude from the start. If I am calling to get some information about a product is obviously because I am not a certified HVAC technician that knows all about HVAC units. Very disappointed.
