Horrible customer service! I wouldn’t buy a thing from this place if it was the last store on earth!

Waste of time. Their products are overpriced compared to online or WalMart. Thus, the only need to use is their expert service, right? Not with the manager that tried to help me with an order. Last time I visit this place.

I love the selection of ink pens. From high quality to loan out quality. Something for every price range. I am also a fan of the easy to navigate layout. With a quick survey I know which areas I am going to be checking out. And the staff is always helpful and friendly.

Ill say the amount of trash in front of the building is pretty incredible. Is that what you want your customers to be welcomed with? Great business model.

Service was great. Even with a bad case of laryngitis, Jennifer was able to communicate effectively at the print and copy center and get me precisely what I needed in a timely manner.

I was in this store SAT, APR 08, 2017 to purchase some supplies for a grandchild. A store employee asked if I was looking for anything particular, to which I replied no. The employee indicated that he would be glad to help if I needed something. A few months ago I purchased a new Dell laptop computer in Conway, AR. Tried to connect to an external screen but could not, even after looking in Settings, & etc. When I asked this employee about this issue, he took me to a Dell computer in the store and told me to try the Windows key + P. I came home and, Voila! It works. Unfortunately, I did not get the employees name. However, his assistance was much appreciated!

Long wait. Short staffed. Please hire more people; because the convenience of this location is great, but the lack thereof is below satisfactory.

Needed ink for my printer. Price was cheaper to order on line and pick up in store. Cashier gave me the cheaper price. Awesome!

Today my coworker sent me to go pick up some stamps that were prepaid from the office depot in Springdale. Unfortunately, I encountered a very rude store employee today. I wish I caught her name because that was one heck of a rude redhead! I rarely go into office depot and dont know how their pick up/ordering process works. I asked about my order and the way this employee acted was so ugly. She kept talking to me as if I was dumb and told me that she needed to know the exact price of my order before she would even look for my order. Finally she brings it to me and points out that they have a pick up shelf towards the front of the store. That would have been good to know before you were so awful to a customer. I hope you get a serious attitude change because talking to customers that way is not acceptable!

Ive never had a problem with Office Depot before but my experience today with them was especially horrible, and I will NOT be going back to print my documents. I went in today to print some documents and Sarah- a Print Service Specialist was extremely slow and lazy in helping me. I was in quite a rush today and as a Print Service Specialist she knew NOTHING of what she was doing and was very unprofessional and sloppy. She was not attentive to my requests and was experimenting with my documents. She pulled up a jpg. Image into Microsoft word, expecting to be able to rotate it. Anybody who claims to be a print service specialist should know that Microsoft word is NOT capable of rotating images. Microsoft word is not used for that purpose. Then, I later asked her to type 2 signs and she didnt know how to rotate that font from vertical to horizontal. Or enlarge the font. It was COMEPLETELY ridiculous how she had no idea what she was doing. Those are just basic technology skills for printing. Furthermore, she had to ask for help from Ron. I appreciate Ron helping us because Sarah was utterly clueless and unable to accomplish a simple task. What should have taken 3-5 minutes, took 20 minutes and I was late and extremely frustrated. After leaving, I had realized that there was something wrong with the receipt- in fact not only did she not print the amount of copies I needed but she charged us incorrectly AND forgot to give me back my hard drive (where my documents were) Luckily, I went back but that was just the cherry on top of this terrible experience. Save your time and print your documents at home. If you see Sarah at the print service PLEASE save your time and emotions and request someone else. I should have given this Office Depot no stars but it wouldnt let me post and Ron came in to save Sarahs terrible service.

Walked around for 15 minutes in paper department. Four different employees walked past me. Did not acknowledge or ask if I needed anything. Two others hanging out at the front desk. Only 1 other visitor in the store. No sale today.

From the beginning to the end of my visit,all my questions were answered. The salesman was very nice and accommodating.

Under-staffed department where I was never acknowledged while I hung around in copy area for 10-15 minutes waiting for help with a project. Went to FedEx which is far better and willing to help use self-service equipment.

They usually have what I need. Its fairly easy to get to and the layout makes things easy to find.

I would of been able to say no to what I needed if they would of told me how much it would of cost first. Over price for getting things printed resides cut and laminated $9 print cost together

The young Hispanic girl moved very slow, wasn’t eager to help me, I had to ask for my copies, next I had to ask how much it would be, then I had to ask for my payment. She was watching others around her talking and not paying attention to my needs as the costumer. There was a line behind me.
