Had a minor collision and took my vehicle to ProCare for estimate. Ryan Hiller was the Service Advisor assigned to assist me and he was great! He quickly examined my vehicle and within 15 minutes had the written proposal prepared and explained how the process would work with my insurance company. Ryan kept me updated on the repair and the shop did a great job. I highly recommend ProCare Collision in Oak Ridge North, and recommend to request Ryan to assist you.

I got into my first accident where somebody had rear ended me on the way home from Louisiana during the hurricane evacuation.State farm had looked up Pro Care for me. As soon as I walked into the door they already had all my paperwork right in front of them.. I got a rental in less than 15 mins and was out the door. The staff was all about customer service and had the biggest smiles on their faces. They cracked jokes, and had my car taken care of in one single day. I am highly satisfied with the work done, and the customer service. The most friendly people Ive ever met. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars!! Thank yall so much and if anything ever happens to me again I will definitely be back 😅

My car had a damaged body area.I took it to Procare collision and the guy did a miracle!It took them just 2 days to repair my car. They kept me updated on the work progress so that I could plan ahead to pick up the car.At the end I received my car back in a perfect condition and it’s impossible to notice that there was a damage previously.They did the excellent job!

The shop had my truck for 17 days. They did NOT call me once. I called once a week to check on progress and thats how I knew my truck was finally finished. After picking up my truck I noticed the badges (truck emblems) were in the cup holder, not on my truck, & the side molding on the doors (front&back) were not secure. I called Hodges collision, they said they would order new molding and call me back. They did NOT call, I called them the following week, molding was not ready. The second week(this is now about a month and 1 week from original drop off) I called their cooperate office. An hour later the office manager finally called me back. This will be the 1st call I ever received from the shop. After bringing my truck back to the shop they replaced and fixed it in about 20 minutes while I sat in the lobby. Literally 20minutes after 40days. Ridiculous! The office manager asked how he could make it right, i asked for some rental car relief (cost more than the deductible I paid) he said he would ask and let me know, I have never heard from anyone at that shop. Everyone was super nice while I was AT the shop, but after leaving no contact, no updates, poor customer service & no rental relief!

Excellent customer service. My vehicle was finished in a timely manner and they were honest about pricing. Great feedback and follow ups throughout the entire repair process.

They promise so much and fixed nothing. They had it for a week and completely missed the original problem.

It’s simple, they did NOT do the job right the first time despite having the car go through their “quality control” check. A blind man could have seen the remaining dents. Also, very poor communication during the repair process. I hope they improve because it seems the frontline folks are trying hard.

Really disappointed on the lack of communication. I personally asked to be sent the estimate of the repairs, never received one from them. I had to get one from my insurance. I also had a trip to go on and planned accordingly, called a few times to make sure repairs would be done on time and was reassured a specific time and date. When I got there, it wasn’t even close to being ready.

I think that “it will be ready tomorrow” might be this bodyshops catchphrase. My service rep Gary forgot to order parts needed for my repair 3 times, and the repair took well more the double the original estimated time. The shop also did not know how much out of pocket I had to pay them, I had to contact my insurance and tell them. If you rely on your car for transport, or are looking for professional service I would go somewhere else.

Thank you so much for providing clips for my son’s front bumper, and for the mechanical advice. I appreciate it and will definitely visit again when our vehicles need repair.

I was involved in an accident, and had not ever dealt with any body shop in Texas before. I googled several places and read the reviews, and decided to take a chance on Hodges, and Im glad I did. They were very nice and helpful during the entire process from start to finish. They called me with updates on what was going on with my vehicle, and at what stage it was in. They were very fast, I received my vehicle back when they said they would have it done, it was cleaned and couldnt tell it had ever been hit. They were awesome!! Definitely glad I chose them.

I stopped by Hodges at the Oak Ridge location today. And had a great experience. Fernando Luna took very good care of me, helped me with all my questions about my truck. I highly recommend them. There service and there friendliness to me was impressive. Fernando was very up front with a quote for my truck and extremely helpful. My truck is older and I just needed some advice on getting the rooftop and hood, that has faded over time, repainted. Again he was very helpful. Thank you Fernando and Hodges for you advice and help.

Was side swiped on I-45 and this was one of the other drivers insurance preferred vendors. From start to finish Oscar and his team did a great job. Communication was constant throughout the whole project and everything was finished on time. Even had a small issue I noticed when I returned home with the truck but they were quick to make things right the next day.Would highly recommend.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Dropped off the car 3 WEEKS AGO! It took them so long and each time estimate they would just push it back further and further without even knowing what parts they needed.

Easy to work with. The communicated well with my insurance company, and I didnt have to do anything other than pick up the vehicle when it was ready. They updated me on pick up date and estimate status via text message, which was much simpler than the alternative of playing phone tag with them while at work during the day.Im positive that had I been paying out of pocket, they still would have been just as easy to work with. Aubrey, Mike and the rest of the associates did a great job fixing my fathers vehicle. The work was on time, on budget and the communication was excellent.

Did a great job on the body work and paint, just found it odd my new inspection sticker that was on the passenger seat went missing and all my air caps were missing, also every tire was below 20 psi, should be 60 in the front 70 in the rear. I called to inform them twice, no call back

Called to see about getting an estimate and the lady said I have to wait until the 28th to get any work done. I didnt ask for when I could come in to get work done, I asked for when I can come in to get an estimate.It was only after I got frustrated and had to clarify that I only wanted an estimate that the lady let me know what she should hve said from the start, that I can come in to get an estimste at any time.It seems like they just dont want to bother with doing estimates, or at least that was the impression I got. Im going somewhere else, not worth my time.

The Geico claims Rep took care of us right away. When entering Hodges, the ladies at the front desk helped us right away and asked if we would like a bottle of water. We were early to our appointment but were still seen 30min prior to our appointment time. We did not have to wait long at all.

Getting a quote was easy, and they have a convienent location right off I-45 N. However, I was unable to use them due to their location being too busy. For a keyed car from the rear drivers door to the quarter panel was going to take a week in a half to complete. Since Im strapped for time, and dont want to pay for a rental that long, I went to another location instead. If you dont mind waiting for a while, give them a shot. After seeing a front end crunched up by a deer getting fixed in 2 days, I wasnt about wait that long for a scratch.

DO NOT GO TO HODGES COLLISION CENTER!!!I actually have four pages of facts on my experience with Hodges Collision Center, and why you should avoid this place. But I’m going to make this short and to the point.The employees at Hodges are incompetent, uncaring, rude and aggressive. Management seems to be delusional in thinking my experience with the employees were out of the norm. In fact, by the actions of the employees, I sense they don’t think anything will happen to them.I was told my vehicle was fixed, only to show up and clearly see it wasn’t. Simply looking at my vehicle, you could tell an item which was supposedly repaired wasn’t. Alex, the “inspector” seemed to care less that my car wasn’t fixed. He offered no apologies. Three days after I received my car back, a part actually fell off. Please don’t get me started on Julie at the front desk, who thinks it’s okay to be rude and aggressively get into someone’s face.Did management at Hodges make sure my car was fixed? Yes.Will I have any other issues with the repairs done? I have no idea. I hope not, as I NEVER want to see any of these people again.Save yourself time, energy and stress by finding a different autobody/collision center.

I arrived at this location for a review by GEICO insurance adjuster. I had every intention of taking the vehicle to the dealership for repairs but after meeting the manager of this Hodges location Mike Wiggington and noticing the Best of Woodlands award I decided to take a chance... I am glad that I did. Although he made no promises, Mike said he would try to get OEM parts at the same price as aftermarket parts and in my case Hodges were able to come through with OEM parts on the claim without the typical back and forth game that it sometimes takes. Local laws make it so insurance only has to pay for generic parts so this is always a dice roll. Im very happy with the work Hodges did. The staff were professional, the results are great and I never had to wait. I highly recommend Hodges Collision Center at 130 Lane Ln.

Fair workmanship. I had to have the trunk lock properly adjusted at an inspection station. Very disappointing after forking over$4,000.00 to repair the trunk after getting hit in the back at a red light.

Very rude, mouthy and unprofessional front office female receptionist. So much so, we’ve asked our insurance company to stop payment on the prepaid repair payment (hit from behind - motorist was uninsured).As a 40 year resident of The Woodlands; henceforth, my recommendation to anyone I speak with is to NOT use Hodges. There are many reputable collusion companies in our area that actually employ professional people.

Took my Nissan Pathfinder to get an estimate on a little bumper damage. The Latin guy that worked the front that morning wasn’t happy that I didn’t have an appt. walked out wrote my name down snapped a picture and said he would email me by noon. Thank goodness I didn’t wait for that email because it never came. Took my car over to Milstead collision on Rayford and it was a 5 min fix they didn’t even charge me for, so thanks for nothing Hodges!

Poor Service! They returned my car with several mistakes and acted like it was fixed. I had to find another mechanic to fix a simple problem they could not find. If you like runny paint, parts that dont fit, and managers that refuse to work on your behalf, then Hodges is for you.

The repair was terrible on my spouses car. The bumper was in awful condition when it was returned to us and was not flush with all panels and interior of trunk was hanging down from top of trunk. The first person she met with did try to build rapport with her but when she said was from Austin the person went on to insult the city she was from and make her feel terrible about her hometown. When she returned to get her car fixed she was greeted with terrible attitudes and service. Im in management in the car business and wouldnt recommend this body shop.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Dropped the car off, they told me what day it would be done and sent me texts along the way. Car was done when they said it would be, and looks like it did before the accident.

Took more than estimated or expected time to repair and Windshield had lot of spots when vehicle is returned because of over spray. I went two times to get it cleaned but still not clean. Not happy with service. But repair work seems to be OK
