I regret buying my scrubs here. The male by the cashier is very unprofessional, arrogant, and rude. He also is not wearing mask and he chitchats by the phone like as if no customer is in front of him. He sounded not pleased when he had to do a refund to one of my item I purchased as they dont have an available size that I was looking for. He sounded rude and making me feel that its my fault of not making sure that the size fits. I always purchase the same size with the same brand of scrubs Im using for years but for some reason, this one was tight. I drove back and I felt that I was kind enough to even try exchanging it but then my kindness was reciprocated of arrogance and rudeness. He said they dont do refunds which he did not mention firsthand when I bought several scrubs. I was also lectured and made to feel Im at fault of not making sure it fits well. How I wish he gives full understanding instead that this incident can happen most especially now that they dont allow fittings in the store due to covid. I will never buy scrubs here anymore. Never again.

Owner is great, staff is not. I was very happy with the selection of casual to work apparel. Multiple brands, styles, and garment types. Felt very complete. Pricing even felt fair. My previous visit was pleasant, the owner was attentive, and clearly cared. Staff was disinterested. I felt like I was burdening them. I returned to spend money, and the owner wasnt there. Instead, the Male staff, completely ignored my greeting and returned to staring at his phone. I was immediately uncomfortable, and left. People spend money with people they like. The owner knows this. He doesnt care what color the money comes from,and it shows. I dont think all his staff have that understanding, and that also shows. I really love the selection, and the prices seemed fair, but I cant force myself to return to a place where I feel unwelcome cause of my color.

I come here often and the staff is always very nice and helpful to me. Im only writing this review because I saw that some one wrote about their terrible experience here, which seems super out of character for them. Great shop, great people running it.

We went into the store today (1/31/21) and the male employee at the front desk was not wearing a mask. We turned around and walked out. After we finished looking around next door, we decided to give it another try. Same male employee still not wearing a mask. Not going to shop there!

The staff there is awesome. Great selection, great price. I have never experienced any bad customer services at this location.

They are good they have the larger sizes I needed for my son who is young hes 65 250lbs its hard to find socks and t shirts and pants his size but they usually have what I need. They accommodate men and women sizes and theryre very friendly and helpful. I went to 10 stores looking for Beanies finally I went to them and they had some at good prices and great quality. There cool to.me

If there is an option for zero I would rate them zero. The Mexican male staff is rude and not helpful at all. He claimed I think he is a slave when asked for their similar items with different colors. He is not even satisfied to dehumanized the customer he even told other customers waiting in line and labeled me as rude (who is just trying to explain what type of item I was looking for in details) and he is trying to be helpful. Its your job to assist customers of what they are looking for but you label yourself as being helpful slave. You represent the slave Mexican staff if thats the case and it came from your own mouth.

Love this store, Very friendly and helpful. Love their selection from Gloves to shirts/pants and shoes! Definitely recommending to others i know
