Mark is not only a great guy but also one of the best appliance repair people that you can find. I highly recommend.

My dryer was acting funny, it needed repair. Looking for the right person I found L&M in this site and reading the positive reviews I decided to give him a call. On the phone, Mark was familiar with my machine and what the problem probably was, which gave me a lot of confidence, but he needed to see it. He came the next day at exactly the time we agreed, he diagnosed the problem and explained it to me. I had to make a choice because the machine was old and had a few other minor things that needed to be changed. I prefer something mechanically simple that does the work, without computerized systems that add more parts that can fail, so I decided to fix it. Mark was very supportive of my decision, came back a few days after with the replacement parts and fixed everything. My dryer looks and works as did......many, many years ago.I am very happy with it.I can highly recommend Mark, he is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I will definitively be calling him next time when an appliance fails in my house. Hold it Mark, I just hope is not that soon.

Mark has been to our house on two separate occasions; once to fix our dryer and later our oven. He responds very promptly, and is extremely friendly and professional. Hes also extremely knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend his company!

I dealt with Mark Feb 2020. He was very professional, cleaned up his job site, and his price to repair and service my dishwasher, washer and dyer was reasonable. As a new homeowner, you can only YOUTUBE to fix so many things and want to have his number on your refrigerator just in case.

Dryer repair: On Sunday I was referred to Mark at L&M buy a friend. I called and left a message for him. He called me on Monday and I had an appointment for Tuesday. Mark was on time and fixed our drier. Now in all fairness I wasnt calling him to come over and give me an estimate for what it would cost to repair it. I knew he would give me a fair price. We couldnt be happier.

Marc from L & M was a pleasure to deal with. From start to finish a true professional in every sense. He returned my call very quickly, an appointment was set up to diagnose my oven and within 2 days a brand new oven was delivered and installed seamlessly might I add, all in a holiday week. I highly recommend Marc and would not look elsewhere for any appliance repair or replacement. He is also one of the neatest/cleanest contractors I have ever had in my house.

I have known Mark for years. He is always, always there for me!! He is a wonderful, kind hearted person, not to mention a solid professional and excellent at what he does as a profession. He has always gone above and beyond for me! Five stars is not enough!!!!

Mark is not only efficient, but always calls back right away, and is extremely competent and neat. He has replaced, and repaired, almost every appliance in my home. I only have to call him once for him to show up,and complete the job on whatever appliance is broken. He is amazing. Highly recommend his company!!

WOW I called L&M at 2:10 pm and received a return call at 2:30 pm. Mark arrived at my house and fixed the problem which was my error. He showed me the correct way so I would not have the problem and then told me to have a nice day. I have dealt with Mark for over 25 years and he is the best. Had a good recommendation from a friend who used this service. Called made an appointment. Service fee was around $92.00 for him to come out and give me an estimateSaid I needed a new computer board for my washing machine and he would call in a couple of days with a price. Days past, never called, we called him and he came up with a estimated price off the top of his head as he admitted he never looked into it. (Why couldnt he have done this in person?) We asked him to call with an exact estimate....he never did. Low and behold we paid him $92 for nothing and ordered the board ourselves installed it and machine is fixed. I am a business owner and I cant stand when people are not helped properly. Feel ripped off.

HE NEVER CHARGES FOR SOMETHING THAT CAN BE FIXED EASILY...HAVING LIVED IN NEW CITY SINCE 1972, I HAVE DEALT WITH ALOT OF CONTRACTORS...THERE IS NO ONE I TRUST MORE THAN MARK!! Please, dont believe the message on this companys phone! called on thursday still have not heard back. Have done prior business with this man came to my home for $130.00 service fee proceeded to tell me I need only to switch knobs on my clothes dryer for it too work.. I had to ask him if he could please give knob from his truck for this $130.00 fee... To add insult to injury he actually made reference to the type of car Park in my Driveway!! Ive never given a review felt as if others needed to hear this!! see something say something!!!!

Totally ridiculous. This man Mark has charged us $108.35 service fees for doing nothing. He didnt even troubleshoot the issue.
