This store is in great condition and there are many varieties of products at convenient prices. The staff is a quite limited, but very helpful when encountered. I intended to purchase a comforter that provides great warmth, unfortunately the comforter’s manufacturer have discontinued to make them. A wonderful young lady Aimaan, knew exactly what I was looking for and provided me with many alternative options at great prices!!

I really like this store because of the variety of different items they sell, but I dont like that they dont have adequate stock of certain items (example: comforters &/or bed sheets).I rarely find the item I want in Full Size, yet they always seem to have King Sizes available.They also usually have pretty good coupons.

The salesperson was friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized. Prices are visible. Great clearance prices.

This is a slightly smaller location than some other BB&B stores but there is still a great selection of items and sales to be found here. The staff are friendly and accommodating if you need help locating an item and the checkout process is smooth. There is a restroom located near the front entrance as well and social distancing and mask wearing are observed here. There is ample parking in the parking lot.

Supplies are running low in many stores ( not just theirs). Had no laundry hampers. Manager and staff were fantastic.

The cashier was very helpful and friendly. I found what I needed easily. They were a little low in stock for the sheets that I wanted.

GREAT. Walked in saw just what I went for, checked out. All less than 5 minutes. Now thats how to shop..

The brand has seen better days. The store has some decent stuff. Best plan a budget if youre planning to visit.

Terrible experience!Example: They have lots of Comforters to choose from, but all the comforters are all sealed and LOCKED. None are out to touch and feel. The information on the products labels, even from the same manufacturer are inconsistent. Example: Thread count is missing on some selections. It is absolutely impossible to compare products. More information IS available on BB&B website, but not in the store, on the shelves or on products label.The employees at the store are clueless and useless.Small appliances are crippled and/or locked down (ex. Coffee or espresso makers loading mechanism is glued down).Then theres the annoying coupon hassle. Enough with this 20% off nonsense! Give us customer a break!Shopping online is a better experience.This is why retailers are dying. BB&B is next on the chopping block, unless theyll redefine the stores by letting customers experience the products.

I really love this store and Ive been a customer for years since it has always been an enjoyable shopping experience except today Saturday 11/7. The cashier Johanna was very efficient and pleasant but a minor discrepancy came up and she graciously called upon someone named Laura. I assumed she was a manager and as the cashier quickly informed her of the nature of the discrepancy, without hesitation she denied any dispute over the matter. The part thats troublesome wasnt her denial, but that she had made up her mind before taking a moment to really study the situation or simply giving me any benefit of the doubt. Very poor managerial skills.

Noon on a Sunday. Two long lines: 6 people on the return line, 15 (no, 20 now) on the checkout line. I count 7 associates on the floor, ONE functioning register per-line, theyre about to maybe open another one. Store associates are having a grand ol time chatting in an isle at the back. Been in this line for 25 minutes. That about sums it up.

A little light on the selection compared to past visits. Customer service was good however and looked all over for desired item. Hopefully this location stays open since palisades closed.

Always get what you need. could have a few more cashiers. Always great prices.! Recommend and have for years.

Great membership benefits. Have shopped here infrequently for many years. I like the easy parking and the email discounts 20% or more. Really like how spacious this place is. But despite the space, it was crowded with long lines to check out. So only 4 stars.

BBB has been steadily declining over the years. I really liked the Palisades Center store. This one was always a little dirty and the staff were not as nice. Now Palisades Center is closed and this store is lots of empty shelves. Might be the end for BBB.

Bed Bath & Beyond is one of my favorite stores and this location is great. I only wish the checkout protocol was a little clearer. The store is always clean and the staff is always helpful without be intrusive.

An extremely quick and pleasant experience in Spring Valley NY. All the staff was extremely helpful in finding the items I wanted, practiced distancing, being a senior citizen of course I have health concerns and was out of the store in 20 minutes.

I was in this store yesterday. Saw the large sign saying they require masks and was happy to see that. Proceeded to Customer Service to return something and there was a woman clearly not wearing a mask. No mask even on her. She was leaning into the opening of the plexiglass trying to speak closely to the employee (who was clearly uncomfortable). Where was the manager???? I was livid. I returned my items and left the store. I won’t be shopping there anymore.

Love this store! Everyone is always very helpful. I had received almost everything on my bridal registry and needed a few things to complete some sets and the staff always is so helpful in help finding what you need. It is very recommended for a registry.

Shopped here today for bath accessories and was unable to find one item. An associate named Paul went back to check on item several times and successfully located what I needed. His persistence is unusual these days.Also, Steve at the register was very helpful in explaining the coupon policy.

Always a fun place to shop with an assortment of items you never knew you needed until you saw them. I almost felt like I had a personal shopper as the person who I took to be in management helped me in almost every department.

It was as good as any other bed bath and beyond since every one is designed alike. The only things that make the different is the cleanliness of the stores, the amount of stock they keep accessible, and the temperament and professionalism of the staff. I arrived just before closing so the store was being cleaned an stocked, so that answers those two items. As for the staff they were helpful and courteous, and Im sure just wanted to go home. Other than not carrying the refills to a product I bought at another bed bath and beyond last year, I cant complain.

Employees make the difference . Kevins positive, interactive personality not only assisted me with finding the item that I needed, but actually had me seeking additional items to purchase. He deserves some recognition. Thanks for all your help.

I bought a curtian rod and had no clue they come in a bunch of sizes. I picked up one that said adjustable and purchased it having no clue that it was adjustable but way too small for my windows... My handyman tore open the box and then realized I have the wrong size. I taped it up and bought it back 2 months later(til I got around to calling the handyman down was quite some time.) I honestly didnt expect much. I had the receipt but had definitely destroyed some of the pkging. They told me its fine and I got full credit! I was floored. Im very impressed with their service! I will be back!

Great store, but they must do something about prices. I mean when you sell high quality products it is OK to charge for that, but when you sell items that can be found at any local store, i dont think it is fair to charge extra.
