We needed to make a late (7:30pm Wednesday) run to get a gluten free pizza. The staff were exceptionally pleasant. I really appreciate their kindness it was refreshing. Thank you.

We live in the North Indian Trail area but I realize that shopping here is so much more enjoyable than the grocery stores near us. Every time I shop employees ask me if I need help finding anything. When I have a question the staff are knowledgeable about every product 👍 Thank you for having such a great team .

We went to the Rosauers bakery as a fallback when our wedding cake order fell through 2 weeks before our wedding. It was amazing and a wonderful price. The cake was spot on and everyone loved the donuts we ordered! Will absolutely suggest to others!

So I stopped in at around 6:30 am and as I walked in the smell coming from the bakery was so AMAZING I followed my sense over there and oh man EVERYTHING LOOKED GOOD ! I got a 4 pack of some fresh baked cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting! I cant even explain how delicious they where! I will be back ! All the employees where in good moods happy smiling at 6: 30 am ! Thank you for making our morning 🌄

Needed some keto items while in town for a visit. I was not disappointed. I was able to find everything I needed and the selection was very nice. The bread is so much better than what is available in my own town. Everything is so neat and clean throughout the entire store. I was very impressed.

Great people but a tad pricey

The people here are always friendly and helpful, the store is always clean, the shelves are always well-stocked, and its easy to get in and out quickly. My favorite part of this place, though, is the bakery! Its not just a grocery store; its got the average grocery store bakery PLUS a real bakery! Five glass display cases of freshly-made donuts, cupcakes, cookies, danishes, and other wonderful delights like tiramisu and baklava, all of it delicious.

Been shopping here for over 33 years with my family & will continue to do so! Great customer service experience and support!

Kind of pricey and they dont have everything I need. So I stopped shopping here. At the same time - the employees are always friendly and professional, thus the 3 stars. There are much worse stores out there. Like Albertsons and Safeway for starters.

Deli food is great. Literally the only reason I shop here, but the service is T E R R I B L E! You basically have to walk up to the counter and shout HELLO, I AM HERE, or they wont hear you/just ignore you. And lord help you if you look edgy/different in anyway because the second any one else walks up, theyre immediately going to get service before you, regardless of how long youve been standing around waiting, because apparently tattoos are scary and were still living in the 1950s...

I shop here as its closest to home. Employees still follow me like I steal and its been a year. Never have I so much as ate a grape there... Management must put some stress on workers.

Rosauers is one of the few grocery stores around that makes fresh baked Raised doughnuts every day! Theyre my favorite! Try the bacon maple bars and the apple fritters!They have excellent service, they still bag your groceries, and their online food orderibg/pickup is great. 👍

Have such a wonderful time looking at the all the fantastic choices at the Deli. Joelle in particular was extremely helpful, and had me in tears laughing with her friendly and funny demeanor. Please treat yourself to their sandwiches!

The store is very conveniently placed. Has very friendly staff and is fair priced. They have a lot of ongoing sales for items that people commonly buy. At the very least, mysteriously, almost every time I went in there, at least one of the items I had to buy was on sale. Although it is always busy, there aren’t huge waiting lines which shows the effectivity of the clerks.

Excellent customer service. Rarely a line. Great produce, meat and deli plus fresh house made sushi. Always a pleasant experience.

This grocery store is quite different from other ones I have visited in the area so far. The bakery selection has its own corner of the store and the fresh meat selections are not your typical offerings, great selection. Extremely clean and most importantly the checkout had numerous lines open. There was snow in the parking lot but they had it all stacked out of the way... Im definitely going back to this location.

The store is very clean, food quality is superb, but the prices are pretty high. Employees are kind, respectful, and are fun to talk with - deli clerks in particular.I normally almost exclusively come here for the coffee. You can get a 20oz cup for $1.62 after tax, and it includes one free refill! I always recommend this joint when I find out someone likes coffee.Staff are knowledgeable on where their products are; a rare quality that not many stores can say they have.Even better, the store has a bike rack. For those who ride their bikes for transportation, this place aids us in securing our means of transport. This is excellent because more and more stores are getting rid of these commodities. Safeway just recently rid themselves of theirs, which is being petitioned to have returned.

Worst visit to your store ever! Wasnt acknowledged at all as I put my groceries on the belt. Not by the clerk. Not by the young female bagger! She just started randomly putting my groceries in plastic bags, neither of them even making eye contact. I use paper bags, as they are easier for me to carry into my home, as I am handicapped.So, I interrupted their conversation and them, I would like paper, since I wasnt asked! Both quit talking immediately, muttered sorry, and didnt say anything more to me.Time to find another store that would be happy to take my money! So Disappointing

While I understand limiting products, when you are feeding 11 people and ask for 6 pounds of chicken and they tell you no I can only do five. Then suggest everyone is just going to have to diet while most of us have to be gluten free because of serious allegies and thats why we are doing more meat then breads which will fill you up faster. I think its a bit ridiculous and will be shopping elsewhere, which is sad because Ive been shopping here for 20 years.

Ordered prime rib for Christmas. Was told next year if I dont have my number they will not fill my order. This was said with a pointed finger and an eye roll. So sorry I didnt have my number! Staff has always been great but did not appreciate this.

Always top quality and good value. Had their produce sale. Also love the Ham spread on their French bread. Oh and the big sugar cookies too. Always helpful employees and courteous to. Top notch in my book.

We shop here regularly as this market is in a convenient location, clean, and well staffed. Employees are well trained, polite, friendly, and helpful. When checking out and paying for your purchase, they always offer to help take the purchases to your vehicle and unload the cart. The store is stocked with a variety of groceries and cleaning supplies, and an in store pharmacy. A very pleasant place to shop

We ordered our vow renewal cake from Rosauers. Wow! It was so beautiful and delicious! They ladies in the bakery were so accommodating and they love what they do, it comes out in their work. The price was reasonable for what we ordered. I will definitely use them again for other special occasion cakes!

Nice store and lots of choices. Prices a little high. Getting in and out of parking lot, difficult, since in a very busy street . Use patience.

Shopping at Rosauers is always a pleasure. I also use their Pharmacy. The store is well lit with wide isles. The staff is always friendly and helpful. AND they always have service emloyees to carry our your groceries and return the cart. Don t know any other store chain that does that!!! Great produce, bakery and meat.

Pricey but worth it

I used to work at this location and I really learned a lot while here! For instance I learned how to manage time and getting things done quickly and efficiently. I also learned that Im worse then human garbage thanks to the old service manager and there store and assistant really solidify and drove it home that if I died tomorrow no one in the company would care.

I absolutely love going here pretty much every morning for coffee and I buy a Snickers bar wonderful staff there I would recommend this place to anybody that wants to relax next to a fireplace and listen to nice music.

The only reason I shop at Rosaurs is because its close to where I live. Its a nice, clean store. The major con is its prices. They are thru the roof! Everything! You just feel like they are gouging you every time you step into their store. Their sale items are not sales at all. Its the price you would pay every day at WinCo or Walmart.

Their bakery has the most amazing doughnuts. Better then the gourmet ones I’ve driven all over town for. The bakery staff is always so nice. Honestly the entire stores staff is always friendly and willing to help if you have questions.

A beautiful grocery store, nice bakery, fresh meats and veggies. Classy place, prices a bit higher than others. This one on Francis has an eating area near the well stocked deli, so you can grab a bite, and sit by the fire place or window, or visit with friends.

There is an employee that accused me of theft at one point ( after reviewing the video) it was completely unfounded of course and I did not appreciate that at all. And she still works there for some reason which I dont understand but whatever! Been going there almost daily since 1982. I have a service dog fully trained and all members of the staff ignore her which is awesome for me!

The people here are always very friendly. Always walk you straight to what youre looking for if you cant find something. Prices are competitive. Produce is better than average. They never hassle you about bringing your own bags although they might hassle you about taking your groceries out for you. I love to come here on Sunday morning and get biscuits and gravy for breakfast. 🤘😎

The United States Postal Service was very clean, organized, and the line was shorter than most during the Christmas season. I was not having the best of days, and the customer service was so cheerful, they put a smiles on my whole families face, made everything so much more delightful.
