Went to buy a gift for my wife’s birthday. I was assisted by Thomas, the best customer service I’ve experienced. He was friendly, went that extra mile to find the correct box and gift wrap it. All the while talking to me and letting me know what’s going on. Well done Thomas and Thank You so much!! I will definitely be back.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, Stephanie assisted us on multiple transactions and she was amazing every time. The prices were just right and we especially enjoy the variety of the discounted sale items. Highly Recommend checking this jewelry store out first.

Absolutely love this location, I drive 30 minutes to go to this one over the valley location a mile from me because its so much better. At the valley the representatives talk down to me because Im younger but then immediately try to suck up and have better service the second they realize Im buying jewelry. I think they should atleast be nice to everyone regardless like this location is! The people here are so helpful and arent just trying to gouge your wallet for as much as they can.

I really enjoyed my ring I received from my fiancé from there. They had said the resizing would take 2 weeks so I scheduled engagement photos and for a month later. My ring was not revived back until 5 weeks over.. very disappointed with the customer service. Employees said they would expedite The process at the 4 week mark but never communicated with us.

Me and my wife came in to look around and she found a ring she fell in love with. Kim the sales lady that works there now was very pushy about other items i stated i was not interested in. Kim called the place that resizes their rings and promissed a date of the 18th. The wife called in to see how the sizing was going and recieved a rude response along with a rude tone over the phone from kim herself. After getting the ring i will not return to this store location.

I took my ring in the day after Christmas to get resized... We were told it would take two weeks... Its been almost 6 weeks and still nothing!!! When i call to check i get the same oh soon response everytime.... This is not acceptable!!!

We just had my engagement ring custom made here. Kim was an amazing sales lady, knowledgeable and patient as we went thought every ring counter in the store. I definitely recommend her to anybody.We originally went to Kay Jewelers in the same mall and found their sales people pushy, and they didn’t even mention custom rings while we were there. I decided I needed to walk around a bit to think about it and we came upon Zales and bought the ring there.

I have been a customer of Zales for many years. Not only do I like the quality of their merchandise...the store employees are top-notch! They are pleasant, professional, helpful and very patient & strive to make ones shopping experience the best.

I was helped last night by a very sweet woman named Sandy. She was absolutely incredible. She could not fix my problem but she was extremely helpful in giving me other options for the kind of service my ring needs. I am so grateful to her because after my infuriating experience with Kay’s I almost just gave up. Sandy, I want to say thank you, you really helped me out and you were so personable. I will be back and I will be recommending Zales to everyone I know.

Very friendly and familiar service. The employees are very knowledgeable and can answer all questions. Had some trouble with our first sizing with them but it was not all their fault. After that experience I would still come back (which I do) and would recommend them to anyone looking for jewelery.

My wife and I love it here, always greeted with a smile from all the staff here, all of them are such helpful and caring people. We dont have any complaints and have never had a bad experience here. They always have great deals on their jewelry as well.

This store is wonderful! My fiancé and I came here to get my engagement ring resized. Sounds simple and easy but this was not just any ring! It was antique, 80+ years old, from Italy! It was passed down from my fiancés family. So we wanted to make sure we went somewhere TOP-NOTCH. While we did come in thinking it would be a simple resize it turned out our ring needed much more work. KIM, one of the employees there, took the time to show and explain everything they would need to do to ENSURE their work. All of which made sense. She also inspected the ring thoroughly BEFORE sending out the ring and showed us a chip in one of the diamonds. She assured us that would not be a problem until further on down the line. KIM was so kind, pleasant, understanding, non-pushy and thorough with us! The ring came back even more beautiful than it already was (I didnt even think that was possible) We have been into the store more than once and make it a point to speak with her every time! Kim and all of the staff/management always greet us with a smile and are an absolute pleasure to work with. Whether you need a repair done or simply want to buy a new piece of jewelry I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE. AND I ALSO HIGHLY RECOMMEND KIM.

Terrible service today. Its been over 15 minutes and the two clerkks are still with the same two people. Im still waiting........

I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes and the sales lady never acknowledged me! Shes literally standing in front of me. Not where Id make my diamond purchase if you want service after purchase.
