I used to love going to BB&B...not so much now. If walking is an issue for you as it is for me since my stroke, the store is way to big to wander in. They do not have a driving cart. Those of us who have limited mobility, when we can get to the merchandise we need, spend as much of our $$$$$ as anybody. I used to enjoy browsing here because I would find helpful cooking/kitchen gadgets or seasonal items. This time I was looking for sheer curtains and when I got all the way to the back of the store, they didnt carry any for me to look at. Without a driving cart, I will not try to shop here. I barely made it back to my care without collapsing. BB&B, a thing of the past for me😥🐢

I dont shop there often so not sure how helpful this will be. I saw the kitchen section off to the right and a friendly associate asked what I was looking for. I told her a potato masher. She showed me the isle they were in. I found the one I wanted. The cashier was very pleasant. A nice quick pleasant trip.

For a typical Bed Bath and Beyond, this store has always been well stocked. Its always clean and well organized. The only thing that I dont care for is, its a small store and having the tables set up in the middle of the main isle makes it hard to navigate when there are other people. The pick up at the store feature for online shopping is a little confusing when you get to the store, but there are worse places.

Was shopping for stuff for my dorm and I was blown away by how friendly and helpful the employees were! One told me about a college discount that I had no idea about and saved me money too! The cashier was patient and helpful as well!

Got what we needed. The store was clean. And customer service was fast and awesome.

The name says what it means. I think they have something for every room in the house and a little more extras. If you are a regular shopper you get frequent coupons in the mail and online. If you use the coupons the store is competitive in prices to similar type stores. Employees are friendly and the store is clean.

Everything I wanted was readily and easily available. I only checked out early because it seemed really busy and I wanted to avoid interactions. The checkout person was clearly more focused on her upcoming break that she discussed in her radio before checking me out. So, not a bad experience, but certainly not good enough to pay for any kind of plus service.

Unless you are looking for bedding, this store doesnt have much to offer. When we were there yesterday, two associates, one was a manager, was very short and rude to a customer who needed assistance at the register. It was very disappointing!

Love the store but will think twice before coming back! I was shopping one night and didn’t notice they closed while I was in the store. A woman approached me who I think was a manager I’m not sure but was Beyond rude giving me a horrible attitude and kept rolling her eyes at me even though I apologize several times she was still VERY rude not professional at all was acting like a rude teenager! She definitely needs training on how to deal with customers.

Stopped in here to look at getting some organization tubs for my kitchen. They had a much larger selection of things to choose from than Shopko, Target, or Walmart. I was able to find the right carriers to organize my drawers so I dont have to fumble around looking for things anymore.

The store was clean and well stocked.

Poor selection in dishes and glassware. Outdated and tacky table linens. Good luck choosing silverware because most of it isnt even on the shelf. Their website is even worse. Tried to order curbside pickup using their coupon. What a waste of time.

I love shopping in Bed Bath and Beyond. I wanted a specific espresso machine that I found by reading Amazon reviews. Since it was available online from Bed Bath and Beyond and Id like to support brick and mortar stores, I dropped by intending to special order it. There were no store personnel in small appliances. I went to the front of the store, which was, in their defense, totally swamped. I asked a passing associate if she could get someone to help me or I should just order online and she said shed be right back after she helped another customer. Fifteen minutes later, I got in line and purchased the other things Id found. In the fifteen minutes I waited, several associates walked past me and nobody asked if Id been helped. This was very disappointing given that most of the time someone asks me if I need help almost before I get into the store. Im going to order the espresso machine from their website anyway, but I hope this was an unusual day because theyre not going to last long if this is the new normal.

I will be a returning customer because of her. Usually the people at this location arent in the best of moods, Ive noticed. But this woman changed my perspective of this location. Nice store, but I expected more inventory. The security/covid-19 measures dont make it easy to walk in and walk out without standing in a checkout line.

I find that compared to other stores with same identical items they are pricier. I took my mother in law shopping here and she was VERY dismayed that the prices were so high. I told her ahead of our shopping trip tho, but she was stuck shopping there because she was given gift cards to use so didnt have a choice BUT to go here. Found a few things but was totally exhausted by the end of her shopping trip just trying to find things within her budget( gift cards) and at decent prices.

The young ladies who talked to me over the phone and helped me in the store were extreamly pleasent, knowagble and helpful. Thank you.

I had been looking for a plush bath robe for my husband for months. No one had them. BB&B did! And it was on sale & they let me use my coupon too! Saved 50%!! Husband loves his super soft robe!

I was in there because I had a gift card that had been sitting in my drawer for awhile. I wasnt sure what I was looking for but ultimately I had decided on an item much more than my gift card was worth. Bummer they only had the display model left. This really nice lady Patricia helped me. She was able to tell me its okay we dont have it in stock will have it Direct ship to your home for free. Totally happy with my experience today. No in store shopping right now BUT go online, shop ypur store by location, pay and when your order is ready park, call them and out they come with your order. She checked to make sure it was my by my phone and put my order in my trunk. Best shopping experience since Covid19. Good job! Oh and theyre hiring.

Was really fun to find out but they only sell single kitchen carpet. They do not sell any of the 3-piece sets like what used to be so popular. When you have a larger kitchen 30 Dollar Carpet just wont hack it..

Long ago, employees were able to ask if you needed help, this time, no baskets, no customer service offered, and now they have out priced my being able to buy anything, Ive always counted on the store to have the TV items so I would not have to pay shipping, I am so sorry that I will not be able to shop there again.

Feel like the selection and quality has dropped. Really would have liked to see a lot more options for bedding. Im guessing they cleared it out to make room for other things that I wasnt looking for today. Still a decent place to shop.

Ive never been a fan of smelly bath stores but was surprised how many things I wanted in this store. Bought CBD memory foam pillows half off. Got many other little things.

Large department your store will things for kitchen, bed and bath. They have a decent selection and variety for kitchen, however for everything else they tend to carry only a few beans and prices can be pretty high. I recommend price comparison for most things. Nice selection of travel size though.

We received excellent service from our checkout clerk. She mentioned we might have a coupon in my wifes email. She didnt think she had received one so the clerk went to a PC and found one for 20% off, saving us $40. She went out of her way to help us and were very grateful.

While I didnt get anything, it was a great window shopping experience to plan out my upcoming move.

Only place That carried the pillow I needed. Was within $2.00 of ordering online and I was able to hold the product before I purchased. Stomach sleepers come check out the great pillows here!!!!

Although I dont like shopping on Thanksgiving, I went in on Thanksgiving on the way home. The staff was incredibly helpful and was handing out 25% off coupons on the way in the door. Sales staff even looked up online to see if something I wanted was available online even though it wasnt in the store. Even though it wasnt, the sale was so awesome that I really scored on the gift that I bought.

If youre willing to pay the prices the quality of these are good. The food storage and kitchen set up selection has always been great. So much else falls into the novelty category, and much of it can be found cheaper elsewhere.

They have a wide variety of everything Bed Bath & Beyond! Its fun looking around, seeing what they have! Their selection in the bedding area is huge!

I went in specifically for a set four beverage glasses found what needed quickly, but only had three out on display looked for help and was attended to very quickly. Walked out with what I needed within 15 minutes. Very happy with the service.

Really wasnt impressed, almost all the shelves were bare and items were out of stock.

My girl loves this place. Found some great smelling cologne here. Cheaper than Victoria Secret...and smells just as great. Always have customers complementing the Freshwater smell that smells great on me.

Cant find what you want in the store? Today I went to the N Division store with a shopping list of items I needed for Thanksgiving dinner and a very knowledgeable, kind, and patient customer service representative, Barbara, assisted me with finding the much needed items online; yes I know how to shop BBB online, but she helped find what I wanted so much faster at the best deal with free shipping!

You can find some pretty cool home gadgets here! I like the as seen on TV stuff that makes daily tasks easier. I bought a smart garbage bin here that still works great, 3 years later. They have a good return policy, clean store, and good selection. Id do 5 stars, except so often their coupons are confusing.

Excellent service today! I got some incorrect information from a clerk but the manager graciously gave me the service that the clerk had offered. It was time consuming but she helped me and only near the end did I find out that the clerk had been mistaken but the boss helped because anyway. I believe the managers name was Krista. Kudos for being so gracious and helpful!

I like taking time to look around in that store you just dont know what you will find

3 wick candles are amazing and last forever. I also only use their hand soaps. They keep your hands soft and dont dry out your skin.
