My first experience with Carpet Barn was in September of 2020 when I replaced the carpet in my basement. I was looking for something nice but not too spendy. Jill showed me their warehouse stock, and I fell in love with the English Toffee color, which of course was not available. But Jill assured me it would become available soon, and she was great about keeping me posted on status. Once installed, the carpet looked beautiful and felt so warm and soft on my bare feet! So much so that I went back in June of this year to replace the carpet in all of the upstairs bedrooms. We used the same line, but a lighter color, and once again it turned out warm and soft and beautiful. I also have to give a big shout out to Brian, who was our installer on both jobs. He is big and strong and hard-working, and really knows what he is doing. Because of his work both areas in my home look and feel great. I think you will be nicely surprised with the quality and affordability of their carpet and their service. I highly recommend them!

Jill and George were amazing. Purchased a home that was already in the process of being built and ultimately the builder had final say in design. Jill was excellent about always reaching out to make sure that we were included in design decisions and to ensure our preferences were taken into consideration. Great with helping with advice on design choices to fit our vision.Was so luck to stop by the house when George was working on flooring. He went above and beyond to walk through each room with me and ensure that things were installed to match our preferences. In addition, he was an excellent resource for making recommendations for areas that we were less certain about.Great team to work with!!!

Bill was great. He showed up as scheduled and provided a complete bid for our project in a timely manner. He was thorough, professional, and accurate in assessing what was needed for a good outcome. I am very pleased with the workmanship of the installers of my new vinyl flooring. They were not only very efficient and hardworking but they went above and beyond to complete the job. They were also a happy group, cooperating and accommodating each other just like having a family get together in my home while doing their excellent work. I highly recommend Carpet Barn for any floor work.

This is the 4th time weve used Carpet Barn, and I fully intend to keep using them. The first few times were custom area rugs for an office, and most recently the upstairs remodel of an old house. Customer service was amazing. The installer had to come back on a Saturday because there was no power on when he came the first time. That was clearly our fault, but he didnt even grumble about it. The entire team was flexible and understanding. Great experience! (again!)

The Carpet Barn is one of the most familiar floor shops in town to me because growing up I remember see their funny commercials on TV.The quality of flooring I got was outstanding. The customer service was great.I will definitely shop at the Carpet Barn again and recommend them to anyone asking.

The guys were awesome they gave me a small discount because I was installing it myself .it was only 10 cents off and the carpet per square foot. The carpet was like 4.29 something cents per square foot so whatever but its saved me at least 20 bucks on the carpet that I wanted. They were very knowledgeable and polite the place with clean and quiet with decent music atmosphere. Giving them 5 stars because I have 0 complaints that I cannot think of one complaint. No matter how hard I try I have 0 complaints so 5 stars thank you I appreciate it. Also probably going to upload a picture of my new closet.

We recently purchased flooring at the Carpet Barn Liquidation Center in Spokane. We were able to get quality flooring for a great price. However, our most significant praise goes to our salesperson, Michael J. He is professional, courteous, friendly and amazingly helpful! He helped us wrap and secure a load of 1,100 sq.ft. of laminate flooring so well that we were able to drive 150 miles home at 30-40 mph through a snow storm and not a drop of moisture got on our new flooring! Michael exemplifies what great service is about! Thank you, Michael! We really enjoyed working with you!

Jill, at the Spokane store on Sprague, was very helpful, friendly, and accessible. She provided me with great advice and suggestions on the differences in vinyl plank flooring, installation tips, amount to order, color selection, underlayment, etc. She really made the experience a good one. My floor looks fabulous and I was able to put it in myself with some helpful tips online and from Jill. I was able to get a high quality LVP (Pergo Extreme) for a fair price. I would definitely recommend Carpet Barn to a friend, especially if Jill could take care of them.

My wife is currently high-risk, so Pete talked me through everything on the phone, emailed photos of samples, and got everything scheduled without us having to leave our home. After my experience with Carpet Barn, I would take my business elsewhere in the future for a few reasons. The first reason is that the sales people don’t seem very interested in helping the customer unless they were the initial point of contact, I think they could improve the cohesiveness of their team. I was told to come back later to speak to my salesperson, and when someone else did help me arrange the install while my salesperson was out, they added charges to my bill that were not on the original quote after I paid as an outstanding charge. This was later removed, but (second reason) it was concerning to me that it was added to begin with when they assured me it wouldn’t be. The third reason is that they changed the time of install without calling to let me know, meanwhile I was left waiting at home all day when I could have been at work. In the end the quality of install was good, but they did scratch up the newly painted walls (photo included). Unfortunately I can’t give a good rating because of my experience with the before mentioned reasons.

We were nicely treated by the salesperson Brandon, found a carpet we liked at a price we were comfortable with, and the installers did a great job. We purchased a patterned carpet and cant see a single seam. Our condo association required soundproofing information (which wasnt easily available) and the store was able to find it and send it to us. Be sure to discuss charges for moving any items like couches beforehand.

I called 4 different places to try to buy a small amount of carpet padding. I had to buy a big amount or nothing. Then I was greeted with a super friendly voice I explained I just needed like 8 feet instead of 800 feet and Brandon specifically made me feel like i was doing him a favor just for being there. He went above and beyond. He was a class act, & professional as can be. I ended up needing 1 more foot of padding and of course without hesitation took care of me and without question I will recommend the guys at carpet barn for anything carpet related. Huge shoutout. Support local.

Carpet Barn on E. Sprague was wonderful to do business with. The salesmen were very helpful and the carpet and vinyl flooring we chose are beautiful!!!The installing crew we got were so knowledgeable and went out of their way to handle some very difficult flooring challenges. No free estimates but 50 the dollars goes towards the carpet cost if you buy. Like color of carpets and thickness and 4 different pads you can step on. 2 weeks out for installation. Demo and getting rid of old carpet they will also do. Will go back again.

Carpet barn had horrible customer service. They were very rude. Didnt tell me that I had to put a 50 dollar deposit down for somebody to come out and measure my place . Which I payed the 50. But instead of taking 50 . They took 54.00. And then I waited over a week for somebody to call to schedule a time to come out and measure. Which never happened. So I finally called to get a refund . And each time I called they were rude. I would never use carpet barn.

Worked with Scott at carpet barn twice now and each time weve had and really great experience. First project was carpet, called spoke with Scott and completed the order via email. Didnt even have to visit the store because we knew exactly the specific carpet.Installation was perfect, they were timely and it looks great. Our second job was kitchen floor, finished yesterday, it looks amazing. Corktec floating system, the installation is perfect. The crew was on time and cleaned up everything. These guys are professional, highly recommend them.

We ordered a carpet remnant. Staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. We had originally gone to Home Depot but found the carpet barn has a better selection and far more competent staff. In addition, the Carpet Barn is clearly local and takes pride in the surrounding community. Go here for carpet!

We are redoing a bedroom and needed only a small 12 x 14 piece of carpet went to carpet barn because we thought we could get a good dealHowever a good deal is subjective carpet barn was Not helpful at all and Very condescendingWould rather pay more at Home depot or great floors and get good customer service or any service at all. Not helpful. I chose a berber carpet for my stairs and requested the installer do a French tuck around the stair nose. I showed the manager photos and measurements and he told me I needed to first add a half round to each tread. I paid $50 for the materials at a lumber yard and hired a carpenter who said this may not hold with stair traffic. I emailed the manager for advice, and he never answered me. I then went back to the store and found out the the install price I was quoted did not include an additional $150 flat fee.I found a carpet I liked at another store and the installer said it was absoluely not necessary to extend the tread or round the edge. He did a beautiful job and it looks great.

This is for the Carpet Barn on Hwy 2 that just opened up-We were in a time crunch originally ordered carpet/installation from Lowes and kept getting pushed back on time, very disappointed! Went to Carptet Barn and Steve the manager bent over backwards for us and gave us the carpet(improved over the one from Lowes), pad and installation for an amazing price and it was installed in 3 days. We are so happy with the professionalism, pricing and the installation was high quality by Larry. We couldnt be happier and will be carpet barn customers for a long time to come!!! I highly recommend them for all your flooring needs!
