Always professional and helpful. Last visit the pharmacist went above and beyond and transferred my prescription to another location so I could pick it up without delay! I’ll always use this Walmart pharmacy!

They told my boyfriend his prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. Over 1 hour later he is still waiting, and they dont even tell him why its taking so long, dont even acknowledge him. And then it turns out the whole time they just forgot to tell him its ready. Worst service ever. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

I love this pharmacy! It’s my go-to. I’ve used other pharmacies with different incentives and people but, I always find myself going back to this one. The pharmacists are always so nice and informative and the techs are so kind and helpful. I’ve talked to Cami on the phone a few times calling regarding my prescriptions and she always has the best attitude. Also, love there extended hours and text program. This makes it so easy to fill my scripts. Also, my insurance was not working due to a change of third party provider and they reimbursed me cash for when I had to pay full price, I didn’t follow up on this they just kept track and we’re extremely proactive. Fantastic customer service. 10/10 experience each time.

Taylor the pharmacist took the time to help me find a coupon online, which saved me almost $100! He was really good to explain everything and make sure all my questions were answered. This pharmacy is always good. Today they were exceptional.

Cami just helped me over the phone today and was extremely nice and helpful ! Makes me feel comfortable sending all my prescriptions to this pharmacy knowing I’ll get great care and help :)

I was the first person in line... waited 20 min... no one even acknowledged me. when they were done helping the only person ahead of me.. the one already at the register everyone walked off and went about their business. No well be right with you, no one moment please... nothing. I walked up to the register and stood there for several min with pharmacy techs walking right past me.

They got a goodRx coupon up before I could even pull my phone out, saved me $60+ asked if I had any question, I would give higher stars if I could

I wouldnt suggest the drive through pharmacy. It seems like a good idea and like it will save you time, but they dont help you very fast. You pull up and they dont even acknowledge youre there for over 5 minutes. Then they take forever to fill the order and still dont get it out to you quickly. Either walk in or use another pharmacy.

Ridiculously kind, always able to help quickly if you’re in a pinch for time, and obviously the lowest pharmacy prices you can get. When the pharmacy service at Walmart rivals that of its competitors, they can’t compete with Walmart prices and I’ll bet it makes them very nervous. Therefore I’m guessing these other negative reviews must be rival small business owner pharmacists trying to undermine Walmart, because ive been to this one twice a month for over a year and I’ve only experienced the best service possible

I would give zero stars if I could. I went to them because they are close to my house. Worst pharmacy experience ever. They did not fill my prescription correctly (according to physicians prescription) which forced me to have to pay a large sum out of pocket that normally is covered by my insurance. Go to Maceys Pharmacy. So worth the extra few minutes drive. I get that working in a pharmacy is probably not always pleasant but Ive never experienced such difficult people who clearly dont know what they are doing...in a pharmacy. Its quite scary. Walmart...you should review this pharmacy!

Waited to drop a prescription off and no one came to help. Waited at least 15 mins, made eye contact with pharmacy tech and pharmacist but both ignored me. They were not busy at all. One person walked up to their register, pointed me out to them and they waved it off and helped them instead!My prescriptions are not cheap. I go here because its convenient but I will take them elsewhere from now on.

Super super slow! It’s painful how long it takes to fill your prescription! Waited at the drove through for 35 minutes for a pre-bottled eye drop.

This pharmacy is terrible. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone! The customer service is terrible. They do not care about their customers at all. The wait times are ridiculous. They will tell you it will be 30 minutes, an hour later you will maybe have your prescription! If you call in a refill or new prescription dont expect it ready even if its been hours. I have given them multiple chances and they only get worse! Worst pharmacy!!!

I had surgery on my foot Wednesday and I got a prescription for my pain meds because I might have an infection and I am in serious pain. I got them from my doctor and the pharmacist and pharmacy tech racially profiled me and practicality called me a drug addict he said he did not feel comfortable filling them and that he would need to call my Dr who prescribed them to me, if I did not need them I would not have got them prescribe to me I DO NOT recommend them at all. He was also very very rude to my mother. He said it was his political view and opinion that he would not fill them. THAT is not his job to tell a customer that its practically HIS right to not fill MY prescription. It is my Drs. Pharmacists are NOT doctors and have no right to say if I need my meds. My mom also did not get his name because he was turned so she could not see the name tag.

I see the bad reviews but I go here quite frequently and have never had a bad experience. Pharmacists and techs are all very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Fairly friendly, but suuuuuuuuuuper slow. I wont be going back, I just dont have an extra 30 mins to wait to pickup prescriptions. Even when there is only one customer ahead, it takes forever, Ive had several people ahead of me in line at Costco and only had to wait 5 mins. Not sure why it is so slow, but Costco isnt. Prescriptions transferred.

I have had my rxs filled at this pharmacy since it opened without any issues, aside from a slightly longer than normal wait when theyre super busy during sick season. Drive-thru pharmacy is much quicker during sick season... I think it took a total of 7 minutes in the drive-thru. In and out, easy breezy. The customer service at this pharmacy isnt as bad as people make it out to be.

The guy who took my recipe was rude and arrogant because I dont speak English well and it took me more than 40 minutes to give me my medicines and only give me one medicine and you have to wait longer to pick up the other one being asked to order them at the same time
