Bought 2 ridiculously expensive pocket squares as gifts for groomsmen. But their ties were the wrong color and the clashing made us not use them. About 12 hours later I tried to return them, tags on, with my paper receipt. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. Nowhere was a non-return policy made known. It was not written on the receipt. Yet they refused. Desperate. Criminal. And small shops wonder why we shop online.

Ever bought a watch from them when the shop was named Ranch Mens store. Poor after sale services. Ever inquired about after sale service and they email me back they will be responsible for shipping fees. But when I called in, the representative denied and asked for the original email text. I sent to him. Then he deliberately misread the meaning of the previous email. I argued back then he finally recognized what the words read and apologized but no free shipping as one of them promised.
