Came here on 6/4/2019 and Mr. Kim and Mr. Robert were AMAZING. Very helpful and gave great suggestions. This was my first stop and my last stop. There was NO need to go anywhere else because Mr. Kim and Mr. Robert know for sure how to take care of their people. So make sure you come here for what you need going forward...Customer Service is beyond GREAT!!!

What wonderful people! Had to rent a tux for a wedding in Charlotte - the weekend a major snowstorm ran through North Carolina and Virginia. I elected to stay put, so of course the tux (a perfect fit by the way) stayed in the bag until I took it back to the shop that Monday. A contract is a contract, so I had no expectation other than to drop off the tux and thank them for their great service. The snowstorm wasnt their fault, after all.BUT: without my asking, they offered to check to see if some sort of refund might be possible, and before I got home they called and YES! I dont expect Ill be renting many tuxes, but given the great expertise in fitting, the wonderful service, a very good price had i used the tux, and of course the BIG extra mile in just plain niceness, I sure hope everyone who reads this picks these folks for formal wear and everything else they do.

I never give 5 stars because nothing is perfect, so here is my unbiased review...This is my sons 2nd year getting his Homecoming attire from Gentrys Formal Wear. Prices are awesome, great selection of styles, but the most important thing to me is the customer service...Valerie and Mr. Ken are very personable, they listen to what the customer wants and offer reasonable suggestions. U can not go wrong at Gentrys.

It was a very nice place with excellent customer service. The owner was kind, and his assistant was even kinder. The suit quality was great and it didn’t rip, and best of all the insurance policy covered any kind of damage.

On Wednesday 02/06/19 my wife and I dropped my shirt and pants off to the dry cleaner at Snellville for daughter and father dance on Saturday 02/09/19 at 7pm, and we were told to pick it up on Saturday the 9th at 4pm but when we got at the cleaner at 3:45 pm the clothes were not done or there but at another location in Lawrenceville. We drove to Lawrenceville but the clothes wasn’t also. We came back to Snellville, my 8 years old daughter crying her night is spoiled and stores are closing or almost closed. We drove to the Gentry shop in Snellville at 5:50pm and the store was to close in ten minutes, we were blessed to meet Ken the owner, my wife in tears and my little princess very sad, so we explained the story yo Ken. He took his time and looked in his inventory and was able to found great out fits in my size and let us have it for $0.00, Yes for FREE and didn’t asked for any information but told us to return it on Monday. I offered for him to copy my D.L but he said I’m trusting you and It’s the Lord’s blessings for us. The Gentry shop is now my shop, not because my name is Gentry too but because they are the best for formal wear, Five plus stars for Gentry shop, again thanks.
