I normally dont give many reviews at all but Ive been with these people over 1.5yrs and items still arent paid off. Every time I call, the ones working there knows nothing and everything has to go through Cole. He tells you one payment then you get charged a total different payment. I have never missed any payments with them or anything and the level of service just isnt there with these people. I called to see why my account is charged a different amount than I was given for the 2nd time and once again I have to wait for COLE to call back. You are better off saving your money and buying elsewhere bc this is a total ripoff. I would give 0 stars if there were an option

I have been doing business with Coe and Dave for years now. They have nice products, but I do business with them because they have the best service in town. They truly do care about their customers and have helped me through some rough patches in my life. They are always happy to help and have the small business attention to customers you long for at a big corporation. I will be back soon to get a living room!

I was able to get a Washer and Dryer with no problems at all. With the uncertainty and fear about the virus, they came in and installed with sanitizing and took great precautions. They followed all of the guidelines to ensure that everyone stayed safe. I didnt even see them. They came in through the garage. The entire process was done on the internet. Kudos, especially to management. Kudos to Coe. He is awesome!!!

I luv these guys! They treat u like some family at Premier. been with them for years and I have gotten so many nice products from them. Unfortunately, they are being targeted by the employees of the big stores around them spreading fake reviews on here. They dont let dat stop them though. KEEP IT UP GUYS WE LOVE U!!!

I will never recommend this company to anyone, yes they have nice stuff, but they will store your card information without your permission and charge it without you authorizing it on the day its due, not just when youre late.... Thats stealing and definitely not ethical. I always pay my bill so thats not an excuse. I will never ever purchase anything from them ever again. I wouldnt have even given them one star, but it is required in order to post.

We bought half of our furniture from premier and never had any problems. The owners are very nice and helpful . As far as storing your credit card info they made you aware of that and will not process any payments unless authorized to .

Premier is great. They dont check credit and have low payments. I just paid off a washer and dryer and Im about to get a new dinette

Its a blessing for those who cant afford to purchase items outright, to have the opportunity to make payments while you keep the item, until the item is paid off! Great

Im so happy I found this store! The owners were real nice and even suggested that I shop their competitors to see how the prices compared. So I did, and Premier Rental-purchase had the sofas we wanted for a good bit less than the other store we went too and the online place we looked. Most people dont realize that Premier also SELLS furniture, appliances, electronics and stuff, they dont just RENT FURNITURE. The other places we looked charge for delivery and set up, but these guys dont. I recommend them.

If I could give them a minus 5 would.. Crooks take money out of your acct without permission. I still have them a second chance. Sold me a recliner THST was suppose to be a big mans Recliner. Lists...a child could not for in it comfortably . then it move back and forth side to side. About to fall apart. Never use them unless you want to be ripped off. If they ever take money from my acct again I will press charges

I recently had another great experience with Premier Rental-Purchase in Snellville. We bought a leather sectional sofa, and they gave us a tremendous deal on it; I did a lot of research on the net and local stores; Premier gave us the lowest price I found anywhere and delivered and set up. Plus the owner patiently kept looking up styles and emailing and texting me pictures while we were selecting, so GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REALLY GREAT PRICE! (Yes, the sell furniture outright- they dont just do rent-to-own.)

If I could give zero stars I would, this company is nothing but crooks and liars they handle there business so shady if you dont believe me look at their BBB complaints save yourself time and money and just go to a more reputable business like Aarons or Rent-A-Center. All there items are cheap quality and way overpriced and most are even used, but they want you to pay triple times the price

Poor place of business they store your card information when you tell them not to and go into your account taking money out without letting you know. They do not want to give refunds when they’re supposed to they say they will and never do. WILL NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!

This dirty place charged my card without authorization. The thing is I dont even have a account with these people. I have nothing to do with this company. I went in there yesterday and demanded a refund of course the man called the police he said he refunded the money but the money never got refunded so I will be going back up there today. He can call the police as many times as he wants he had no right to charge my card. Especially!!! If I never done any business with them to begin with.I hope nobody gets furniture from here and the business shuts down.

I helped a friend out by making a one time payment with my debit card and they used my information to make two other payments and then lied to me that the person that I was helping gave them permission to use my card again and when I told them that they were lying they then said that because the person was past due that they went ahead and ran my card again. Then they lied again by telling me that they would reimburse me my money. And when they didnt I went to my bank and they forge the paper work saying that I gave authorization for them to do it. Bad business I tell you.

Coe and Dave are really great guys. I recently purchased a dinette through Premier and I could not have been more satisfied with them. They have very affordable rental rates as well as low cash prices. Best of all, it felt like they actually cared about getting me to ownership of my dinette! Save yourself and dont do business with the big box RTO companies that care only about your money. Choose the locally owned alternative that wants you to make the right decision. Thanks again guys!

I was really screwed by this company. I tried canceling my account with them a week after starting it. They refused. I have tried and tried canceling and they refused. It was a cash only basis. I had arrangements for them to pick up today and instead I woke up to an empty bank account which they had no legal rights to. They have charged my bank card which my wife nor I gave to them. They emptied my account!!!They called my phone on Tuesday 21 times at 7:30 am. Talk about harassment. Against the law. I have notified the police, news stations, and federal trade commission. They want to insist on stealing from my family and I. They are messing with the wrong person. They are thief’s.

First I will say I have never had a problem with Premier as a whole. They really are wonderful people. Of my own accord I have decided to change my venue a little bit and save some money. I wont say that they are overly priced because at the end of the day when I needed something they have always allowed me and helped me get it. I wont discredit anyone in this company because honestly they have been good to me. I dont usually write reviews unless I am asking someone to beware. They really try to help you and with all do respect, sometimes its not so much of what they do for you its what you have done to yourself. I will not bad mouth these folks because genuinely I have much respect for them.If I were the person that either recommends or disways you from becoming a customer I would definitely recommend them. Its hard enough out here trying to make it, but if you have a handful of people that could help you get where you need to be or for that matter want to me, it would be these people.Denece Tilghman
