Great service at a great price. Most mechanics will pressure you to get things done that you don’t want, but not this place.Mr. Chen is also very communicative about the pricing of labor and parts, and will even give you a good discount if you’re having a bunch of work done. 10/10 would recommend.

The owner, Mr. Chen, ALWAYS returns your calls, is ALWAYS honest, and ALWAYS discusses the job fully with you. There are no surprise. And the work is always EXCELLENT. I wouldnt take my cars anywhere else for both mechanical and body work.

I use their services for 4 years.They have very reasonable prices and I come there for repairs after auto-dealer multi-point inspection. They always verify what auto-dealer tried to sell me and do only necessary repairs at much lower price. And everything is always done in promised time.

I have had two vehicles repaired here (1992 Toyota Camry, 2002 Mazda MPV) and the results were great. Alli Lin went above and beyond to help me save money on the repairs. She was also very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend this facility.

My family and friends have been coming here for several years. They are very good and very busy! They have very good price an offered many services. I/we strongly recommend this place. One recommendation, because they are very busy and helpful with all your needs, double check on your services and call ahead before picking up your car(s).

The price was cheaper compared to other places for an oil change/routine services, but they will try to up-sell like many other shops/dealerships for routine services/maintenance.Please dont scare people into getting routine maintenance and just offer/recommend them. I will return here.

They told me it would take one to two day for the repair...it ended up being a week. They never called me to tell me it was ready for pick up found out after calling for two days, leaving messages to learn this information. When I arrived, they informed me they gave my key to someone else!!!! This is after waiting for 40min while the women at the front desk talked on the phone and ate her lunch. They then tried to tell me to come back another day and or go pick up the key from the client they gave it to. Also while all this is going on one of the workers is laughing thinking the situation is funny. I told them this is unacceptable, and the way there acting is unprofessional and told him to stop laughing cause this is serious. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! AN DISGUSTED BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NEVER GO HERE!!!

Service here is so worth and you wont waste each dollar in the bill.I come here for several times, and they always have a good service. Chen, the owner, tells the staff to do the best job instead of hurrying for money.Federal government also send the cars here, why not you miss it?

Ive been going to this body shop for about 8 years. They, the owner is Mr. Chen knows what he is doing, is fair, honest, and has 9 times out of 10 given me the best price for the work needed. He and his staff have serviced 7 cars altogether in my family and there was never an issue he couldnt fix. If he has a question on the repair or needs to change something he calls ahead of time to let you know. Id def recommend him and have, which is why so many of my extended family, from Potomac, to Rockville, to Bethesda and Silver Spring, all use him for body repairs and such.

I would give this place a ZERO star. I called in times for a repair quote while the owner asked for everything and never get back for a price.

Mr. Chen did an Excellent Job on my car. Him and his workers were soo nice. They also had a great sense of humor. I was in a car accident a week ago and I was really upset. I didnt know where to go to get my car fixed. I went to several auto body shops for an estimate and they were all TOO high. I was referred to Mr. Chen by a friend and I am soooo happy I found him. The price was just right and the work is excellent. I am forever grateful.

I love my car, and was heartbroken to think it may be time to give it up after it failed inspection due to rust and holes in the frame. Mr. Chen quoted me a reasonable price for the job, and the results were so good the inspection station couldnt believe it was the same vehicle.

This body shop has been around for many years and the old shop is only few blocks away. My friends and families have their cars serviced at this body shop for many years and we trust them completely. The mechanics & managers will get your car in and out and keep the prices down. By not going to dealers and other shops, YOU end up saving lots of money so you can spend it elsewhere. We had our Mercedes E class, BMW X3, NIssan, Toyota and others cars...

Dont Trust this Guy..... Sneaky Crook... Had my Car 2 months just to find out it was total lost.... He got Paid I lost my car that was 95 percent done.... I am not happy with this company. lack of communication and lack of respect. Dont take your car to this shop... i suggest if you want your car back, take it somewhere else.

Ive had body work done at A quality three times in the past 20 years and each time the workmanship was excellent and done at the lowest possible price. I trust the owner Yang Cheng explicitly and highly recommend him to anyone.

This place did unauthorized work on my vehicle. I had my car for 3 months and I had towed to A quality because it wouldnt start after the snow. The tow carrier that they used charged an excessive $115 to tow the car 10 miles. One my car was towed there they replace my brake pads, keep in mind that Ive only had the car for 3 months so its no way the brake pads needed to be replaced. Not only did they not need to be replaced but they werent authorized to work on my vehicle. I would never use this auto body shop again nor would I recommend it to any one friend or foe.
