I was recommended this place from my state farm insurance after i ran over road debris at high speeds (in Mexico) that damaged my bumper. I got some before pics of the damage. They put a new bumper on and painted it. The process was very easy. They gave me a ride home when i dropped it off. The new bumper looks good and Im happy with the repair. Keep in mind this is a 70 thousand dollar car and Im very particular about how my car looks and Im very hard to please when it comes to my cars appearance. Basically what Im trying to say is if I can trust them with my nice car then your car should be fine in their hands.

Had the front bumper repaired now my car looks perfect in brand new and it’s actually perfectly aligned the way it should be I highly recommend the shop

Was referred to this shop through the responsible partys insurance.. should have gone through my own insurance. They repaired my vehicle sooner than what was expected and I see why 2 days after picking it up I had to take it back. The fog light cover on my bumper was not attached correctly so it fell off. And the engine cover under the hood is completely missing. Ive waisted a whole additional day trying to resolve this. They refinishing my bumper but only refinished the area that was hit and clear coated the rest over all imperfections already there. Lesson learned go to your own insurance

I did an excellent review for them, that was before they charge me the deductible, which I was not supposed to pay, so the insurance said crash champion owes you $500.00 and they know they do but never received the check. That was two months ago.And Robert who answered the phone twice, the 1st time a month and a half ago his customer service is awful, he doesnt care at all that they charge me something they shouldnt have.

This was an auto body repair. i was very satisfied and will use them again. the GM Angle Romas and staffmember Stephanie provided great customer care.

Geico recommend me that shop.Brought my car to that shop to get fix after a collision. AfterThey did the repair job the sunroof and the car alarm is not functioning!!! They said they are not responsible and instead tell me to my dealership! I don’t recommend that shop. I’m disappointed That Geico do business with Cheap mentality mind company.

Great place to get your repairs done, quite professional and reliable

This shop was recommended by my insurance company for collision repairs. While a little slow the service was adequate. The work was adequate.The car needed a few additional cosmetic fixes so I requested and received an additional quote before any work was started. I called the company several times to get the work done and received a call with no one on the line after the first call, then nothing after my subsequent calls.Apparently the shop has more than enough business.

I was involved in a traffic collision and this short message surrounds the repair shop I dealt with as a result of the finder bender.I have never been in a fender-bender prior to this but if I had do it again, with what I know today, I’m dealing with Pacific Elite Collision Centers.I took my car to the shop based on information supplied to me by a customer service agent from AAA. The information the agent supplied was wrong but it all worked out for the best.Based on the information and my decision I took my car to Pacific Collision Center. I walked in and immediately I was greeted with a great front office team. These ladies are stellar and top-notch when it comes to accommodation and communication. I was then introduced to my service advisor Mike. Mike greeted me like I was his only customer he ever had. He walked we around my vehicle asked about why I like my car and explained in detail the expectation with the overall repair journey. Everything Mike stated was not only true but beyond what he stated. Not only was I kept in the loop I received text messages with updates as well as calls from the front office team as well. The day I went to pick up the vehicle I was walked around the car explained what took place with the repair and I was given an opportunity to ask questions to make sure I understood the obvious sort-of-speak.Thank you, Mike and the front office team of Pacific collision center and the technician’s as, I’m grateful for my repair but more grateful for the service I received. I have two experiences with this company. They are the best. Excellent service and craftsmanship. The front office staff are not warm or terribly personable, but always helpful and seem to like their job. The rest are great.

Kept us updated on the progress although it took a little longer than expected, (only two extra days) we got our car back looking like new! Washed, vacuumed and with a full tank! Pacific Elite, right from receptionist Stephanie until the manager were very accommodating and ensured that my car drop off and pick up scheduled according to my work schedule. This company was effecient, communicated well, and would update me throughout the process. There is also a lifetime warranty added to the repairs. Minus 2 stars for having to bring my car back a few days later.

Pacific elite “fixed” my car and returned it to me with a horrible paint job and a crooked bumper. Somehow, they convinced me that if I brought it back to them, they would make it better.Now1. the color on the part they repainted doesnt match the rest of the car/original color.2. The bumper isn’t correctly on, AND3. Something in the rear is squeaking when I go over bumps. This was not happening when I brought the car in.When I picked up my car, it was explained to me that the difference in the color is probably because they are using a different paint manufacturer than the original paint (this makes it not an issue that the paint doesn’t match how? )They also pointed out that my front bumper, which had not just been worked on, isn’t 100% flush with the adjacent panel. Ok, but it’s not as bad as the one you just allegedly fixed.They are never touching my car again.

I had no problems with them handling my insurance.They gave me a copy of the work done. Bad Experience👎🏽So even though my name and my vehicles info and the time of my appointment is THERE! In there sistem. Even though the lady in the front confirmed my appointment TWICE!. This guy Jesus with poor customer service instead of making everything possible to earn a new customer and profits to his company decided to tell me that I have to call my self to find out why there is a misunderstanding with my insurance and the body shop. Really!Im taking my car somewhere else!

The reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because James R is poor at following up and is not very proactive (if hes new he should be better trained). Other than that everyone there is tip top. Work is excellent and the front desk is stellar.

Their communication was very poor throughout my entire process with them which ended up costing me additional time, money, and frustration.I dropped my car off on Tuesday. Matt ensured me a call back Wednesday morning, never came. I reached out on Thursday to no avail. It took until Saturday right before they were about to close to receive an update on my car so I wasnt able to pick it up until the following Monday.In the end, I never got my car fixed and I ended up having to pay for 4 additional days of a rental car that I didnt need.

This place was listed by my insurance. Went in to have my front bumper replaced due to a fender bender. Got a quote fairly quickly and opted to drop my car off once they got the parts. A few days later I drop my car off and leave my key. I receive an email an hour or so later asking if I had left my key with them. I responded that I had given it to Angel, the main guy that was helping me. Nothing after that.I stopped by a couple days later to grab something out of my car but couldnt get into my car because it turns they gave my key to another lady that came to pick up her car previously! She was coming back later that day to drop off my key to them...A couple days later I get a call that the bumper replacement has been finished. Went and picked up the car. A few days later I noticed the driver side of my bumper was not fully flush. Took it back in to then and they said the bracket that the area clips into is broken... So they ordered a replacement part and they would call me to let me know to come back in when they got the part to fix it real quick.I get a call a couple days later that they got the bracket and to come in. They pull my car into the garage and a few minutes later Angel informs me that the wrong bracket was ordered and cant fix it. They had to order the bracket from the OEM and will call me again once they get the part.Its been about a week since the last call and I had to call in to ask about the bracket. Turns out that its on back order, for some reason, and they dont have a date whatsoever.May 24th was the date I turned in the authorization forms and dropped off my car. Its June 29th and I still havent heard anything on the remaining part to correct the issue with my bumper. I dont think I would recommend this place to a friend or stranger given all that has transpired. Dont get me wrong Angel is very nice but I dont have much trust in this place.Edit: Completed forgot to come back and update this. After posting the above, a couple of hours later they called and told me they got the bracket that was needed. Not sure if they saw this review or if it was just a coincidence but they also fixed the bracket issue same day. No issues with the repair job so far. Im keeping it at 2 stars because of the issue with losing my keys.

Went here through geiko insurance and the repairs and service I have received has been terrible so far! 4 days after getting my car back, it wouldnt start. Thats on top of my gas cap not being installed correctly, door handle is not color matched to my door, and was told the additional damaged caused to my front bumper were from them power washing my car (there is a reason no car wash uses a power washer).Had to go in three times and still dont have everythkng fixed as the refuse to fox the damage THEY caused to my car.Super sketchy shop, avoid at all costs!!

Took my Tundra here to get the front end fixed up. The manager was incredibly knowledgeable and respectful and in my opinion the price was more than fair.

I went to get an estimate for my insurance I had to get 2 estimate the first one I got was from the dealer so I went to Pacific Elite thinking they might be a little more economical then the dealer but their team did not want to take the 10 minutes it took to get the estimate it took them 10 minutes to tell me that they will take pictures and when he comes back from lunch he will do the rest so he would rather go to lunch than to take 10 minutes and get some potential money for the company and the person that was helping me was doing three things at once and seem like he was confused the first dealer I went to they took care of everything in 15 minutes they came right out have you filled out the paperwork and I got looked at my vehicle went to his office typed up the estimate and came and gave it to me it was a simple process but this place turns away customers they must be making a whole lot of money to do that

They didnt do a good job, I shouldve went with my regular body shop instead of using Geicos.They broke one of the covers of my bmw and they just put it back ... Not recommending this place to my friends.
