Thomas, Avery and Paul-Manager were super helpful throughout the process of trading-in my Chevy Lease into a super great Cadillac SUV.My husband had originally taken me to this dealership but I had my heart set on just getting the same model car I had but newer. Although, I liked what I had heard from Thomas and Avery, I still wanted to explore my options at my original car dealership.As it turns out, that Chevy dealer in Torrance didnt do much. In fact, made it seem as though they were doing me a favor. Yesterday and today (Car needed a part ordered so it spent the night there), I was just blown away with the level of service. From Beginning to end! Johnathon was the guy who checked me in and out and handled all the paperwork. He was so professional, nice, helpful and efficient. I was thoroughly IMPRESSED by what a high caliber guy he is. Oscar shuttled he me home and he was sweet and personable. O-Shey picked me up and he was FABULOUS! So sweet, nice and you could tell he had a huge smile even with the darn mask on. I recently bought a CT5 at Boulevard Cadillac. I had requested information about the car online and the sales person, Thomas Woolsey, followed up promptly and contacted me to arrange a test drive. He had the car waiting for me when I arrived. After he showed me the car and went over the features, I drove it, and fell in love! Thomas was extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He showed me how to use everything and had me try it out to reinforce. The paperwork didnt take very long and the finance guy was also very nice and patient. Premium Escalade owner was treated poorly by Karen Martinez. Visited the service department for sputtering with my vehicle and decided to get an oil change. The technician forget to put the oil at 100% and left it at 18% which makes me question his experience as a mechanic. The following day, I noticed a ticking sound off an on for a week and I truly believe it was due to 18%of oil in my truck. I called the service department explaining my truck could barely pull a hill and it was loud like an old truck on its last leg. The advisor immediately stated to go to a gas station and check the oil stick. I stated, I just had a oil change β€œas I thought” and how about I visit the service department tomorrow on my way to work. Long story short..... They couldn’t identify the ticking, used 49 miles doing test runs, provided me with a rental for a week, recommended I file a claim for assistance in identifying the problem as they couldn’t, poor customer service with no calls with updates as I had to call for status updates on my vehicle. I was so angry with the service I received, I deferred to my husband to communicate with them as I was getting to emotional with them providing no answers. Picked up vehicle as they stated it’s running smoothly and again I believe the low oil played a big part of this issue. I noticed today a big chunk of rubber missing on the right rear door as I’m thinking when the tires were rotated the technician was sloppy installing the wheels. I won’t bother to take it back and will wait for the Case Manager to call and share my experience. Please do not take your luxury vehicle here as no one is experience in fixing minor problems. Im still saddened by them keeping my vehicle for week and finding nothing wrong. As I will continue to say, it was low oil. I will be taking this issue higher😑

Love this dealership. Bought an Escalade and couldn’t be happier. From customer service, service department to salesman Alberto Sosa everything was absolutely amazing. No pressure sales, no forced anything. Albert took extra time to go over all the features the Escalade has to offer. Even the finance manager was great and went out of his way to make sure everything was explained properly and taken care of. Although the customer service agents were good, I took my truck in for a recall and it was worse after they reprogrammed my brakes/system that was supposed to correct the issue. Previous to the service, I only experienced the issue three times in the last year and ONLY when I was parking. After the reprogramming/service, I experienced the issue every time I parked AND when I was driving in traffic, which had never happened before.

On July 28, 2020 I brought my 2011 Cadillac CTS-V (which I bought from this dealership back when in it was on Willow) in for service. I needed to get an additional remote for the car and have a new tire pressure sensor put in on the right rear tire. I also wanted to have a noise checked out that I kept hearing while the vehicle is in motion. This last request would require a text drive, obviously. They got me a new working remote and new sensor put in just fine, but as of now writing this later, the technician did not reassemble my rear tire back properly and it eventually started leaking air from the valve stem. But that is just small potatoes to what the real complaint is here. The work practices of this business are completely dishonest, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Like most bad organizations, it roots down from the guys at the bottom and up to the service manager Rudy Reyes who is also a liar and a coward. I know this because before filing a complaint on this platform, I attempted to resolve the issue in person and confront them with my evidence. What I discovered was a complete lack of accountability in this workplace. On July 29, 2020, at 10:22AM, I was left a voicemail by my service provider M. Burley that the noise I was hearing was emanating from my rear differential carrier assembly. This had been diagnosed by them via a road test and a chassis ear diagnostic tool. The parts and labor would be in the thousands of $$$ range. At 8AM the next morning I talked to my service rep M. Burley and declined the repairs. He told me that he would get the car washed and it would be ready for PICK-UP later that day and at 11:03AM he called me telling me the car was ready for pick-up. Unbeknownst to them, I have a GPS TRACKER inside my vehicle and it can show me every trip the vehicle has been on and the top speed during travel. So my complaint and question to the dealership is: If on July 29, 2020 a test drive had been performed to diagnose the problem (my rear diff.) and if I had spoke with my service rep at 8AM on July 30, 2020 to pick-up my car, then why did someone take it at 9:06AM for a 43 min joy ride all through Long Beach?? Were talking on the freeway and the side streets and everything in speeds of excess of 90MPH!! That doesnt sound like something you would do with a car that has a bad part which you claim needs to be replaced! I know my car has 556 horsepower, but thats not for you to enjoy. I dont remember you guys helping me make any of the monthly payments to GM financial...If this is the type of stuff going on, imagine what else is going on that they try to get away with. This a WARNING to all who read this review on Google. I highly doubt there was anything wrong with my rear assembly anyway, they probably just made that up thinking I was dumb enough to pay that kind of expense to them. Its evident what happened here with my car getting joy rode, anyone can see that. To treat a 9 year customer and his vehicle like this just shows you what kind of establishment were dealing with.

My boyfriend and I went in to Boulevard Cadillac to look around. We were unsure about which Cadillac would fit our needs, however, Wesley came by and was able to help us. He did not pressure us to make any purchase because this was a huge decision to make, and so we went back home and did further research and found that the car Wesley showed us was truly what we could afford and also what we needed. Unfortunately, we went back when Wesley was not there and the gentleman that was there did not do a good job in helping us. However, Wesley went above and beyond and contacted us and helped us get what we have now. We walked out with a gorgeous white Cadillac. Purchased a semi used car from boulevard Cadillac about a year and a half ago from a guy named Ray, ever since I’ve purchased this car I’ve spent nearly 7,800$ in repairs mind you this is a 15,000$ price car . First the rear differential went out got it repaired at the certified Cadillac dealer again it fails both times was 2,900 to repair . Then the screen goes out another 1,5000 to repair . But the one that finally caused me to call them back was the car stalling in the freeway at 80mph every one swerved around me to get out of the way and protect themselves while I’m there stuck hoping to god no one read ends me . I pay a tow truck to come get me . Called Boulevard Cadillac where I bought this car and explained the situation to a guy who claims he’s the sales manager Rudy, he heard me out and said bring the car well help you out and check it out . I call again right when the tow truck is here at my place to take it over and get a second confirmation from Andrew another β€œmanager” . My cars there for an hour and I get a call asking if I approve 155$ just to look at my car !! Worst service imaginable they just want to sell you a car and then when you’re done that’s it they don’t care about your safety or making sure that you’re okay . DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT HONESTY AND RESPECT .

Most of my interactions with Boulevard were through Josh Finley, who was most enthusiastic and helpful. He helped me order the Cadillac that I wanted and worked to get me a very good price on the car. The finance staff was also helpful and made the overall process quick and less tedious. I would certainly go back to Boulevard to purchase my next Cadillac.

I have been to many Cadillac Dealerships and left each one disappointed, frustrated and very unsatisfied with the service and etiquette of the employees who work there. After researching and finding Boulevard Cadillac is was the best decision of my life to drive from LA to Signal Hill as meeting with Rudy Ochoa has not only been very pleasant but it has reassured my confidence in people and the Cadillac Brand. Rudy was helpful, trustworthy, patient, kind, and made me feel confident in leaving my car with Boulevard Cadillac. He explained all aspects of the repair to me and helped me catch issues that may have occurred later down the line. Being a woman it is hard to find trusting automotive repair but I never felt anything was untrue. Everyone was helpful and made me feel welcomed. I will definitely be returning and have encouraged my friends and family to have service repair at Boulevard Cadillac.

As always,service was fast and efficient. The service manager was friendly and honest about what additional service may be needed in the future. I have a Pontiac but that didnt make a difference in providing true Cadillac quality service. Thank you.

The service department is horrible for pick up. They called me the night before close to closing time to tell me my car was ready and that I should pick it up next morningI arrived early next morning as I was told to pick up the car. I had to wait 50 minutes for them to find the paperwork and they even asked me if the car was under a different name the service person was receiving personal calls on his cell while looking for the paperwork and even left the office to talk on the phone. Then he started talking to another coworker about ordering lunch and finding money for the lunch in Spanish I was left there by myself until he came back and still could not find the paperwork or the car finally another person came started looking in all drawers until he found the paperwork.What a filing system for a Cadillac dealer!!!!! Then I had to wait additional 35 minutes more for them to deliver the car they said they were washing it and it came with all kind of dark spots all over. I just decided to leave as is, very upset with this third world service for a top of the line brand . I hope some supervisor or top executive puts and end to this poor customer service

For the first time, I didnt need to haggle for better deal. I did my homework before going to Boulevard Cadillac and in 15 minutes I got my car. Mr, Paul the manager with the hep of Mr, Dwip dj the sells person made it a no pressure and stress free car shopping.I would recommend them to anybody to try them.

For getting ur car serviced who is ever happy? Spending isnt my favorite thing, with that said. They do a great job and are pretty efficient. They will also give u a break where they can.
