They will not anwser the phone, you cannot speak with any type of management or supervisor when you have any issues. You must go in to get service!

Horrible customer service! Not helpful in buying contacts, lady said she left me a message, never happened. The price for contacts is the cheapest, but not worth the hassles!

The eye doctor was fine. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Whoever answers the phones though... beyond awful. They answer with “please hold” and then NEVER come back. I tried calling four times over two days and never spoke to anyone. I waited anywhere from 15-25 minutes each time and they never picked me up off hold. The only reason they got 2 stars from me is because the doctor did his job perfectly.

Was hesitant about going to Wal-Mart for my eye care. Just picked up my glasses the prescription was perfect.In the process of choosing my new glasses Art was very helpful and knowledgable.WAY better service than pearl vision !!
