I love Rite Aid here! I’m always welcome here with open arms and the pharmacists always ask about my day which I believe makes me feel very comfortable. Dung especially is always vibrant and is very good at giving flu shots.

Most of the Rite Aid pharmacy staff know me by name, always very welcoming and concerned that I get my medications in a timely manner. I love the people here!

I have had the best experience using this specific rite aid pharmacy. I have been going there for a few years and any time there is confusion with my insurance or getting in touch with my doctor, they go above and beyond to fix any issues, very quickly and efficiently. Also, if there is a line, they are quick to have another pharmacy staff member come to the other register and move through the line faster.

In our 3 years of coming here,..We BOTH have always been welcome with open arms.Though I will admit those open arms are in the form of petting....from customers : )... The Associates here Know better.But let me enjoy the attention. The Customer is always Right.Good People

Speedy service at the pharmacy!

I’ve been getting my meds here for years. I am welcomed as if I’m family. Everyone has been very kind and helpful.

Huge store! Almost as large as the Safeway near me. Has most everything youd need, pharmacy wise. Many more products/choices than smaller locations. Also has a ton of craft supplies, candles, gifts, as seen on TV, other random products. Customer service was awesome. I highly recommend going to this one!

Took over an hour to get a 7 pill prescription filled. Told it would be 15 minutes. 🤥I understand but it was inconvenient.

Western Union service through the phone booth is terrible. I had to call an agent over the phone and they misspelled the name of the receiver. When I called again and asked the agent to repeat the name, they were very impatient and hung up. If you cannot provide good customer service through third-party companies, then why even bother wasting people’s time?The store staff are excellent, however.

Although all the employees are very nice I dont understand whycashiers dont call for back upwhen customers are waiting in line.Its very irritating when a bunch of us are waitingand any extra worker is peacefully stocking shelves....????And then to have the one cashier make us wait even longer by answering the phone and taking care of that customer!argh

Everything was great until I was accused of stealing. I bunny eared my pockets and gave them my backpack even though its illegal for them to search me. I just wanted to continue shopping, and was escorted out. I probably wont be shopping here again

I went to fill a new prescription and wasnt given consultation until I was asked to sign wether I declined consultation or HAVE been consulted, then I had to ASK for it. When I got home and am double checking the info/directions and warnings on my prescription, I notice it doesnt match what the pharmacist consulted, when I went to refill the same prescription I asked to be re-consulted on the hazards and mention the lack of accuracy on the previous consultation, I was confronted with what did I say wrong? I video recorded the second consultation and will send it to corporate if they are interested. My whole point is, when I go to Rite Aid, I go there because I feel like I can trust who Im getting information and prescriptions from, after these last encounters Im not sure if I can trust this pharmacy any longer.

I always get good service from any Rite Aide I visit. The help from the pharmacy is always outstanding. I also find many good deals at Rite Aide.

Great store for Lots of stuff,food,art,few clothes and some shoes and socks, make-up and more good for medical needs has camera shop in the store so much stuff cant list it all great service most of the time when they have more sevice tellers if you have a problem with anything ask for the manager of the Rite aid store, i like this Rite aid store because it has Lots of stuff to Look at also medical needs like knee braces, so much stuff it a great place to visit for a person that likes looking at Lots of stuff, from a customer thats their alot of times.🤗

Beware of how your debit cards are handled here. Clerk doesnt know how to process chip and pin card and then gets annoyed at customer.
