Awesome customer service! But, was told I should strip the dyed color out of my hair, what a mistake! I went from a red rust, to a bleached out carrot top, now I get to pay a professional to fix it!

Went here with my girlfriend and ended up getting something for myself. My gf said what she got was cheaper than online. The gals werkin were nice af.

I come to Sallys all the time because I love the beyond the zone products. Ive been using them for years, its all I use. I got my grandma into using the scruncher and she loves it better than the products she use to use. My only complaint is that the online sales should match the in store sales. 25% makes a difference.

Always very helpful

The workers at the store told us to buy a cream lightener and failed to mention we also needed to buy a developer. They also told gave us a product and told us it was toner but was actually hair dye. They wasted our time and money. If you are new to coloring hair and don’t know which products to use, don’t trust what the workers tell you to buy.

I was recently in that store and one of the sales associates there was less than pleasant. When I walked in, the associate was helping someone at the counter so I walked down the isle to see if I could find what I was looking for by myself. The associate yelled at me across the store, while they were still helping a customer at the counter, what are you looking for? Not Ill be with you in a minute, or can I help you find something. When the associate was finished with the customer at the counter and was able to give me their attention, they all but told me I was an idiot and then told me what I was looking for didnt exist. But it does so Im going to order it off Amazon instead of going back into the store.

Cashier was rude. Wouldnt change my 50.00 bill when my total was 33.00. Accordung to her she had no cash. But I gave her 2 twenties and paid. Drawer was full of money. My change was less than 20.00. Was very rude about it!Do not recommend this store

Not impressed. I was at the store to buy toner, not knowing it needed a developer in order to work. No one helped me and let me leave without the appropriate combo. Didnt even ask if I needed help, if I needed anything else, or anything. Bummed because they close at 8pm and I figured out I needed developer after I already tied my hair. Since the two need to go together, I get to start all over tomorrow. Thanks.

When you go into Sallys and they tell you cant acheive the color your looking to have but you went home and achieved the color no issues. It blows my mind that employees of a beauty supply store would be so negative and non-helpful. After saying I was still going to try and achieve the color I was left to research the information on my own with no help. Lazy workers or negative Nancys. Im not sure.

Love this place! Prices are even better when you join their beauty club.

Felt rushed out of there. Its was clise t9 closing time and i needex to get a quick thing and the second i opened the door amd stepped in...i hear youve got 4 minutes!! Rude

All of the employees were nice except for Kat. I said Excuse me because she was panking stuff and I didnt yell it but I said it in a voice where she could hear me, my mom came and said Did you ask her yet and I explained that I said excuse me and she didnt answer then Kat mouthed something to herself and didnt answer us.

Was given a rain check for a BOGO deal they had for argan oil developer and no one ever called me back. Went back a year later to show them the rain check receipt and the first thing out of their mouth is that they cant take it because its passed the 30 day mark and they have no way of proving that no one ever called me. So not only did they take my money for a deal where I only got half of it but I was called a liar. Worst customer service ever I have dealt with at a sallys.

Small but has a lot of what youre looking for. And staff is super helpful.

In and out in 5 minutes. Just like I like it. Staff knows where items are. Store is organized well.
