Great stop, picked up a new vest and a winter coat. True factory store, discounted tags with discounts on lowest marked items... What youd expect at an outlet store. Busy but easy to navigate. Id go back for sure.

The mens section got cut down to half the size it used to be before it expanded. The XL, XXL and all tall sizes were on the very top shelf out of reach, Im 65 tall and I couldnt reach them. Very limited selection..save yourself the time and order online

The staff was more helpful than any other shoe store I’ve been too, Nathanial made sure I found a shoe that was good for my foot and helped me find them online so that I could save even more money. Took them on a hard hike today and after 3 hours of hiking my feet still weren’t in any pain. The Escape Ascent are easily the best hiking shoes I’ve ever owned and I preferred them over my Solomans and innovates.

They always have sales and great deals on active wear. They have the best socks. I wear them for work and never get blisters. The sales people are friendly and helpful.

If you need any info about must do hikes in the Smokey Mtns, go talk to Danny. He is a wealth of knowledge of where to go and what to skip. The staff here was all extremely helpful and pleasant.

Pretty good place! They seem to get new clothes in on a good schedule. A lot of the t shirts seem to be the same design, but overall the store is good and employees seemed helpful/friendly.

The sales prices make it easy to buy more than one item in different colors. The staff is so helpful - going in the back to check for sizes not out front - and locating items not out front. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pressuring - the perfect combo for me. My experience was so excellent that Ill be shopping Columbia first for my next outdoor needs!

Cant beat some of sales, got a $60 jacket for $14 and another one for my nephew for $9 because there was only a few in that color. Lol.

I love this place! Its probably my favorite store in Pigeon Forge. The staff are very accommodating and help you find what your looking for. The shoes Ive purchased here in the past last for years and thats with daily use. I have no complains at all, its great quality.

Staff and service is always great. I usually only shop here during seasonal changes to get a steep discount on clothing which is great for me. Taking multiple articles of clothing on different hikes and Expeditions and their stuff has never let me down.

Good sales on quality outdoor clothing all the time! 20% or more off on almost every item in the store. Well worth stopping in. Friendly employees who are very helpful at helping you find anything you might be looking for. Be sure to check out the clearance rack, you might get half off a great winter jacket or raincoat if you are lucky and they have the right size!

I love this Columbia factory store. They have a great selection and everything is always so organized. Also the checkout is super fast. Come here every Black Friday on vacation and I love it.

I am a Columbia person. I enjoy their product more than Under Armour or The North Face. The selection of clothing they offer ensures you will find whatever season you need at whatever time of the season you visit. There are always sales going on, and almost all the time, they are a great deal.... some at over 50% off.

This is my favorite Columbia Store, most helpful and friendly employees, we visit often and some employees call us by our name when we walk in, the managers are great, special employees like Bob are great. I recommend this story over all the others, have visited several Columbia stores and this one is The Best!
