You can drop the kids here and go down a few doors and taste moonshine at the distillery outlet. Never met Hot Topic employees this awesome before. Very helpful in pointing out sales and watched from a distance rather than making us feel like shoplifters to be. 🤗

I swear this store gets worse and worse, I mean seriously among us merchandise ? This store went from emo to just straight up crazy. Also there round up donation was to mental health research. There’s already numbers you can call and depression medicine. Why don’t you help a child in need you self absorbed people.

What can I say? If I had the money Id buy the whole store! Consistent sales, good variety, decent prices, helpful, friendly staff. So many genres to choose from. Something for everyone!

Good selection found a hair bow for discount price since was a 3 pack but one was gone but at register lady tried to charge us full price twice if we had not caught her both would have paid than told us she dont know how to ring it up so couldnt even buy it

Like most Hot Topic stores in relation to size and selection. Full wall of Funko Pops! Novelty T-shirts. Was NOT crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Shelves were full. Staff was pleasant, very helpful and spent time organizing product on the shelves. Will definitely go back to this location in the future.

My daughter was disappointed they didnt have Jojo plush toys but otherwise a nice store.

Really cool store and really nice staff but with the pandemic going on they do ask you wear a mask and they are only letting a limited amount of people in at a time

Had a great experience here. My friends son wanted a new skin for his skate board. The employee was so nice. He helped L fund what he wanted and then offered to put it on his board for him. Did an excellent job and no extra charge. L and I were both delighted. I certainly had no idea how to do it. So we sure went to the right place.

Its a five star. Yes. But... I miss the 2007 hot topic. Real metal playing and not all this sellout merchandise... back when hot topic was cool. Change the name of the store. Yes... 5 star... but bot the hot topic I fell in love with as a Myspace scene king 🤣🤣

I wish that the Hot Topic stores in Michigan would take a cue from the ones in Tennessee. Sales people were polite and helpful and not pushy and aggressive at all.

Sales associate or supervisor was very I guess unhappy with her job and acted very annoyed. I asked a question and she acted like I was bothering her by asking a question. You know the look when someone doesnt want to be bothered. I will never go back to that store again.

Its a good store but the stuff in the store is very expensive and have really ridiculous buy one get one a certain percentage off ratio. Also some of the product arent up to date and not a single new product as promised to the customers.
