They always have some great coffee options and fast, friendly service. My sister and I also enjoy looking at the cups they have for sale in the store.

I was told, have a good day. You dont mean that especially when you take the guys order who you saw cut me before the drive thru opened. Its my job to care for people... so when Im off work expect the opposite.

Feels like fall is coming on! I had my first Pumpkin Latte of the season yesterday at Starbucks in Searcy, Ar. I give it 5 stars for the Excellent service of one young lady worker..who never lost her patience with me figuring out my account and gift card being loaded..😊

Pretty good quality, typical Starbucks. Minor mixup at check-out, they mistook iced coffee for hot, so had to switch out. But got the hot coffee for free! So thats a plus

The staff is always friendly and helpful creating drinks just by a description of what I would like (I am not a fan of coffee flavor but they create amazing drinks for me that cover that taste).

Time and time again this SB runs slow. Today alone I was in line for 25 minutes. I’ve been in cities where Starbucks has more business and the lines still move noticeably quicker. The line dang near stretched out to race street. That’s dangerous. Management, do something about your team.

If you want to wait 30 minutes for a simple drink at you go ahead for Starbucks..its like getting 93 premium when you can buy unleaded do for like 3x the price

Starbucks Searcy Arkansas has always had our order correctly made and ready for pick up when we arrive. We have a Starbucks closer to home however, the Searcy Starbucks tastes better. It is a lovely drive and the town of Searcy is lovely to drive around in.

The staff at the Searcy Starbucks is so nice!

I had to wait in line for about 30mins when I could have gone to the gas station and gotten a better tasting mocha for a lot cheaper.

The drive through service was extremely rude. Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever encountered. And considering the other comments on this store it’s a continuing issue that should be addressed. Coffee and food were good, otherwise I would’ve given it one star. 1-16-2021 at 7:00 am.

Ordered coffee this afternoon in the dining area while celebrating my daughters birthday, The older male employee serving us was extremely rude. Inquired about lunch food, very short, didn’t seem at all interested in selling anything, so we left with just our coffee. This was not my first visit at this location. Had many visits prior to this and the employees were friendly. Very disappointed!!

Always order Hot chocolate with a little bit of ice on top. Create hot cold effect in mouth. It is wonderful. Went today was told that they can’t and done do that. Which is odd. I order it every time. They said they can’t because it will make bacteria from the ice. So now I have no fair in Starbucks.

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Every time I spend at least 20-30 minutes waiting in line at the drive-thru. So silly!

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE in drive thru. Waited over 30 minutes in drive thru @11:52 until 12:28 to the window. No apologies and reasons for the poor service. We had a basic order Americana and flat white. We will not be back.

They didnt have dark roasted coffee brewed, so I got a medium roast with a shot of expresso. Overall, good flavor with the coffee and friendly staff.

My coffee had a strange taste, I was traveling and within 30 minutes I was sick. I dont think they paid attention to the fact that it wasnt supposed to have dairy.

This location is so dang slow. I waited 20 minutes for 2 tall drinks. Finally got them and they weren’t even filled to the top. Also heard them tell multiple people they were out of menu items. Do not recommend.

Wait is a little long in the mornings, but what makes it worth it is, Michael always remembers my order and all the staff is polite.

I’ve set in the drive though for 30 minutes and still ant got to the thing to get my order taken. Super slowe and usually have to get things remade at least twice a week. And they was rude as hell when I told them they need to get quicker or look for another job because they are obviously not good at making coffee

I visited this Starbucks earlier this month and was highly impressed. My college doesnt have a nearby Starbucks decision, so I decided to stop by after a trip to Little Rock. Even though this was the day after my boyfriends birthday, they still treated him with a free drink. The customer service was overall great and a very clean location. Shout out to Ethan for serving us that day!

The girl that took my order was absolutely the sweetest young lady I have ever met! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! As well as I only had to wait a couple minutes for 3 drinks. I wish all Starbucks were this quick as well as friendly.

They are super friendly but slow.

Excellent place to go have it coffee and croissant right before work or school. They have a stage that sometimes people will go and play music or sing and its usually somewhat full with students and professors of Harding University. They are always great at greeting people and their coffee tastes great. Sometimes that might be a little bit slow because of the volume of students that go through to get coffee every morning before school.

Went in to eat and did not receive my food after waiting 20 minutes we went back up to ask about our food and they simply forgot our food coffee was excellent but by the time we got our food we finished our drinks. So then they didn’t even have the sandwich I ordered and offered me a variety of other things I didn’t want any of them so I asked for my money back and they said sure then they hand me a four dollar gift card. That’s not my money back that’s store credit. Highly disappointed this time. I love Starbucks and after paying for something I want what I paid for.

Sunday afternoon. Not busy. Took our order. 3 coffees and chocolate croissant. Waited. Waited. Ignored not asked if we had order or were waiting by the other two girls. Totally ignored. Turns out the one that took our order left for a ten minute break without informing coworkers. I did not need to hear her complaints or be given smart remarks. The reason for complaint was the one that did fill our coffee orders was rude with us. When I said thank you. The reply was uh huh. So I asked for a manager and was told they are only there in the mornings.

The staff are very friendly and very helpful in ensuring my daughter gets a drink she can enjoy in spite of her dairy allergy.The setting is warm and friendly, seating is comfortable and we did not feel like we needed to rush out of the door. Well be back to use up our gift cards and keep coming back after that.

Really depends on whos making your coffee if its good or not. Sometimes it great and sometimes u get served lukewarm drip and have to go back through. But nice being able to use the app.

I go there pretty much once everyday for about 2 years now and they have always been very friendly and the service and coffee is always top notch. They are the best Starbucks I have been to by far. Good job guys from the crazy blond dude!

Probably last time we get drinks here! After waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru we finally get our order and the drinks seemed to look different (we ordered refreshers with lemonade) once we got home our drinks tasted water down! Tried calling them and nobody answered the phone ALL NIGHT LONG..The next day I was able to get a hold of the manager on duty, talked to her about it and she told me to go back and they will replace my order and make sure “they make it right” so I stopped by tonight and once again waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru, got the order out and it was the same watered down taste in all of them! I’m done wasting my time at this location.

This place has continually maintained a friendly atmosphere centered on customer service. I had a mobile order that some how chose the Jacksonville location (which I have never been to) as my pickup place. Upon entering the Searcy location and them helping me figure out what happened, they got everything fixed and I left with my beverage. Thank you for that! You really helped turn a “meh” morning around.

Usually they have 5 star service that was not the case today with the girl at the window. I don’t live in Searcy and I go out of my way to stop at Starbucks the girl at the window was too busy chatting with co workers and never offered my receipt and was getting frustrated with my order. Also my cousin stop by and had same bad experience by the same girl. I’ll be back in the morning and hope to have better customer service.

They had some good low carb snack options. I was impressed. And the bathrooms were unisex so I didnt have to wait for one or the other and that was nice. More seating inside would be nice but they have a good outdoor seating area.

The macchiato that my daughter had and the hot chocolate that I had were fine. I wouldve rated them higher, but the girl who waited on us was very rude! I asked her if the hot chocolate was gluten free and she said I have no idea in a very rude tone, as if I were bothering her. I have allergies and I had to Google it to find out. When our drinks came, she didnt give my daughter a straw. I looked for one, but they had none out so I asked her for one. She smacked it down on the counter because she was put out about having to get us one. I probably will not go back.

One of the best Starbucks staff I have seen. Very customer service focused. Food was good, drink was good, enjoyed my visit.

Even though they were slammed they were still quick! The service was great and the coffee was great as always!!! The only thing I would recommend is that if you have the time to go inside. It seems the inside line moves quicker than the drive thru!

I usually order on my phone so its ready when I get there. But the few times Ive been inside to order or go through the drive thru, its a good experience. Fast service and friendly employees :)

Dont buy a caffeine free frapachino. 12 ounces of vanilla milk and cool whip for 4 dollars no thanks. I can get more for 2 dollars at McDonalds lol

Wifes drink looked exactly like a commercial; however our sons drink looked like they just put chocolate syrup on one side. Not that he cared but clearly the rookie in training got the job. Otherwise, the store was clean and staff pleasant. Most of the service was going to the drive thru.

This is seriously the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to. From when it first opened years ago to me back in town visiting—I’m always here at least 20-30 minutes in the drive through.
