Searcy walmart acts like their is a major shortage, out of everything, and the shelves are bare. I really thought it was a shortage until I saw other towns Walmarts and their shelves are fully stocked. I wish they would get it together!!

Staff is extremely rude. Especially the door people. Had to go here to get a specific throat medicine for my sick girlfriend but had to run out because I forgot something in the car. The door person literally yelled at me for going through the wrong side in a rush. No exaggerating. Embarrassing me for something Im watching other people do. Theyre not security. Unprofessional and rude. Just reminds me why I hate going to Walmart.

The round equate brush was NOT in wrong spot. I went to Service desk for management. An employee went with me and scanned the brush and its ringing up $9.95. As pics show equate prices are $1.98. Employee said home office made mistake. Walmart home office and management of Searcy supercenter have been making grievous mistakes of late. Im sick of Walmart screwing the public out of hard earned cash so Im going to all their stores in central Arkansas and going down every aisle. Will post more pictures if warranted.

Walmart is awesome, you can use the app to find things in the store and their prices are great.

Not the best store, but it is nice to have a place in town where a want it need MIGHT be in stock. My most recent trip was to help my daughter find a birthday present for a now-11-year-old. We could only find two possible options in the poorly stocked toy section. Fortunately one of those two possibilities WAS perfect 😁.

I have purchased frozen Wingett/ drumsticks from Searcy Walmart. I was charged 17.00 on a $6.00 bag. Three days later I took a few out of the freezer to cook. After defrosting the meat it smelled terrible. The bag was ruined.I bought another bag a fee weeks later, the meat was very freezer burned, and there were some of the drumettes that was green. Another bag I had to throw out. The fresh fruit that is in the plastic containers has been spoiled upon purchase. If anyone gets salmonella food poisoning, then its a serious law suite.I have purchased the fairway 2% milk. 4 days later the milk was spoiled and chunky.Why is Walmart selling spoiled products to their customers?I want to let their corporate office know also.

Staff eager to help find items we could not locate. This store was having a sale, with items my store didnt have! Large parking lot and a Service Station in the entrance to store!!

Store looks clean neat and things are easily accessible. The associates arent very inviting but will try to help a little. The parking lot design is small and kinda confusing for first timers. The entrance from road to store is very inconvenient and sometimes can be overwhelming bc heavy traffic flow from the main street and highway ramps that intersect there. There is a back exit that is more preferred bc low traffic flow and easier exit to highway and leads to the other main street that is less traveled. With all that said you do still get to enjoy the other local restaurants and retail businesses that are stationed next to the parkinglot.

Its a decent store. Not like the ones back home but you can get what you need! Produce was fresh every time I went.

I just went here today with my bf to get some home related stuff and i have to say this was the best experience Ive ever had. The employee caleb who was scanning our stuff was so sweet. Very friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Best experience Ive had at wal-mart. We will most definitely come back here thank you :)

As Walmarts go its a clean Walmart..but I did like seeing several gluten free products on one of the end aisles..

We all know we need Walmart. We go to Walmart every week sometimes many times in the week. The stores are always consistently clean and the variety is large. Where do you need tires for your car or, paper clips for the home office potato chips or ice cream Walmart has it all

It was good but one thing happened that made me upset got a doordash card went to the self checkout scammed card out my amount I wanted it checked out after buying it tried adding it on my account and said its already been used even asked Friend to see if it works for them and the gift also said this card has already been used so idk

Usually have what I need. I hate that walmart is creating a void between customers and themselves at checkout. The ok n floor staff is less than helpful. I get more gratitude when ordering off Amazon.

This store is not as organized and maintained as other stores I have visited. Their shelves and racks were adequately stocked and the employee attitude seemed friendly. The overall cleanliness of the store seemed good, however I did not use the restrooms. There are low clearance poles over the parking lot entrances that prevent tractor trailers and larger RVs from entering the parking lot.

Wal-Mart is definitely a one stop shop. They carry everything from food to tools, clothes, to gardening supplies. They have pretty much everything a person needs. They have online ordering and curbside pick up. And their prices cant be beat. Their employees have always been professional, curtious, and always willing to help out in any giving situation.

My grandson loves going to Walmart like most kids do. He is just too cute with his hat from Walmart... All your needs in one stop. Groceries are fresh and cheaper than the grocery stores.

Its bad enough we have to check ourselves out, but when all but two registers are card only people like me who yes still use cash we have to wait forever. I just left my cart and walked out. Walmart is really getting to be a place i dread going to. I already only go if i absolutely have to.

Went very smoothly which is odd...

Store is ok but shows signs of aging. The neighborhood location is far better. I had issues with my cell phone and went to get it replaced. I told the worker there in electronics that I have T-Mobile and I had bought the phone from that store around 18 months ago and would need to get it replaced. He told me he didnt know how to do that. I then saw the manager in electronics I got the same exact answer. Nothing like working in a department that you support and not know what the hell your doing. Have you guys thought about training personal for the departments in your store? Apparently not, lets just have Ralphie work there that doesnt know Jack.

It was a bit busy but nice and clean.

Not stoked very well. They are always out of Gatorade or have very little to choose from. Not very many workers.

The people who brought the groceries to my car were great. They gave a treat to my dog. They also gave me some antibacterial wipes. Over all it was great.

Could be a much more clean and organized. There never seems to be actual workers on the floor to assist customers. A great deal of ideas are plugged with other merchandise.

Went around 10 pm. Pretty busy, but was a good experience. Didn’t find any really awesome deals, but bought a few decent items on sale, store was clean. This store does have the new self check out with conveyor belt, which we like. The only issue was after we scanned in coupons, the screen said it needed an assistant. Figures, just couldn’t be easy. We didn’t see any actual cashiers in the area. We stood and waited about 5 mins, when an assistant came from the guest service area to help us. The assistant over in the self checkout (without conveyor) area was way too busy to notice the red light at our checkout. That was a long 5 mins to just stand and hope someone noticed our red light. Anyway, the guy that did help only had to enter his pass code and we finished, and left. That little hiccup was the reason for 4 star rating.

Why are they still using the covid excuse to close at 11:00 p.m. when are they going to be open 24 hours a day again, working third shift I never get a chance to go to Walmart

Mixed reviews but mostly good. Quite a bit of staff are like that angry karen. Uou got some are that super friendly. You kinda learn who you can ask and avoid if you come here alot.

If youre thinking of avoiding the line in the pharmacy by doing curbside...save the time, go inside...I waited 40 minutes in curbside for 1 prescription. Had to call twice to get it.

Its almost like a Wal-Mart.

This supercenter Walmart in Searcy is not very well stock on things that especially are to be healthy foods. Most Walmarts are stock with good choices that are healthy, but this one, even though a Supercenter does not.

Walmart what else can I say one of a kind

Im grateful for Walmart but I wish they quit reorganizing everything I want to run in there get what I need and get out. Especially with covid going on. And even worse I feel like they are moving the aisle closer together so you can only fit one shopping cart down the aisle at a time its starting to feel more like a Dollar general.

The Walmart store was fine. Its the people in the store that I wasnt to happy with. When I went to check out (and this was 5 in the afternoon, when they are the busiest) there were at least 20 to 25 people that werent wearing their mask. Even one of the cashiers mask was pulled down below her nose. WHATS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE? HELLO! WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC AND GOING ON A FOURTH WAVE. If this was anywhere out west, none of these people wouldve even got in the store. I went to Walmart in Greenbrier a couple days before this and everyone in the store were wearing their mask. Guess Ill only shop at this location from now on

On the 1st and 3rd of each month hardly any registers open contacted corporate and they dont care

Do not like the checkouts are all going to self checkout. Walmart just cut jobs by 28% . Never seen a store that has 19 check-outs but only used 4 to 6 of the center registers. Now down to 2 registers and the rest are self checkout service now. BTW I want my Walmart 10% discount on all purchases bc I be DAMMED if I dont get paid for doing yalls job.

Wonderful Walmart

Too many common items out of stock. Empty shelves.

Quick lube staff members were good--nothing else was. Higher ups removed the coffee pot and covered the water fountain, cut auto center hours, and pulled out all the benches for waiting on your vehicle--forcing everyone into contact with others in the store! Corporate/money decisions that hurt the customer and help their profits, typical Wal-Mart.

Walmart is okay better than most stores

If youre going to make us check ourselves out, at least install a sufficient number of registers so we dont have to stand in line to then serve ourselves!!
