Bought a pair of jeans in searcy store back in may. They ripped not even on a seem within 1 week of owning them. Took them in to get an exchange, wouldn’t let me because I didn’t have the receipt. Mom had already threw away the receipt but got her bank statement back with proof that we bought them. Then we got covid and couldn’t go in and exchange them until today. Went in today and the lady’s wouldn’t work with me. Said there Was nothing they could do and all I wanted to do was exchange it with something else in the store so I wouldn’t have wasted money. And now I have a pair of jeans I cannot do anything with. They’re not fixable, it was a manufacturing problem the way they ripped.

I was looking for dark colored jeans with no holes. All there jeans although super cute were not what I was looking for.

Ive always loved this store & shopped often. Before then store closed due to covid19 I purchased a $25 dress for my graduation. Graduation was cancelled and ive been waiting for them to open back up so I could return the dress. I dont wear dresses and have no purpose for it. However the owner rudely informed me that its been more than 30 days so I cant return it. Im sorry? How am I supposed to have returned it within 30 days if the store has been closed longer than that??? They lost a regular shopper🤷🏼‍♀️

Fairly trendy selection of cute clothes. Dresses, shoes, purses, underwear, bras, tops, pants, even a (kinda small) guys section. I enjoy shopping here. They have sales all the time.
