Digging for information. Does anyone know what is going on with this company? Website and FB page is gone.

DO NOT TRUST MICHAEL ROWLANDS! He stole $30k in my retirement IRA gold and silver. He has not responded to my calls, voicemails, text messages, or emails for months. His website and office phone number are no longer working.

Customer service poor, they answered emails. VERY long wait. Product is best I have ever seen worth the wait.

DO NOT TRUST that you will receive your gold! I paid for gold from this company and it was never delivered. The owner has never responded to any of my inquiries to find out why the gold has not been delivered for 9 months now. Heed these latest reviews, as they are the true reflection of this companys latest business practices. They took my money and have not delivered, nor refunded my money.

Three years ago I purchsed 7300$ worth of gold and silver and never recieved my products. The owner was belligerant and would nit send me my paid for metals. It is now three years later and this company is not regustered with finra and will not answer my phone calls, messages, or emails. This company is full of ripoff artists so beware. They will steal your gold. DONT BUY FROM HERE!

This guy Mike and his business is a sham. I ordered 2 coins on March 19th and got nothing, he never emailed, never returned my calls, eventually starting not answering my calls at all. I had to contact my lawyer and my bank to get my money back and process fraud charges. Do not ever spend your money here total sham.

I called Scottsdale Gold and Silver two days ago about purchasing a couple of American Eagle gold coins. I asked what their premium charge would be on the sale and was told $50 per coin. I let him know I bought AEs recently from another dealer who charged low thirties per coin. He said he would check his inventory and call me back, but never bothered.
