9/2021 First time in here. John S. was our sales guy and he helped a lot. Helped us to actually find the write mattress, bed frame, and even pillows. Not the cheapest mattresses we have ever bought. And the pillows were pricey. However, we bought when they were buy one get one free. Really helped. The pillows are game changers! Even if you dont have the Tempur-Pedic mattress. The pillows would be so worth it. Just found some family that has just the pillows. It changed thier lives! Now when in the need of a new mattress, I know where they will go first. Right here! And talk to my man John S.!We did learn a lot about mattresses, comfort, position, etc. Since having our new mattress less than a month, my shoulder pain (side sleeper) has completely gone away and I dont expect it to return.There was some interaction with the store manager Beatrice A. She was wonderful too. Very helpful for us.Interesting fact. Everyone told us supply problems 3-8 weeks delivery for a mattress. Here they said it could be 3 weeks. How about 4 days? And could have been 3, but we were not ready. Love it!

Amazing customer service here, John Schultz was super helpful with us finding a mattress. He was patient, nice, and really cared that we were happy! The store is very clean, they limited the amount of people in the store due to covid, which is great. They took a lot of safety measures, covering the mattresses and pillows, everyone wore gloves. All in all, great experience, felt very safe.

Looking to upgrade from a regular queen mattress to a tempur-pedic king. Beatrice greeted me right away and was very knowledgeable about the products available to me. She guided me through the store and allowed me to test several mattresses to find the best fit. She wasnt pushy at all, and included a magazine marking my favorite mattresses along with her card so I could follow up. Definitely will be calling her in the next week to finalize our pick! I had a great experience with this manager and location.Update: we called the rep twice over 2 days and left a message to follow up and apply for financing but we never got a call back. Sad. We ended up purchasing from a competitor mattress company. Had to drop you guys a star.

She even suggested that we return in order to take advantage of an upcoming sale. When I think of customer service, Beatrice is a prime example and we will be returning to take advantage of the BOGO sale. I had the worst experience ever with this company. Zero communication skills, wasted so much time talking to multiple people in different departments to fix THEIR error. But I give 5 stars to Beatrice at this store. Nothing was her fault. Date of visit 12/7/20 at 6pm. Absolutely horrible experience visiting the store. Extremely rude and condescending staff. made no eye contact, seemed upset and treated me like i was not deserving of any service. I had made the simple mistake of walking in and not waiting for her to let me in (pandemic requirements) despite the store being completely empty. She yelled at me and told me there is a sign that says to wait. the sign part that said it was extremely small and not easily visible but I still apologized to her for not seeing the sign and waited patiently. Finally when she let me in, she was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I basically felt like i was being kicked out of the store every time I attempted to ask a simple question. I asked what their exchange policy was in case I couldn’t sleep well on their products, and was told they are “luxury” and they don’t need do exchanges or returns, sounding like i am too poor to understand or know what tempurpedic. I will no longer recommend anyone to buy their products. What a shame...
