Great place! Seems like it’s going a bit downhill. I know staffing is an issue right now and everyone (for the most part) is pretty understanding with that; however, a little professionalism is a must. There were broken items throughout the store, half open and ripped or damaged boxes. It made me not want to buy anything because I’m not sure if the quality is worth it.

It’s been almost 5 years since At Home went public and their stores can use a change in where they source their inventory. It’s very nice, but not much has changed at all. Excellent at restocking a fresh batch of the same thing. Went today and didn’t buy anything - stuff was nice and affordable I’ve just seen it all before so many times. I don’t want them to be the next Bed Bath and soon to be forgotten.

My wife liked the selection, store seems well organized, but of course the kitchen accessories were as far from the door as possible, the front being filled with seasonal and purely decorative stuff. I wish there was an online floorplan to save time seaching for the sections. I got tired walking through the huge store and will use onlne ordering and pickup if I need anything else.

I spent hours in this place. Huge store, lots of items to choose from. I prefer this location over the one closer to me in Barrington. They seem to have a better selection and more organized. Its never over crowded or noisy so it makes for peaceful, enjoyable shopping with so much to choose from!

I have been coming to this store for years and the prices are very affordable fir the type of furniture and home goods that need for my apt I find everything and more that I need, it’s a big place and sometimes is hard to find the isle of what I’m looking for since they always having huge sales and clearance so I usually ask for help with employees which everyone always have a big smile to help and is easy to find one because there’s always tons of people around on duty which is very convenient cuz I hate going to a store and looking for something plus looking for someone to hell and no one there for me gets me irritated so I usually never have issues here which got me is a big plus, usually I see the store manager(kayry I beleive) around she is always super busy fixing things and cleaning but she stops everything she is doing to help me when i ask her for help, I enjoy coming here they always have different things u never find anywhere else specially for the garden with the big sales is just awsome I highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND at home Schaumburg

New location is fun to walk through. Bit of a different layout but once you understand it, makes sense.

Aisles and aisles of stuff for your wife to stroll through, to ask your opinion about and then buy it anyways. Guys.. drop your woman off here and you go to Home Depot across the street. But if you do this you are going to have new couch pillows because you werent their to stop the purchase.

We went to look for new counter height chairs for our kitchen. Surprised to see that they had so many choices. They were reasonably priced also. Its a big store and theres lots of things to look at.

This store reminds me of a mega sized Home Goods. The items are awesome and prices range from low to high, giving all budgets a chance. However, what I was MOST impressed by was the AMAZING customer service. The folks on the sales floor were very helpful and the cashier WOW! Seriously a Superstar! She and her colleague both helped me wrap up my furniture on the spot. They couldve very easily said, here you and good luck. However they wrapped it up with plastic bags and shrink wraps to avoid it getting damaged in the rain. Thank You!!

Overpriced on quite a bit but still find some great treasures. The lady Rose that works at the registers could use to go. She is just rude.

This place is full of everything. From bath to bedding to cookware to seasonal decorations. Theres nothing you wont find here. The customer service is beyond amazing. While shopping or checking out, they make sure everything runs smoothly. Everything is decently priced and not overly pricey. Quick tip, if you are in the pillow isle, the very bottom shelf is on clearance, just look for the red slash through the bare code.

It was like we were meant to go there. Had been searching for so many things for our home and found it all in one place. Definitely recommend shopping here. And the prices are very reasonable 🙌🏽

Im so happy someone introduced me to this place! It put Home Goods to shame (sorry Home Goods). Amazing prices amd sales, sign up to get coupons and emails and it makes it even more enticing . Ive gotten lost shopping in there for hours at a time and I could go every weekend and still find something new. This place is my addiction for anything I could possibly buy for my house!

Usually I would swear by At Home! One stop shop for all housing decor goods...but this! Oh this was pathetic! I was online shopping for an accent chair - saw this and drove an hour out. Only to get to the store and see they stretcheddddddd the truth about the actually color! I would definitely not recommend online shopping! Buyers beware!

I’m bummed how far away this “Schaumburg” location is compared to when it was right next to Costco. It was so convenient! Now it’s more of a trip for me personally, so I’ll most likely visit less frequently. Still one of my favorite places to go wonder through. I hope a closer location pops up again!

I must say that I cannot walk out of this store without buying something. They literally have something for every room of the house and a HUGE variety to choose from. The prices are very reasonable too. I used to go to the store that was on Meachum, but it moved here and I’m happier because it’s much closer. I’m sure I’ll be back very soon. It’s my guilty pleasure and addiction.

My experience with this store was horrible, an item that was in store only and said online that it was IN STOCK was sold out. We drove an hour from another at home that said it had it in stock. It was not possible to get ahold of a in store worker after calling 8 times to check to make sure they had it in stock. Time wasted.

If you cant find what youre looking for here, then you dont need it. Even my husband was impressed with the store and pricing!
