It was cold and I needed to walk. A very nice mall but noticed many vacant stores. I always liked the Saratoga region. Go there and see for yourself.

Safe and clean but not much here. Food Court doesnt have much food in it.

A little deserted, but still some good shops.

Not much In the mall. You can find the basics, but not an extravagant mall. But it does the trick for basic clothing and what not. Natural food store was cool to see, Ive never seen a food art in a mall so it was unique to me. But other than that not much to offer but it works.

I visited a medical clinic today that replace the old sears store in the Wilton mall. The receptionist was great the nurse was amazing and the doctor was very friendly and professional. He did an outstanding job.

The mall is half unoccupied and doesnt see barely any footsteps after 7pm on most days. There is only one place to eat from within the mall yet the mall management set the mall hours to be open until 9pm. This is severely hurting the business in which I work in inside the wilton mall. We are short staffed and overworked alongside with others stores inside the mall. We are all struggling to keep our stores open to these extensive hours. I as an employee have to do 13 hour shifts at least 3 days a week because we have such little staff. We have talked to mall management multiple times about reducing the hours of the mall and have even talked to our company but the company policy goes by the Mall Hours. This mall NEVER should have gone back to full hours. Mall management NEEDS to do a better job at either occupying the empty stores it has had empty for MONTHS or REDUCE the hours of the mall. I love my job inside the mall but cannot keep maintaining these extensive hours where there is ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS.

I brought my son to the mall tonight to get a hat from lids. Looked it up was supposed to be open till 9on the website walked the whole mall so I called the mall and they told me its no longer there. Lets just say I have a very upset 12 yr old. They should update the website. Lots of stores r gone or closed. Very upset

This mall is unofficially dead. Almost every anchor store has left and most non anchor stores can hardly afford the rent causing them to leave. There are very few reasons to actually shop here when Crossgates and Colonie are less than 30 minutes away driving distance. Besides the DMV, Home Goods, and the phone carriers theres essentially no reason to make a trip. Its an embarrassment when theres only 10 people walking around the mall on Saturday afternoon. Aviation Mall is known for being a dead mall, and it feels like they get more foot traffic.

Stopped in Maurices and had a wonderful experience with staff. Extremely helpful!!! Stopped in Penneys and Old Navy to check things out. Old Navy had an abundance of casual dresses which are hard to find. Sad that Penneys was short on employees so the department I was shopping in was scarce!Mall was very extremely clean!

Absolutely love this mall. It is not overcrowded and it is very clean. Theres an indoor play area for kids.

I have always used LensCrafters. The store closest to me closed. I love 2 miles from the NY border so it only makes sense for me to go to the next closest store which is an hour away but the closest. I made two appointments 3 weeks ahead for my husband and myself. They called 24 hours prior to our appointment to say they don’t take my insurance (which is the best insurance in Vermont). Had I known 3 weeks ago I wouldn’t have waited. The next closest store in Vermont is 2 hours away. Now to get into a local optometrist is a 3 month wait. Super annoyed and disappointed

It has a lot to offer with its main stores. It seems a little empty with about a quarter of it being unoccupied, but it doesnt give a totally vacant vibe.

Its one of the only malls I know of in upstate New York that isnt either going out of business, or getting ready to be. Its still got a decent selection of stores and things to do.

The mall use to be excited to see all the stores and new items they have.Now the mall is dying 😭 more fewer stores are leaving. Nothing there thats exciting any more. Seems like all the stores that left are now in crossgates..

Mall management is going to be the downfall of this mall. They are not willing to accept that the mall is dying because the stores do not have enough business coming through to make a profit and pay the ridiculous lease costs. Then they want to fine businesses for opening late or closing. Multiple businesses have made a very good point as to the traffic to hours. Even the better malls like crossgates and colonie mall who have more businesses do not stay open past 8pm yet the slowest mall in the area with no businesses continues to try to make us stay open until 9pm. Everyone is short staffed and see little to no traffic on most days. it is causing businesses to flood OUT of the mall because they can not afford to pay people when they are getting no income due to no traffic. This mall might see more interested parties if they made the hours reasonable for the staff and traffic. There is no food court or staples that draw attention to the mall. For over a year now the last 2-3 hours of the day you basically babysit and stand around doing nothing. in retail environments this makes a huge impact on the business and the moral of staff. They wonder why 90% of the mall is closed at 7 even though their hours are stated until 9. There is some much needed common sense to who decides the hours of this mall and they need to start seeing the variables as to why they are failing. being blinded and leaving at 5 each day must be nice, but the reason their business is failing is due to the fact they do not listen to the business needs. OPEN YOUR EYES MACERICH!!!!! @MACERICHMANAGMENT! please make some much needed changes before you lose Wilton mall and make all the tax payers in Saratoga very upset because of your poor management. You have the same reports that we see for traffic. Little to no traffic from 7-9pm for over a year. You only need to stay past 5pm even one day to see it. (even on the weekends) Opposed to most peoples beliefs that this was directly impacted by covid this has been an issue for YEARS before covid was ever a thing. Please use reason and help the mall businesses stay open.

A visitor from out of the area I was looking for a specialty grocery item and was pleased to find a nice selection! Ill be back!

I like this mall, it closely resembles ViaPort Rotterdam (formally Rotterdam Square Mall). I come here with my friend on a Saturday. But one thing at this mall that I do not like especially in its food court, that it only has one eatery (or chinese restaurant) called Yum Yum Kitchen just like this photo shows, but the rest of it is like a ghost town. Wilton Mall in Saratoga Springs should add more eateries (or restaurants) in its food court, especially for the horse racing season at Saratoga in July and August every year that draws lots of people. To me something like that is too devastating. To me, something like that may also be related to the coronavirus outbreak back in March 2020 when the governor [Cuomo] ordered all restaurants in New York State to close down and all indoor shopping malls like Wilton in Saratoga Springs also to close down including its food court to keep New York State safe (the governor considered malls and restaurants too risky) that may have caused all these eateries in its food court, except for Yum Yum Kitchen to go out of business (or to shut down). Now in 2021 since people are getting the coronavirus vaccine, I do hope that should help bring the food court at Wilton Mall back to normal with new eateries reopening.

Mall felt like a ghost town. What happened to footlocker!!!. Not worth going there. Crossgates is way better.

Its a decent sized mall, however, there are not many stores left inside. Still a good place to go, because the stores that are left are worth going to.

If I could rate no stars I would. There are no stores open and the food court is vacant. Store owners not wearing masks. There is nothing for kids. Better off going to crossgates

Most of the stores are closed. Renovation is underway, but not sure how active it is. Went to Lenscrafters for eye exam, which was fine. Safety precautions followed, but there are so few people in the mall it hardly seems high risk. The wine shop has some interesting selections, and I took a few home.

I went back and pet more dogs

They open too late I was there before they opened and I work all day so Id like to see some openings at 8am 😉

Love the Farmers Market every Saturday along with the selection of stores. Its never super crowded.

I love the JCPenney at this mall, theyve got a great selection, and the store is not very old at all.Unfortunately, the mall itself is suffering like so many other malls around the country. 1/3 of the store fronts are vacant, the cinema folded during the pandemic and there isnt any choices in the food court.It seems that the glory days of the Great American Shopping Mall are in our rear view mirror, and this mall is no exception. There are some bright spots, in addition to the JCPenney. This mall has a branch of the Saratoga County DMV, which is handy. My wife likes the shoe store, of course and we frequently visit the BJs Wholesale Club in back of the mall.

It’s a dying industry. So you can’t expect much from a mall in a small town like Saratoga. Not too many stores in this mall. But they’re trying their hardest. Most of the food court died once corona came. There’s a lot of random stores. Office buildings. A gym and a grocery store. All over the place.

We love the central soft play area. Its a great place to burn off some toddler energy on a rainy day!

I went in looking for and discontinued item in the perfume shop and they happen to have one. It made my husbands birthday. Staff was great.

Went to the DMV, and had questions, got no answer and the woman was very rude.

Interior of Wilton Mall near Saratoga Springs almost closely resemble the interior of ViaPort Rotterdam (former Rotterdam Square Mall) in Rotterdam, even looks identical to it, especially where the fountain and food court is located. Compared to Viaport Rotterdam that had three anchor stores (two gone, and one converted to a state-owned offices), Wilton Mall has 5 anchor stores, and a gym. Their selection in the stores at Wilton Mall is much better then at ViaPort Rotterdam - 100% better

Ulta was really bad. No one can to help us. We stood there for 30mins and nothing. Last time I will be visiting that place.

Few shoppers, so social distancing was easy. Shop local and be safe doing it.

Its kinda a ghost town.... The one place I did go to Hempire State was awesome!!! If I could rate them I would give them 10 stars!!! I walked in there 100%clueless.... I had never seen cbd before, they really know there stuff! The lady working the was very informative, patient with me (Im a very inquisitive person) answered all 88 questions I asked very politely, you can just tell she loves her job.... As we all know not many in the world like that! So any wilton mall was kinda bummer for me I expected more stores, and the ones that were there looked empty..... So if you want to learn about CBD Hempire State is where you want.. As for the mall👎👎
