I had a not so great experience at the salon.... I asked for my hair to be a light blonde. After my first (4/3/21) visit my hair ended up looking like a 90s stripe frosted job. After I said it wasnt what I wanted they had me come back. They did an all over dye that turned my dark blonde hair to a honey/dark strawberry blonde and thats after a toner (4/9/21). Not thrilled still. I have made an appointment with someone else at a different establishment in hopes to fix it. The only good thing was my cut. Its exactly what I showed her.

Looking for Xtra long v neck t shirt went to Walmart an kohls notta walked in straight in front of me they were and on sale ! Bonus 2 /$19. Dressing rooms are open. Many clearance items if got time to look thru the racks. Hate only have 1 register up front an other in rear of store open

Visited Saratoga jcpenny and was very disappointed. sizes where very limited and cashier didnt tell me about the scratch off to take % off ....finding anyone that worked their was also awful!! Will not be wasting my time again!!

What little they had was way over priced even saying it was on sale. On sale maybe if you lived in Alaska or Hawaii.

Overall a well staffed and clean place. Very pleasant area to shop, with lots of nice odds and ends. I personally love comfortable pillows, and they have all of them. The Sephora inside always has the most fantastic help possible for a guy who has no makeup knowledge to buy gifts for his wife.

It is hard not to feel like this department store is anything but a dying breed of store left over from the pre-internet days.They have an obvious method of marking stuff WAY up and then acting like they offer great sales just to get prices down to OK.But you can find decent deals on the serious clearance stuff.To be fair, the store is clean, the staff generally knows what they are doing and they have a wide variety.But still....dying breed.

If you don’t like crowds this is the store for you! The store is so empty & you wonder why? The prices are too high! The same clothing that is supposed to be on “Clearance” are higher than the prices at Target or Walmart. For that I think I’ll stop by Target and get a better deal in their clearance! Especially for their brands and styles! If you need help, you’ll find yourself walking throughout the whole store just to find someone. You’re better off calling the store from your phone while you’re shopping! I wanted to get a price on an item and the cashier that was at the front of the store, in the Women’s department, came out from behind the counter. I tried to get her attention and she blatantly walked right by me and I had to say “excuse me?” loud enough to where she would have to hear me. She STILL proceed to keep walking and ignored me! Very rude and inconsiderate. I never even bother going back here to shop. My money will not support a store who hires rude associates.

I visited the Salon and got the best haircut Ive gotten in years. Mary is the best and did exactly what I asked her to do. Very professional.

I like that they sell Levis and Lees. Its my go to store for most clothes. Its clean, inexpensive and what you should expect from a well known store and then some.

I’ve never had a problem with the store as a whole; the staff is helpful and friendly, the store is well organized, and there is always a promotion going on or coupons for purchases, which is great. However, I’ve had the best experience in the salon. The staff was more than helpful and made me feel comfortable; the stylists are fantastic. I had the pleasure of getting my haircut from Becky. She was patient, kind, and gave me an awesome haircut! Overall, the Wilton Mall JCP salon provides customers with quality and professional services. I’ll definitely be setting up another appointment soon.

Rachel in the hair salon is awesome! She cuts my hair and washes, cuts, colors and styles my wifes hair. Its nice to one stop shop with a hair stylist talented enough and willing to cut both women and mens hair. Rachel lets us know when there are upcoming specials to save us money and always finds a way to fit us in. She is very personable and a good conversationalist, so the time in her chair goes by fast. And, of course, we always come out of the salon looking great and receiving compliments. You could pay a lot more at an exclusive salon but that would just make you foolish.

I like JC Penney because they have better deals and sales, not as many catch-22 s. when trying use the coupons... They keep it really sample they give great prices anyway but if you go ahead and take advantage all have being on card member and utilize in the coupons not only do you get the in store deals but you get the additional discounts one on top of the other which I dont see by other stores I cut my calls card 1/2 after working with JC Penney I am so happy with their service I dont need calls and I certainly dont need their piss poor customer service

I went to JCPenney for the Sephora inside, the ladies that worked there were helpful, friendly and professional. Unfortunately, they had card reader issues which resulted in someone from the general JCPenney store being called in to check me out... she was incompetent and rude. I had to prompt her to type in my card number, etc. I guess she assumed I didn’t have enough $ in the account (so wrong!! Spent $ at two different stores immediately after). Sephora staff is great, JC Penney staff not so much - and sadly lost the lovely Sephora ladies >$250 in sales.

Jcpnhas changed over r the years and prices are still way too high bit I was able to find a pair of boots on sale for a great deal saved me 60bucks plus they were only a half size bigger but fit perfect like my normally size

Hard to shop for school clothes for our kids when you cant try anything on. So done with it, was told we can return it if it doesnt fit ...... not convenient

I know people like to shop online but I needed pants. You just cant see clearly on a computer. JC had a huge selection with plenty in my size. I could feel the fabric, compare them and try them on. The store is comfortable and clean. Retail has its place and JCP has got it right.

I went to got a trim at JCPenny at the Wilton Mall. My hairdresser was Christina. I wanted half an inch off of my hair. First of all, she 2 inches, and Second, she cut it two different lengths. I was also not happy with her disgusting attitude. I’m extremely angry with the way she has treated me and how my hair looks now.

I have shopped at JC Penny for years. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I am so glad this store is still around because I enjoy shopping for work clothes and Sephora being there is the icing on the cake!

There never seems to be an employee at any of the registers, and when you ask for help the employees are unfriendly and act like youre hugely inconveniencing them. Cashier also asked me three times if I wanted the store credit card. No. No I do not. That would only be useful if I planned on going back, which I dont.

Do not feel they have a large enough boys section. They play the over priced until we have a sale or coupon game. So when I actually need an item I have to wait until it goes on sale and they dont have my size anymore. Just not as user friendly as it once was.

I went to the JCPenney at the Wilton Mall in Saratoga with my friends on Saturday, October 3. This store is still open at the Wilton Mall, but still in business. Other JCPenney stores closed (went out of business). The one at Wilton Mall is still open (survived)
