Always something weird going down at a Walmart. Went with my friend to look at some cheap clothes for work. We decided to get some drinks and snacks as well and in the food section some woman tried to traffic my unborn children. She came up to us and told us to send our children to her class and such and was very weird but we just said sorry we dont have any kids. We are too young to have kids old enough to be in a class anyways. It was weird. But we found the Halloween cookies with the pumpkin design on them and thats all that really matters.

This store is kept very clean and sanitary. The customer service is great and they have most products fully stocked. This store can get pretty busy. Always low prices!

This store has literally been going down hill for years. If it wasnt for their products other than food I would no longer shop here.Today there was a cracked glass door in the freezer section. No tape over it. From the top to the bottom.Secondly, an opened bag of frozen vegetables on the shelf.Thirdly, I was planning on purchasing Ozery snacking rounds when I noticed something moving inside the bag.Two bugs. I brought this to the attention of two male employees. Whos only comment to me was Gross! and Thanks!This place is a dive. So done!

Aisles cluttered, hard to find certain items. Attendant at self cash out was very nice.

Its one of the biggest Wal-Marts Ive been in, but definitely not the cleanest. 5/5 for the amount of product thats available; however the cleanliness was a 2/5.

Relaxing environment. Extremely well kept & stocked. Employees are friendly! One stop shopping for all my needs. A+ experience.

Never any cashiers anymore instead scan your own stuff. While some stares at you to make sure your scanning everything and FYI it records you scanning your stuff and if it thinks you did t scan something it worth y let you scan anything else until someone verifys your scan.. Also make sure you bring your own bags the ones provided are border line useless

Its well...walmart. Its doing away with jobs, but has billions coming in. It has all kinds of things but a lot of them are online purchase only. Oh yeah....only one cashier.

Usually a good place…but online order to pick up if they don’t have the item they will still hold your money…I’m 9 months pregnant trying to get dog food before I go in for c section and your holding the money I need for the food thanks….

I probably wont return because there were only 2 checkout lanes open. Dont like being forced to use self service and really dont appreciate spending more time in line than I did shopping. Other people in line said this was common.

Place is tremendous, has everything in small to large sizes. Including clothes and food and crafts. Enjoyable 😉

Garden Center had LIFE!Over all clean store.

The building is new yet looks old and dingy. The concrete warehouse decor is cold and uninviting. Architect did not capture the beauty of Vermont and seemingly dropped this oversized building in its place.

Walmart use to be a great place to grocery shop but no longer...the shelves are always empty. I always stop by a few times a week to get things so its not like its the day they are stocking because that isnt happening. Frozen vegetables are always just about empty. I dont know whats happening but its too bad and sad how it has gotten. The other thing is that there is always only 2 registers open where a person checks you out no matter what day you go. All other grocery stores pack your bags but you dont. You need to get back to operating Walmart like it used to be as this is so disappointing.

Third time using pick up service. Works great and no crowds or registers to go through.

Hardly any employees the ones they do have are rude and lazy. Shelves are not stocked wells items are in completely wrong space. Waited 45 minutes for help in the razor section.

Not that I expect much from Walmart but it was ok. The self pay had the sweetest guy working. He was giving out stickers; just made me smile to see the humanity. However, there was a super smelly, crusty man doing the garbages. He stood in front of me 2x without saying a word AT THE REGISTER. Thats very close to to be next to anyone in general, nevermind during a pandemic and smelling like he did and just human decency. I am happy that Walmart hires all kinds of people, but someone needs to tell this guy to shower. So bad.

Omg..AVOID THIS..and all Wal marts, if they are anything like the SARATOGA, NY. DISASTER, which they have the nerve to call a store. 1st, they are CONSISTENTLY out of A LOT of items. Yes, our country is still reeling from the pandemic, I understand that. HOWEVER, it would seem logical to me to stop advertising items that you do not generally have available for sale. Secondly, the main area was in a NASTY, DIRTY condition. The floors were a mess, even though many shelves were quite bare, they were still out of order, items mislaid, empty packaging laying about, etc.. Oh and when did the CUSTOMERS all become UNPAID WALMART WORKERS?! There were ONLY self check outs available and there were LONG LINES, even for those! Positively ridiculous and sickening in the opinion of this ( NOW, FORMER ) Walmart shopper. While I have used self check out in the past, for a half dozen items, I was doing a FULL shop last night. My cart was LOADED with purchases. Once I had waited in line to do a checkers job ( which I dont appreciate having to do ), I was told that there was NO CASH being accepted, only debit, credit or ebt cards. I then began the arduous process of attempting to unload my cart, scanning and bagging as I went along. Mind you, I had forgotten my reusable bags, ( THAT was on me ) so, I was forced to buy the Kleenex thin bags Walmart has the nerve to charge a nickel per bag to purchase. At any rate, as I was scanning, bagging, etc., I quickly began running out of space to put my groceries, as my cart was still partially full of not yet scanned items. I began sitting bags on the floor, etc. as there was nowhere else to put them until my cart was further emptied. There was ONE helper to cover 8 to10 registers, and she was complaining to EVERY customer that would listen. She wasnt at all happy with another customers behavior, earlier in the evening and she wanted to discuss it with other shoppers. I found that to be very unprofessional. The entire experience made me want to leave my full cart and flee from the store, never to return again. I will no longer be a Wal mart shopper unless they fix the MANY issues they have. I considered the trip to be a VERY stressful ( awake ) nightmare! I rated this store with 1 star only because there is no option to rate with NEGATIVE STARS. YES, IT IS THAT HORRIBLE. SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Some employees need some training in implicit biases. While at the self checkout, a blonde employee aggressively threw open a cooler in my shopping cart. She did not ask my permission or even acknowledge me. Simply threw open the cooler and walked off. I understand that the cooler needs to be checked but at least have the courtesy to request to open the cooler. Unacceptable treatment in these times.

Just like any other Walmart but some of the pharmacy people really think theyre all that and a bag of chips.

You have the walmart app and unfortunately it doesnt work in walmart!!! WHAT!?!?! Walmart is a Wi-Fi dead zone!!! WHAT!?!! So now I have to ask staff where things are. Sent all over the place from one end to the other. Really poor directions. Only to find empty shelves!?!?! WHAT!?!?! Two staff members too busy talking about video games to be bothered. The only saving grace was a pharmacy staff member who actually walked me over to find a product. Ended up going to Target. Guess what? Their shelves werent empty! Interesting! Staff gave me very specific directions, were helpful and didnt act like I was bothering them. And again, shelves werent empty! What a concept 💡!

If I were giving it stars based on product Id give it a 4.5. the rest of the store could use some work. There are many times when I have my wheelchair bound mother with me who could use a cart. 99.9% of the time, there arent any available. This is very frustrating as its nice to be able to bring her to a one stop shop and it ends up being difficult. Another issue and this is worse than not having carts is the customer service associates when asked if they know where there may be a cart these are the answers.1, ya know I dont know.2. Your guess is as good as mine3. Who knows.Most recently the immediate response was - yeah, good luck with that.A suggestion to the big guys running the show1 get more carts2 teach better customer service 🤷Other than that and having all of the small items locked up like fort knox its a somewhat pleasurable experience.

Horrible horrible..I went to put money on my PayPal account gave the lady 220 and she only put 120 on my account .I went back and they tried to say they didnt know what to do cuz here draw was only over 20$ ...nooo I said it was on the camera u seen what I payed ..its not my problem u need to check her deal with that later I wNt my money ..smh had to deal with such craziness is beyond me ..and when I asked for a manager when I first got there had a guy give me a crazy attitude and wouldnt call one..and I pay 10 cents a paper bag and didnt get out the store before all my stuff fell out the bottom ..like what kind of Walmart is this ..never in my life..get it together walmart

The store seems to have a hard time keeping the shelves stocked with the amount of people coming to occupy themselves with covid going on. Still found what I wanted or something close enough and had a fairly quick check out

Went through the self checkout and had an associate come over and help themself to open a cooler I was purchasing to check to see if items were hidden in there. Now, I have no issue with them searching, but she could have asked first or at least tell me she was going to do it.

Last time here there was 1 self register taking work from America and 10 working people checking out shoppers. To my surprise after maybe 18 months there was 1 manned register with a huge line and 7 self check outs with lines at all. You are doing it to yourselves America!! At the very least there should be a 10% DISCOUNT FOR SELF CHECKOUT ! ! I heard a discussion on how someones unemployment ran out yesterday! Well you just keep checking out yourself and your right that hire sign is for the janitor.

No go carts to ride while shopping.I cant walk very far, its very hard to have to walk.

Very clean store, lots shelves were empty for things I went for, fish section very bare, spots for air tubes but not one there, plenty of pumps though. Has bubblers but no hoses.

Variety is usually very good, but much more available on website. Not staffed properly. Long waits. The people who do work there are kind and helpful. Again way understaffed.

Huge store with lots of choices. Fresh produce section is a great place to buy veggies. The downside is that the employees for the most part are miserable. You cant ask a question without worrying that youll get your head bitten off.

A good place to Shops but they need more check out

Got yelled at trying to leave the store. They were trying to force us to stand in line at a register without buying anything. The gates by the doors, open, but not to exit without an emergency. That makes zero sense. Covid or not....still ridiculous. Store was poorly stocked for the items I was looking for. No price tags for any of the new stock of storage bins they were in the process of packing out, which meant the employees had to keep stopping and checking prices for customers. I felt bad for those people.

Friendly overnight staff with a good sense of humor.I prefer shopping at night because Im a night shift worker and theres less hustle and bustle to worry about so you can think straight and get your shopping done faster.The cashiers are friendly and the overnight stocking crew is very accommodating and do their best to make sure they arent in your way as they do their jobs.The employees remember my name and treat me like a friend rather than just some guy whos shopping late at night.

Saratoga location way fasterrr and helpful! Than other northern locations. I do the pickup weekly for work which is usually 2 dolly loads set to max height.

Store is dirtywhen i go in after 8pm staff are rude and unhelpfuli spend more time trying to avoid guys with pallet jacks then trying to shopthen when i get to checkout my choice is self checkout cc only or wait in line for a human so i can pay cash but only one check so line is mile longthen you got supervisors in yellow vest just standing around ignoring everthing going oni shop there becase there is no options for someone on a budget otherwise i would shop elsewhere

Employees at the Saratoga Walmart, specifically customer service, decide which policies they will follow based on how they are feeling that day. Theres no accountability, even when you are accosted by an employee. The store manager will never follow up to resolve issues even if you call repeatedly.Shop at Target. Their employees are nice and follow company standards and policies.

Update: this is still the worst Walmart in the United States. I try to buy an Apple watch, I’m in the electronic department for 15 minutes waiting on any worker to show up. When the guy who works there finally does, he’s got an attitude. It wasn’t even rudeness to me, it was the other people that were lapping the aisles looking for any worker. I got to customer service to complain about the lack of help, the woman behind the counter had the nerve to tell me that I’m lying and that there was someone back there. This place is a toilet.They need to hire more stock people. The last two times I shopped here, I was sold food past its expiration date. A tube of Jimmy Dean sausage, two weeks past it’s expiration date, which stunk to high heaven when I opened it and a bag of hostess donettes, which was 5 WEEKS past it’s expiration date. And now I have to, what, drive back to this place to get the $2 I spent on the donuts refunded? Getting sold expired food is not fun.

Lately the store has been in all sorts of dismay. Shelves with garbage on them, half eaten items on shelves, stock messily spread every where, and a not so sneaky loss prevention lady that borders stalker territory as she pretends to shop and follow you around the store if you dont look nice according to her. This store is on a steady decline. Target or Market 32 are much better options for this area.

Its great to see how well organized the store is. Everything is beautiful and reflective of the Spring spirit.

The Worst Walmart for in-store pick up.I was there yesterday. After keying in my information, I waited for half an hour and had other sale associate paged them as well. no one showed up. I came back today and waited for another half an hour. I had the customer service paged them again. Still no one showed up for me.

Large, clean store. Well-stacked. Not too busy and an appropriate number of registers open.

I bought 4 p255/60r17 tires at Walmart.com and brought my car to the auto care center for installation. I had to wait for the tires to arrive before I could make an apointment, but it worked out good because I had some shopping to do too. It only took about an hour and the installation was flawless. Im retired and dont drive much, but I would recommend to anyone to check out the tires and prices at Walmart. Right now I couldnt be happier.

If you are looking to save money, walmart is the place to shop if they have what you need. Balance that with how busy they are and sometimes its worth spending a little extra to go somewhere else.

Hate checking myself out. Im disabled and it difficult and there are NO registers open except self checkout unless you stand in line for 1/2hr for the only one.

Obviously its a busy time of year with the holidays so be prepared to wait in lines. They never have enough registers open. It seems they insist on having plenty of staff stocking shelves cluttering up the aisles making it more difficult to maintain 6 feet social distancing and getting up and down the aisles.Just try to keep your patience and stay safe and healthy
