This store offers plenty of stylish and quality products. The layout is aesthetically pleasing. However staff could benefit from customer service training and bias training particular for plus size customers. Staff were very rude to my partner who is plus sized while he was checking out some flip flops. The tone and body language of the staff member indicated they did not think my partner belonged or was welcome in this store.

It was my first time shopping here and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also love the quality of the clothes.

I guess the first post was the restaurant the clothing store in the staff really drove to another store to pick up something I purchased for me and went above and beyond the call of duty! This was extremely appreciated & I would highly recommend shopping here!

I love my Shore store and my Shore girls! I’ve been buying all of my clothes since I’ve moved to Sarasota here. The girls here always think of me whenever something I like comes in, and put it aside for me. Whenever my girlfriends visit me from Tampa and St. Pete I bring them here and then we go eat upstairs. The Shore crew all know me by name and make me feel so special and loved when I come in, every time! 🥰

I decided to try on some swimsuits from this store and an employee let me into the fitting room. The same employee came back about 5 minutes later and without knocking, opened the door. While I stood there completely topless, a middle aged man got a nice view of my chest. I simply got an, oh sorry.I decided to speak with the manager and explain the situation only to have her justify her employees actions. I would recommend having someone guard the door for you if you decide to try something on here.... its too hard for the girls that work here to simply knock... its rocket science apparently.

Every visit to the West Coast includes a special visit to Shore! Aside from the fabulous trendy upscale seasonal clothing, shoes and sandals they have a great gift selection! Whether it be the restaurant or the retail store, Shore StA continues to be one of the best customer experience establishments on the Circle. I had an issue with an item of clothing bought in early January. I brought it back today (1/27) and Taylor made it right--no questions asked. The quality of their merchandise is only exceeded by the quality and caliber of their sales associates (like Orie) and floor managers (like Tayler). Thank you all very much!

Love this place! They had a great collection of all my Olukai slippers and shoes! I also added a cute sun dress and lady bug sandles for my little one. The staff there made my experience just as sweet! Thank you ladies!

Love this place, very well designed and decorated (something straight out of Mad Men combined with a cool bar youd see in like Malibu). Staff are a little uptight (a little too pretty and Im over it attitude) but friendly nonetheless and the food is actually pretty tasty! Prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is very chill! Great place for lunch after or before the beach and definitely with friends or significant others! Could be very hopping at night time, never been yet and also cant wait to try their mixed drinks they looked yummy! Overall, worth stopping in if youre spending the day at St. Armands Circle.

Eclectic Fine Dining at its best! Definitely one of the highlights from my recent visit to Sarasota/St. Armands Circle. Nice clothing store with a limited choice of mens clothing. It is expensive but has a nice selection of womens clothing. Have only bought one shirt here. Pleasant staff and helpful. Not every store has something for everyone. This is not my favorite but nice store.

Best place on St. Armands. Awesome atmosphere, great food and even better drinks. Even at capacity, we were seated immediately and offered drinks by who we thought was a hostess but later we learned was a part owner. Awesome place to visit and shout out to Tom for making it an amazing experience even after walking in.

This is my FAVORITE store! The clothing is so beautiful and you cannot find anything like it anywhere! The point system is really good also. Before I knew it I had $100 worth of points to spend. The food upstairs is really good as well. The reason I only give four stars and not five is because I bought a tank top with black lettering (tacos and cervezas) washed it ONCE, and the lettering pretty much came off. That was really disappointing.

I went to this place last night and was totally unimpressed. For starters, I arrived at 530 and the place was dead. There are only 4 normal booths in the whole restaurants and one was taken. I told the hostess I would like one of the remaining 3 and was told she rather seat me in an awkward long bench thing across the back wall. Feeling pressured I caved, but within 10 minutes she had seated other parties at the 3 booths I wanted… what on earth is that about? The waiters’ outfits are like frumpy gym clothes and they aren’t uniform so you can’t tell who works there and who doesn’t. They currently have no drink specials and no happy hour of any kind. The cheapest cocktail starts at $10, appetizers avg $15+ and entrees are $25-45, and don’t even look that good. The appetizer was delivered but without silverware or plates… I won’t continue, but needless to say we won’t be back again.

Upscale but casual clothing and accessories store for both young men and women, with excellent attentive service. I also like the restaurant upstairs, very nice combination in St. Armands Circle, Sarasota.

Anytime I get to eat with two DJs on a mixer its a great experience. Shore Diner combines modern mid century design and thoughtful architectural elements, along with retractable ceilings to the outdoors. Menu is fresh and will interest locavores. Even the delicious black bean burger filled my hearty apatite.

This place is the bees knees. Its got a great selection of clothing in any color you can think of. Shore has a fantastic selection of many surf brands. The diner upstairs is a great environment. It captures the surf vibe perfectly and is open air, which is refreshing. Went there 4 times while in St. Armands Circle, never got old. Favorite store on St. Armands.

I had a negative experience, overpriced, rude staff, messy store. will not be returning. the managers were very rude to the girls working in front of customers. not very professional

Like a lot of guys I hate shopping for clothes. However, I love this store. Go in every time I visit and find great stuff.

We had a 9pm reservation and we were here an hour and had to ask for bread and ask for drinks and had to tell them we were ready to order. .its ridiculous..no customers and we had to keep asking for everything

Went to the Shore clothing store on Longboat Key and needed some assistance with swapping out a pair of shoes I had bought at the St. Armand Circle store. Sarah and Jenny were so pleasant and helpful in getting this accomplished. Great experience!
