We had spoken to Tom a few weeks back. There was no inventory of Aviators. He told us that new ones would be arriving soon. Last Wednesday we happened to drive by and saw five new Aviators in the front lot. We stopped. Tom came out and told us he had an appointment set up, but Frankie Liu could help us. Frankie knows everything about cars, all cars, not just Lincoln. We were driving a 2020 Ford Explorer that was a beauty to look at, but a devil to drive. I hated it! Frankie knew why the Explorer acted like it did. So we looked at all the choices of Aviators and decided on one. We picked it up on Thursday and Frankie sat in the car with us for a good hour explaining everything, plus setting up a few things, too. By the time we left the dealership it was pouring down rain. We had a very smooth drive home. Love the Lincoln so far, but its only been a few days! Hoping for good drives to come!!

Wow, these guys were great all around, treated me with respect gave me a great deal on my trade and great price on the Buick Enclave. My salesperson Tom Harvey was very low key, no pressure as well as the finance Mgr. Douglas. He didnt even try to pressure me into an extended warranty... Definitely buy from these guys. Austin, our sales associate, along with management (Doug & Mike) were by far the best auto experience that we had encountered at any dealership. We had looked at other makes but ordered our Lincoln Corsair and just picked it up after 4 years of enjoying our Lincoln MKC. Just as importantly, there were no add ons over the factory sticker price and no additional dollars others add if you do not have a trade or do not finance with them ....... I would highly recommend!

Ive had several bad experiences with the Bradenton Lincoln dealer, so I brought my car here to be serviced. Kristen was excellent and provided great service with a quick turn around. Her tech found issues that the other dealer couldnt reproduce, and she was persistent about hunting down another intermittent issue. Overall Im very happy and will take both of my Lincolns here moving forward!

We have two Navigators....2018 and a 2021. We transitioned from GM and have not looked back.The Aviator is a different story. The vehicle is attractive and comfortable but there is a lot of little maint items that popped that we are not accustomed to.

This Lincoln dealership is like ALL the rest so far, UNBELIEVABLE! This dealership constantly dropped the ball and then lie to our faces AND then when they got caught up in their tangled web of lies they made up excuses and then turned us away. **Be aware of dealing with Jim, Doug and Mike nothing but liers and slackers!! The ONLY person I would trust there is Travis. He definitely came across as a stand up guy that genuinely cares about his customers and his job!! Unlike the rest of Lincoln employees we dealt with!! We have always owned Lincolns but after dealing with the people that work at these dealerships down here Im done I dont want anything to do with Lincoln again!

The service was good but extremely expensive. Even after the job was discounted it still was very costly. When I showed a local mechanic the invoice he said the $1,300 brake job was way out of line. His shop would have done it for no more than $750. I like taking my car to the dealership but I dont think I will be going back. I feel I was overcharge.

As fa as detailing and ride, very good. Only continuing issue is the transmission slipping at low speeds when car hasnt been driven for a few (or more) hours. Brought in in, Service Department did a software update, but problem still exists

I work for Americas Veterans and found myself needing a RELIABLE reasonably priced used car, well in my search I found Ed Howard Lincoln purchased a vehicle had a few issues & had to upgrade but in the process Mr. Hillman made sure that I/Veterans had reliable transportation till something more reliable was available. A short time later I was blessed with my 2010 Lincoln MKZ with less than 18,000 miles REALLY! It drives like riding on a cloud, is clean as a whistle & more importantly my guys LOVE it! Mr. Hillman, is a wonderful person, understanding, patient & kind he NEVER hesitates to answer my calls or return my messages, he always made himself available was honest and upfront. I was able to utilize my time answering e-mails and completing volunteer activities.I mentioned a couple of issues that were assessed, and no problem was uncovered.

Brought my car in for a recall. The arrangement was made by Lenora. She was very proficient and professional throughout the whole process! She ordered a Rent-A-Car on the spot and it took 20 minutes for the rental to arrive. Received my car back in 2 days and everything was 100%. Buyer beware! When the 2020 Lincoln Nautilus is in reverse, the REAR SENSORS DO NOT DETECT CHILDREN OR PEDESTRIANS walking toward the rear, or behind the car!!! The dealers response, “that is how it is designed to work!” This is apparently true since we tested other new Nautili’s on the lot and they all worked the same. I wish I knew this before I bought it...........would have never bought the car. I like everything about the car, except this deficiency. We almost hit someone!!!My recommendation, DO NOT BUY THIS CAR!

I couldnt be more pleased and satisfied with this dealership purchasing my CPO 2018 Lincoln MKX Reserve with less than 12,000 miles! What a blessing as I wanted this particular vehicle for the outstanding safety rating because of my two children. Everything went professional and smooth. They gave me a very fair trade in price for my 2013 Kia Forte with low miles. Frankie Liu was my salesperson and he was beyond patient, professional and very straight forward. The manager, I didnt catch his name, maybe Mike? Was also very gracious and professional when processing my paperwork. They made sure the car was in tip top shape before I left the lot. I am so very pleased with this vehicle. There is no better vehicle on the road than Lincoln. This car is pure stealth and comfort! This was a major decision for me and I still cant believe Im driving my beautiful MKX now! I would recommend this dealership to anyone and would definitely do business with them again in the future.

After having a terrible experience trying to lease a 2021 Lincoln Aviator from the local Lincoln Dealership in Naples, FL and being told by the next closest Lincoln Dealership in Fort Myers, FL they wouldn’t be able to place my order, since they were on allocation, I called Mike Hillman, General Manager at Ed Howard Lincoln in Sarasota, FL.Nothing could have been smoother! Mike placed the order for my vehicle, the same day and asked me to send a small deposit when I could. (The local Lincoln Dealership in Naples, FL wanted a 10% deposit on a standard equipped vehicle! Are they kidding!)Vehicle arrived in less than 8 weeks from order date. I picked the vehicle up on Monday. Kudos to Jim Halas, salesman, for spending the necessary time to go over the many, many features of this fabulous vehicle!

I had such a great experience at Ed Howard Collision! Ford owned, I have a Chevy, and it didn’t matter! They work on all makes and models. Truck turned out great. They kept me informed through the entire process. Worked directly with my insurance and helped handle my rental as well! I won’t take my truck anywhere else for body or structural work! Their paint matched the manufacturer paint perfectly!

The service manager and mechanics did an outstanding job servicing my Lincoln for a vehicle recall. But almost none of the employees wore masks, clearly insensitive to the fact that I and two other elderly customers were wearing masks while waiting in the show room for our repairs to be completed. I find that level of disdain for someones health rude.

This is our second time coming into the store yet. Nobody was around and it was not busy. We had to wait to be greeted because the GM had his salesman out doing a job he should hire a detail department to do. Our salesman was awesome and he should be promoted to another store. The GM came out and disrespected us for leaving a bad review from last time, as we sat there to actually buying a vehicle. So obviously we got up and left and we will spend your money at a better place. The GN after 30 years of experience, still doesn’t have it figured out he should retire and work at Walmart! It would probably be a better fit because you don’t need people skills to stock shelves.

I had a great experience at Ed Howard Lincoln.. I originally stopped by after they had closed to look at the New Aviator..As I was walking around the lot, one of the managers, Doug, came out to assist.. I told him I was just looking around, he said to come back tomorrow if I wanted to test drive one of them.. I agreed, we exchanged names, and I left.. The next day I came back and he immediately remembered my name and asked a sales associate, Jim, to assist me. Jim was very courteous and non assuming. We test drove the aviator as well as a nautilus. I preferred the aviator and inquired about leasing specials. Jim sat me down with Doug and we went over leasing rates and pricing. We agreed, in principle, on some numbers and I told Jim exactly what I wanted. They did not have my preferences in color or trim so they both looked for one they could have brought in. They found one in Miami and Jim went to pick it up the very next day. I came in with my wife the next day to look over the vehicle and make sure it was everything I wanted. Jim spent time getting my wifes phone tied into the car while I signed all the paperwork. It was effortless and the price was within $1.00 what Doug had quoted me. Jim then spent over an hour with me showing me all the stuff the car had on it. I have had the car for 5 days now and I love it. It was truly a great experience and I highly recommend Ed Howard Lincoln. Doug and Jim were great to work with!

My experience started online with a price inquiry for best out the door cash price with delivery to my zip code.I received 2 automated responses. One from the GM Mike and the other from sales Gordon.After that I had to initiate contact in which the salesman never paid attention to my requests.Then gave me a bogus answer on delivery and the website talks about delivery and I sent a screenshot of it and no response at all.I emailed the GM (Mike) and of course no response!Typical of dealerships of today where GM just goes thru motions until a review is sent about horrible customer service!I am sure ownership is absent and it’s the old saying of cats away the mice will play until there is no more Cheese for the nice!Sad I even have to post this.

This review has been on hold and I will change it once I get a manager or owner of this dealership to actually call me back. We are from Pensacola FL and drove all the way to this dealership 7+hours, to buy a 2016 Volvo XC90, less than 60k miles, all the checks were good, and no issues were evident. Clean bill of health. BUT somehow my engine light turn on within 3 days of owning the car.Turns out the fuel injectors are bad, brakes needed to be replaced (purchased barely over acceptable limits), then had to update the computer. I can eat the brakes and computer but something like the injectors going bad 3 days after purchase, through test drives before us and all inspections, IM left to pay $2200 after purchase. Real awesome. Now i know we signed the papers that said AS IS but when we bought it it was WORKING AS IS without problems. Morally I would hope such an upstanding dealership would be willing to help with this problem but there seems to be a communication problem somewhere in the chain of command.Doug is the manager and I cant seem to get a hold of him or a call back. Still waiting to hear back from the owner or any of the GMs to speak to me with real answers. Review order was submitted and been waiting for a call back for since End of October. I call daily to not get answers. Its not hard to read the repair order and tell me yes we will help you out or No we wont. I will flip this review to a 4 star if we get the assistance and correspondence needed for a customer who just paid over 33k for this vehicle.Im a small business owner and one thing I know is respect for my customers who pay good money for services. If I mess up I am the first to say sorry and fix the issue. Ed Howard Lincoln should be held to the same standard.

If youre leasing, be ready for a bait and switch. We leased a car from the dealership three years ago without issue. Of course, they were friendly and helpful, they were getting our money.My lease was up in April. My husband called at the end of February because I had access to another car. He explained that the car was in great shape with super low mileage and asked if they would take it back early and waive the remaining lease payment. They said, sure we need cars! Im sure you know where this story is going.We received a bill from Ford Finance including the last months lease payment. We contested it and they contacted the dealer who claimed that they never made any such offer. We asked for the car back, since at this point we still had a full month left on the lease which we are now paying for, but according to Ed Howard Lincoln, the car is no longer available!Its outrageous. These people are outright thieves and liars. Believe nothing.

Totally disappointed in my recent experience at Ed Howard Lincoln. Brought my MKC in to see about my antenna which due to a mishap caused a gap between the antenna and the roof. I was told I needed to replace the antenna and was notified of a small dent in the roof which the service consultant indicated could possibly require additional work but didnt share it was work your body shop didnt do. I agreed to the new antenna for which I waited over a week for and then once I returned to have it installed and after the antenna was replaced for close to $350 I was handed a card to see a paintless dent removal person to have the dent remove so that the antenna would sit flush to the roof. Why not direct me to a paintless dent removaI person first to have the dent removed especially since you knew but didnt share with me that it was something your shop doesnt handle but did indicate it may require additional work that would increase the price of the service, a service you do not provide. I rely on service consultants to provide the best advice even if it means sending me elsewhere first. Needless to say a new antenna was not needed so it was an expensive lesson learned. This experience has shown me that you don’t have your customer’s best interest at heart and with that I know to not return to your location for service. It’s unfortunate that this is my second bad experience with a Lincoln dealership which has now soured me to your brand, but glad it happened before becoming a returning customer when in the market for a new car.

I appreciate the Service Manager who; as a courtesy, actually installed replacement windshield wipers for me. My service writer; Lenora Smiley, is knowledgeable when providing details of what was done to my vehicle. She is courteous and very personable in all communications. I consider her presence to be the primary reason I travel to Ed Howard as opposed to have any work or maintenance done on my MKS at a dealership much closer to my home. Was looking for a particular used make and mode carl on the internet for quite awhile. This model became available at Ed Howard Lincoln. Called and got Tony Gomez on the line. I was from out of town and wanted to know everything about this car before I made the drive. Tone went above and beyond the call of duty. Took all the pics I requested, having him go out several times to take them. Answered every question I had or looked up the answer. Many times I am told a car is perfect till I get there and find out otherwise. Tony was spot on. I made the trip and am glad I did. Tony was pleasant to work with, no pressure. They took my car in immediately and it took a little longer than I expected because it was just for an inspection, an oil change and a tire rotation. But, overall I was very pleased.

The recent repair was an electric mechanical part and was covered by the extended factory warranty the work was completed in rapid speed with excellent quality and workmanship. Free coffee in the lounge area. Surprising how fast the work was done combining the removal and re assembly time involved.

My experience here both with service and sales has been outstanding. The staff seem like genuinely good people. Sales process was fair and painless as these things go. In fact, on our second purchase of a car this year or first stop was Ed Howard Lincoln. The body shop did an outstanding job and we plan to return if we ever need work whether a Lincoln or not. I am very satisfied with Howard. in general and with Frankie Liu in particular. He is very professional and easy to talk to and work with. It was probably the best new car buying experience I have ever had.The only glitch was an out of balance tire which was quickly resolved so at this point I am satisfied.The car is excellent quiet and comfortable. I drove to to Miami and back and achieved 30 miles to the gallon-a bit better than expected.Will Taylor

Took a car in for oil change and tire rotation. It was done on time and they washed the car as well. Best of all no interior grease smears like with previous oil changes.

Performed service and was completed. Took a little longer than was told. Did provide a loaner but was very dirty!Just seems dealership is accommodating but not very friendly??? Was at a Lexus dealer recently and whole different atmosphere. Friendly with a can do attitude!

Were snowbirds from New Hampshire so the Ed Howard Lincoln dealership in Sarasota is not our home base. However, weve been there twice for service on our MKC. They have been very attentive, friendly and did everything as promised for a reasonable price.I recommend them.

When we arrived it took a long time for anybody to come meet us. They told us all the sales people were busy. They only had one sales person working in only one other customer in the showroom. Not sure how that is good business practice, if you can’t handle more than two customers at a time!

It was a long day because they had to deal with the Massachusetts RMV but we are very pleased with our choice of dealership and choice of car. I needed to take my 2004 Ford Ranger in for a second airbag recall. Steve and Lanora in the service department made me feel comfortable and were efficient. I waited for the service to be done and was happy with the outcome. Ed Howard Lincoln also did the work on the initial recall after a terrible experience at the Ford dealership from whom I purchased the truck. I was most happy with the Ed Howard service in that experience also.

They are AAA certified so it was super convenient to have all the payments and arrangements done between the two parties, rather than my needing to be involved.
