I was involved in an accident that was not my fault in May of this year. The impact did significant damage to the Vehicles suspension, Body and far more things we couldnt see visually until repairs were begun. Everyone involved at Caliber went above and beyond attempting to get the car back on the road - the process was long due to the pandemic but I was informed EVERY week of the progress and what to expect. Karen was absolutely amazing in keeping me updated and informed every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of the week. When I first brought my car to Caliber Collisions I thought my car was totaled but the team did better than a perfect job and returned the car back to me better than when I first bought the car and even saved me some money. Fantastic Experience using Caliber Collision and Karen was super helpful. We had a brand new car and were moving to FL - the morning we were leaving, a man backed up into the back of my car. Devastating!! When we arrived in FL, we checked with our insurance carrier for the best company in town - they didnt hesitate to recommend Caliber Collision. Our college aged daughter had a fender bender and Caliber took great care of her in a timely fashion. Then, when she had an oops and ran over a construction stake and popped the bumper out of place right before we needed to drive home 1000 miles. We returned to see if they could help pop it back in and they were incredibly kind and helpful! One of the managers who said he’d been there 30 years came out and opted it back into place and added a screw in minutes and at no charge! I would highly recommend this shop for their professionalism, courtesy and willingness to just help out - felt like the good old days. Although we hope we don’t have to use their services again, we sure would choose them if we had a need in the future.

I was hit in my brand new F-150 3 weeks after buying it. I thought my truck would never be the same again. I WAS WRONG. I got a flat tire on my way to work, and I pulled into this parking lot, because it happened to be the first one I could get to. I have Triple A, but I decided to ask if they could help me here first. They helped me right away, no questions asked!!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I’m not happy about the flat tire, but I am happy that I happened to stop here. Thank goodness for these kind people!! If they would help me for free, and I’m not even a customer, they’ll take great care of you!

At the walk through the door Gigit and Staff were very friendly and make you feel like were a repeat customer. There quote was the quote with no contingency’s (once we get into the job there may be an upcharge for hidden damage) The repair was performed in the time they estimated with texted updates for each stage. The work was outstanding the perfect color match and great fit. Better than I expected.

Karen kept me informed, at least two to three times a week with updates on the repairs of my sons car after an accident. I have never had such a positive experience between the excellent communication and the stellar work done on the vehicle. They went above and beyond their duties and would NOT use anyone else in case of any future accident!

My car was only 9 months old when I was involved in a pretty bad accident & the front of my car was damaged pretty extensively. State Farm listed this shop as a preferred provider for repairs so I chose them, knowing nothing else about them. I was informed of each step of the repairs, usually 2-3 times a week. Bill was in charge of my repairs & keeping me informed. I can’t say enough about his professionalism & high level of customer service. When I got my car back, it looked new again! I was very happy with the service I received & will return there if I ever need repairs again!

My 2015 Equus was hit on the rear drivers door. Caliber repaired the skin perfectly and the paint match was spot on. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend them for class vehicle repair.

I went in for a price quote to remove an unfortunate yellow paint scrap on our car provided by a Starbucks drive thru pole. They took it back right away and removed all of the paint and had it looking good as new in minutes! Super nice and best of all they comped the work for us as a one time deal. Thanks Caliber!

Repaired and replaced left front quarter and front grill of my Mercedes 350 GLE including painting. They used OEM parts throughout the repair and the repair job is flawless with the white paint matching exactly. Nice job. Also, they provided a seamless interface with the car rental company and my insurance company. They are a quality firm to work with and their customer service was on top of it all (with a smile!)

Thee staff at Caliber Collision were remarkable. After a competitor failed to order the parts needed despite having been paid by insurance I got a referral to Caliber. I use a mobility scooter and have a modified mini van so caliber promptly ordered the parts and painted them before they had us deliver the still drivable van. They had the van only 1 day. The previous company said they would have it for a week and wanted to charge several hundred dollars more. Great service and great people as well as a great job.

Caliber repaired a fender bender for us and the work was professional and on time. But, that was just the beginning of my excellent experience with Caliber Collision. A few months later I noticed a sensor hanging from beneath the rear bumper. I stopped by and they took the car in the back and reattached the sensor while I waited. No charge. Wait, thats not all. Yesterday one of our fine citizens drove into the back of the car in the Publix parking lot and of course failed to leave a note or anything else indicating their role in knocking off part of the trim. So, I went to visit my new friends at Caliber Collision. Ray, one of the Service Advisors came out to look at it, crawled under the car in the parking lot, pulled the remaining anchor pins and reattached the trim. No charge. Just thanked me for letting them help. I highly recommend these folks. If you need vehicle body repairs I would definitely use them.
