Home Depot has the BEST plants! Every plant I get here last for years! Such good quality, price and selection!

ZERO STARS! Over $25,000 in appliances purchased. Was never notified of shipping company, no tracking number. Dishwasher latch inoperable. Cabinets missing shelving and shelf holders. Wrong address provided for repair on dishwasher. 20 gallons of WRONG paint (ordered interior flat, they made exterior eggshell finish) ruining our $100,000 remodel job. Will never EVER shop at this location again.

Place is laid out very well. No mask enforcement at all for customers or employees.

What did I just experience? 1 hour and 20 minutes before closing they are moving pallet after pallet out for restocking. While doing this they close off most isles that people need access too. I understand the store needs to be restocked but I’ve been to Home Depot’s in many states more than most and many late nights and I have never seen anything like this. The store was partially not Shoppable if that’s a word.

Great plant selection. The employees need to be educated on how much to water certain houseplants. A poor snake plant was drowning in a pot of water. I took it home lol

Employees never want to help out or if you have a question. I had asked an employee a question about an item she rolled her eyes and said I think I’m not shure . No one ever offers to help at this location no one seems like if they want to be there

A bit of a mess, this company is. Needed an interior door for a project. Looked online, their website said a location about 20 miles away had 5 of them, so I drove over. Had two employees helping me, we couldnt locate a single one. Online, another location said they had one in stock, which didnt make me feel optimistic. Decided to try that location anyway, turns out they had 4! No kdea how their inventory can be that off, but there we go. Price on the door was fair though, so theres that.

Ordered carpet and padding and only the padding was delivered. AND Home Depot didnt even call or text to let us know they were coming! Luckily we were at the house. But it took us having to drive back to the store to find someone to assist us. (Trying to call was a waste of time and huge run around) We have to wait until Weds. to get carpet and crossing our fingers it actually arrives!

Great place to found whatever you need to make your own projects. Plus people are always nice. 😊

This is a great store it has just about anything you can think of for inside and outside your home and anything that you would need for a project is there theres self-checkouts you should wear a mask when you go into the store because its required their hours havent really changed so get your projects done and go to home Depot to get your stuff

I ALWAYS find what Im looking for (and then some!) Not necessarily All By Myself every time though.And...Thats where the Staff comes in! Quite polite, helpful & theres plenty ofm too!

I ordered a washer and dryer at the beginning of June. After waiting one month, delivery was finally scheduled, never showed. I called and they had LOST my appliances. They conducted a warehouse search which took a week, thought they found them, scheduled delivery without notifying me, then LOST them again. Did ANOTHER warehouse search and one week later apparently found them, booked a delivery for 2wks later. When they showed up, they only had the dryer, they had LOST the washer. Called back again and no one knows where it is.Its been 6 weeks since appliances should have been delivered, I have spent over 10hrs on the phone and I have no hope my appliances will be delivered. Last time I called, I asked to speak to a manager and the rep just hung up on me after I waited on hold for over an hour. This is the WORST appliance experience I have ever had.

Prices up, service down and going downhill quick!! they will just about to hire anybody never help when you need it expect to lower yourself and load it yourself and with the price increase ?? theres many lumber yards around the county that give better service then this place💯🎯🤯🤯🤯☹☹😩😩😭😭😱😱🙈🙈🤔🤔👎👎

A frustrating trip to a big box store yesterday. They were busy stocking and assembling during open business hours with numerous areas blocked by rolling ladders, bins full of cardboard boxes, and people assembling merchandise in aisle ways making it difficult to access the items we were looking for. Came in with a list of items needed and left with 2. Experiences like this are why I prefer a smaller, more customer friendly place like Ace Hardware or to avoid the store altogether and just buy online.

Well stocked, helpful staff, clean store prices are competitive.

Very disappointed! Went there because the app said they had 54 of the products I wanted. To my disappointment, they only had two. As usual, there was no staff around to ask for help. I had to go somewhere else.

Waited on phone for over 15 minutes to rent a truck. No one ever answered. This is not the first time. I waited on hold another time. Drove to the store and was still on hold. Terrible customer service! Windsor always answers their phones.

Hard to find exactly what you need here its like they purposely did that for customer interaction. But it has everything you need

Four stars for what products they do have. 3 stars for not carrying everything, but calling yourself a home improvement store, and 2 stars for customer service, BECAUSE YOU CAN NEVER FIND ANYONE TO HELP!!!! Floor managers! Do your job, and make sure youre staffed correctly, and that your employees are there to assist with customers.

For all the years that I have been going there they have always been helpful and respectful and I bought flagging tape big rolls this time with the directions from worker where to find them.

I went in for an item that was difficult to locate. When I asked the Home Depot assistant for help, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He located the item in under 5 minutes.

Cheaper and a lot of the employees knew were things were located.

Been shopping here for YEARS and it has gotten progressively worse. Yesterday I bought a watering can that didnt come with the nosel piece and today when I went to purchase just that piece the guy told me I couldnt because they come together. My business will be going to friedmans from now on.

Home depot has really made a comeback in customer service in the last couple of years. Still no good getting help over the phone, but in store is another story. Surprising but true.

I ordered 3 items for pick up at this Home Depot. I received a text that my items were ready. I decided to use curbside pickup. I was very impressed with the employee that assisted me. She was friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and energetic. I really appreciated the excellent customer service!! I definitely recommend the store and utilizing the curbside pickup.

Found it online, got a text with the exact in-store location, was in and out in less than 10 minutes with precisely what I wanted. My idea of a perfect shopping experience.

The employees run away from you when you ask for help or they give you an answer and youll find out that its wrong. They hate their lives.

Brought my dog with me and the nice checkout woman gave Panda a treat. He did tricks and everyone smiled.

Very well managed, safe store with informed and service-oriented staff -both female- who were able to direct me to the exact aisle and bin(!). Checkout and customer service was either in plexiglass enclosures or Self-check out with cleaning between. No hassle experiences are 100% for me and my family at this location. AND whenever I have the chance to ask if staff like their work place? they always affirm with positive examples. Some include similar comments the clientele are pretty upbeat, too which doesnt hurt-lol

They have everything you need accept prices are expansive... never had any issues with home depot quality items. Online Orders are late at times but arrive undamaged. Some employees have attitudes but most are good and sometimes you cant find any customer service to help no matter where you go in the store.

Its so much better than it used to be there used to be there were no employees to help you and now theres one there all the time it makes me so happy

Poor selection, long lines to check yourself out. No cashiers. Registers super close together so its very difficult to check out. Also very hard to pay with cash.

Products are always stocked, priced accurately and staff is very welcoming in this location.

Go to Windsor, Rohnert Park, or Ukiah instead.Santa Rosa Home Depot is the most poorly organized and busiest. You will spend twice as long finding your item, and horrible checkout organization also causes 20 minute wait to self checkout.Even something as simple as their entrances and exits for the store are horribly positioned with the checkouts and returns causing traffic just getting in and out.Combine this with their constant spam in the middle of isles making it hard to fit a single cart, it makes this place feel like Frogger.Home Depot everywhere else is great. Just dont go to this one in Santa Rosa.

Big box stores are great if you can get your stuff on your own. But if you need something taken off an upper shelf, or some other customer service, its frustrating. Employees are spread very thin, and are expected to stock shelves and manage inventory in addition to helping customers, which makes it feel like youre pulling them away from their work to help you. Its not their fault, its the system they work in. But it makes customers feel less than appreciated.

The Santa Rosa home depote service is wonderful. I needed help picking the correct type of pot to transfer my lemon tree and I received great service frim Dennis in the garden department. He knew alot about plants. The service there is consistently very good.

I bought a washing machine and a new refrigerator here happy with them both

I went to pick up my shelving and I had gone to the wrong store I went to the Windsor store instead of the Santa Rosa store and they could not find my order to put it in my pickup truck. Fortunately there was a very helpful clerk named Alex that finally after about 15 minutes ran it down because I did not have the printout from the internet and all I had to do was go to the Santa Rosa store to solve the problem kudos to Alex next time I come by Ill buy him a beer.

I bought the best smoker barbecue ever

Purchased a washer and dryer set. Sales person was untrained and sent me on a wild goose chase to every Home Depot in the county for a stack kit and washing machine pan. Stack kits arent kept in stock at any location. Theyre a special order item. Seriously?! Delivery and installation date set before I could get necessary parts delivered. It took 3 managers to cancel my order be and nearly 2 weeks to get my money refunded. Last person I spoke to be said there was a technical glitch in progressing my cancellation. Friedman and Ace are closer to home with better service. Ill never spend another dime at Home Depot.

Gotta say I am not the biggest fan of Home Depot; however, the prices are good and they always seem to have what I need. Tonight my wife and I went to the Ukiah store and even at the end of the day, the paint guy did his best to find the paint we needed. The guy was very patient even though we brought in a old paint can from 3 years ago he was able to find the information he needed to get us the correct paint.

Some of the staff actually cares a lot dont. Lumber material is at times sketchy with poor sorting and questionable quality.

Though Im rating this high because they have EVERYTHING and GOBS of it, their service people are NOT service minded. Some are inexperienced, some are anti social, some will bunch up talking together and ignore customers. Two stars on customer service. If you do find someone to nail down with a question theyre usually helpful but will drop you like a rock immediately after.

I go here all the time and in this time with covid-19 if you are trying to socially distance it is impossible in this store. They have it packed full with sales and kiosks. Every isle bumping shoulders with people but employees are awesome!!!!

Its typically fairly well stocked, but due to the fact that its not a local locally owned business its not my go to store. Instead a prefer Friedmans, great people there will to really help you and they have everything!

This is a great home Depot as far as the chain is concerned. Yes it is a new covid-19 world at the moment but I have found the people to be friendly and helpful at this store. Wide selection of products, good service and good prices what more can one ask for?

Super crowded on Veterans Day but was able to get in and out pretty efficiently. I think the parking lot sucks has most of the vehicles are pickup trucks and oversized vehicles but the spaces are small so its tricky to navigate.

The worst store to call, no body picks up, lazy employees.

I used to love the Home Depot but at this point recently I wandered around for about 45 minutes until I finally found a gentleman in a Home Depot apron and ask him for some help he really did not have a clue I think were healing was at that moment and directing me towards some work that I did not ask him to direct me to this was unfortunate and really I ended up finding everything on my own as a female I was looking for a male to help me haha just kidding no really though dont they train these guys or is it just you know theyre hiring anyone these days like Kohls Style?

Went into Homedepot for lumber since they got some good deals on rising lumber prices. Anyhow I had a few questions regarding materials needed to replace the side of our home and was greeted by Gary and TJ who were probably the most professional staff Ive ever ran into in a long time.They were very familiar with the products and answered all my questions with no problems, I was impressed by there knowledge and experience that I will be back for future projects

Frustrating, nothing is ever in stick, always have to buy online. I should be able to walk into your store and be able to find a water dispenser for 3 and 5gal bottle waters, oh but I can buy the jug in store, nah tired of giving HD my money and getting lemons in products or cant get whats needed.

Unfortunately I am forced to go to Home Depot since they have forced out mom and pops who give you actual service so what can I say. The only advice I can offer for any home depot is if you need someone to talk to who has an actual brain and knowledge look for the old guy or gal with Gray hair.

Jeremiah is seriously failing as a store manager.This is the second time I left without getting one item of the 15 I came for. I now have to go to another home depot 10 miles away. You cant sell an ex pro texture gun if its just sitting on a shelf 15 feet high. Couldnt get anyone to get it down.This use to be a great home depot but the store manager really screwed things up. Waited 20 min in the customer service line before I gave up. 5 people in customer service an only one person is helping customers at a glacial pace. Couldnt return items. Couldnt get more items. 40 min and left with nothing. What an embarrassment
