We love our new re-faced kitchen! We ha a great experience from start to finish. Francine was our first contact. she gave us our estimate and was very helpful with our backsplash selection. The installation crew was top notch. A special shout out to Daniel, Leo and John. They did a great job with the re-facing and were a pleasure to have in the house.Thank you to all the staff.

We just had our cabinets refaced by Granite Transformations and are VERY happy with the job done by Paul and Paul Jr. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. Paul always made sure we knew the timeline and asked appropriate questions along the way. He did not hesitate to make everything perfect. We know these cabinets will look fantastic for many years to come.

1. They took 2 months longer than they originally told me.2. They ordered the wrong doors.3. The owner Jarren lied to me about ordering the wrong doors. I have a text message from the installer saying that they ordered the wrong doors and he threw them out when ordered the right ones.4. I have reason to believe that even after they ordered the wrong ones they didnt order the right ones until I called 10 days later and asked where they where.If you want your project to take months longer than was quoted, you want to be lied to and treated like the contractor is doing you a favor by hiring them then call this company.

Considering the lead time, the amount of money spent on this project, and the screw ups we endured, we are very disappointed in the final product of our remodeled kitchen.We worked with Gretchen and she definitely sold us a dream. After we signed up for the project, everything started to go down hill. My husband me with her to discuss colors for the cabinet refacing and quartz counters. We also talked about which cabinets to put windows in. I went in to meet her... I drove 90 minutes and was on time. She apparently lives down the road and was 20 minutes late! By the time she got there, I only had 15 minutes to give her as I had other appointments lined up. I confirmed colors and counters with her. I also confirmed which cabinets I wanted windows in and what kind of glass - semi transparent. This was all in May.We werent able to get anyone out here to start the project until August! When someone finally came out to do measurements, he didnt have any of the notes from when I met with Gretchen. She didnt write anything down! I am so busy, I couldnt remember the exact colors I had chose either. Luckily we called her and she was able to recall... some of it.Then when we finally got the cabinets refaced, they told us that they had ordered the wrong doors to go under our farmhouse sink --- which they had known was going to be there and should have already measured for (weeks before cabinet guys came). They told us the doors would be here in 10 days. At day 8, we called to check in and the girl in the office didnt know what we were talking about! Nothing had been ordered! They said the best they could do was 2.5 weeks more to get the cabinet doors. Normally we may have been okay with the wait, but we are preparing our house for vacation renters and due to the original delays we have already been missing out on income. Now we are missing even more income - including a 3 day weekend! We cant photograph and rent our house out without under the sink cabinet doors - exposing plumbing and cleaning chemicals which a child/dog can get in to either.When my husband called the owner of the Franchise, Jarren, to see if he could work with us and help us out to get the doors in sooner, he was incredibly rude, he lied, and refused to help us out.Additionally, the windows they put in our cabinets were NOT semi-transparent. Theyre clear. At this point we dont want to deal with that since were already delayed as it is.We will never work with this company again and wish we went with someone else. Between the delays, disorganization, and unprofessionalism, were done.The only people we did appreciate were the actual crews doing the labor. Unfortunately the people in the office - managing the actual project - are terrible to work with.Only go to this company if youre looking for mess ups and have a lot of time on your hands.

Great product, completed in one day with great support. No mess upgrade over existing countertop tile, new sink and plumbing service done by one company. Highly recommend looking in to this if you havent considered Granite Transformation.

Once again, Granite Transformations did a fabulous project in our kitchen. Framed it in and put 2 large doors on our pantry. We had them remodel our kitchen couple years back; and, should have done the pantry at that time. But, they really came through for us. Complete match on materials and a terrific frame built. The installers (Daniel?) was punctual, friendly, professional, and extremely thorough! Seriously, I cant say enough about Granite Transformations in Santa Rosa. They are a real pleasure to work with every time. Everyone we spoke to on the phone, their prompt return calls, ability to suggest recommendations and options, and thorough (and I mean thorough!) clean up is beyond expectations, In a competitive remodelling or new construction business, they stand alone in the business. They, quite literally, transformed our old tile kitchen counters and backsplashes in our floating home with a beautiful new surface...without the hassle and dust of deconstructing the kitchen. And, they did it exactly on time and with consideration and professionalism. We are very, very pleased and have been sharing with friends who might want this unique service.

Had small problem with some of our soft close drawers not closing completely. Called GT in Santa Rosa. They sent Leo out to do repair. He and his dad had done our original installation. He quickly did lubrication, problem solved. Leo is an excellent person, they are fortunate to have him.

Great product and service. Having to start and stop because of the virus made things more difficult but they did a great job and finished the job. We couldnt be happier with the results.

Granite Transformations was affordable and the results are spectacular. I had my kitchen counters done as well as both bathrooms, including converting the master bath from a tub/shower combo to a walk in shower. From the beginning of the process and my consultation with Cynthia to select materials to the final installation, everyone that I worked with was professional and did a wonderful job. All of my questions were answered and all of my concerns were addressed. Plus I have both cats and dogs, and the installers were very careful to clean up every day so that I did not have to worry about my pets getting into anything. I have already recommended Granite Transformations to several other people in my neighborhood, and plan to use them again when I have my kitchen cabinets refaced.
