He is smart, thoughtful, and very professional. He has provided fantastic customer service with every experience. He has always been helpful with answering my questions, providing solutions to my shipping challenges, and is thorough with his overall customer service. I know it is more common for you to receive complaints, which is why I feel it is important to pass along compliments when merited. We stopped in here in our travels this past week needing to mail something and have paperwork notarized and a copy made. Compared to the UPS Store near where we live in Mount Vernon, WA, the staff here are far and above better and more helpful than what we have at home. I highly recommend this location.

This is the only UPS store in town that seemed to have gone above and beyond to protect customers and make them feel protected. They let no more than 3 customers in the store at once and they have marked standing spots outside/inside the store and a hand sanitizer station. Well done and kudos to you guys!

Very helpful and courteous. Brought them several pieces of pottery and China to pack. Although they did an excellent job packing. I am disappointed with UPS for not being able to charge the packaging to my shippers account number. Other than that I am very happy with the packing job!

Always friendly and helpful even when the phones are ringing, theres a line, and UPS driver is shouting questions to the staff up front.

Brought pkg, pre-labeled with my UPS acct and RMA #.... Only one worker, talking with friends/customers, piles of boxes everywhere, worker was too busy and unwilling to spend 10 seconds checking me in. Never going back

I needed to ship out multiple fragile items to my daughter and these items needed to be delivered ASAP! The staff at this location was awesome and very helpful. They gave me the soonest shipping option with estimated time of delivery. Hard to come by this type of excellent service here in Santa Fe... I defiantly recommend this location for shipping and packing!

The ladies who work there are always super helpful. Although there is another UPS store around the corner, I prefer this location. Minimum wait time, efficient staff and great customer service.

I dont know about the store, but the delivery guys usually drop our packages at our door and walk away... Even when we are home. I know yall dont have a lot of time, but is waiting two minutes for me to open the door and take the box from you too much to ask for? Im sitting right there... Hopefully, the people in the store have better manners.

This place can print anything! I went to several places in town and compared printing prices and these folks have the best prices in town. Staff has always been very helpful and polite.

I thought they would’ve been closed today. But they werent. Great service from everyone at this location. Needed something notarized which by the way it was hard to find a notary today. Glad these folks were able to help out!

I have contacted corporate but I have received no response. So I decided to post it here so that everyone is aware! My daughter felt so humiliated in every way possible, by The tall caucasian male who is bald and seemed to have a goatee. Me and my daughter came into this establishment, and the guy wouldnt stop staring at her in a sexual manner! This disgusting man thought I wasnt looking or aware that he was starting at my daughter. This attitude needs to be dealt with immediately! I dont know who else to contact in order to report this incident. I honestly am left with no words to say.

The employee i worked with on my last visit was great. There was an older woman in from of me in line. The employee Erick was very patient with her, as he helped her find the location of a package that was not even shipped from that store. Awesome staff there!

I have shipped several things from this store. The location is close to my house and very convent. I have received nothing but the best service while shipping my packages.My latest package was sent all the way to Germany. The Customer Service Representative, Ericson, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had never shipped out of the country or even to APO, which this package was going. He explained to me the process of shipping to a APO and out of the country. He also was careful when handling my items when transferring them to the packing area. Ericson was a great help and had wonderful customer service!!!! He gets 5 stars from me!!!!

Consumer Fraud Alert! If you plan on shipping something UPS go to the main UPS Center off Camino Edward Ortiz....not this unofficial UPS location off St Francis Drive. The big problem with this location is that they will give you a shipping estimate that mirrors normal UPS Shipping, but then the actual figure they arrive at is something far different. So if your shipping estimate for example is 25.00, they will charge you 50.00 plus 10% and tell you that a shipping estimate is never reflective of the actual shipping cost. LoL They go every further by claiming that you agreed to the terms. The fact is that double plus 10% amount based on a fraudulent contract that is not really legally binding in a court because it’s a scam. Additional if something goes wrong with your package UPS North America will not stand behind it because you failed to mail it from an official UPS Office. They are very friendly and professional until you figure out what they are trying to pull, then their true level of misinformation, ignorance, arrogance, and hostility shows it’s ugliness instantly. Steer Clear from this location folks.

Walked in on Friday and needed some flyers done ASAP and this store delivered! Very helpful and convenient.

The people working there are nice enough. They said shipping a small 13oz. box to WA would cost $12 and when I gasped said, if you take it to the post office, it would cost a couple bucks less.I came home and calculated the cost through the USPS and it was $4.75. Over 100% mark-up!!!I have heard this line about a couple of bucks before but this store is charging significantly more than other UPS stores.Do not patronize this store unless you have a lot of money to spare.

I dont tend to write bad reviews but this place was just beyond TERRIBLE with the customer service i received . I went in around 6:00 pm. I asked for some shipping quotes and the rude behavior i received made me want to go back to Fedex. Ive heard that ups was great with the prices and customer service. But i was wrong! i didnt even have a chance to look at the quotes he was supposed to give me. I asked to get shipping quotes and i was also going to mail a package but he refused to help me. after all this bad mannered behavior i asked for the manager and he stated he was the manager i asked for the owner and he stated he was the owner .the owner called Ericson must have a lot of money in his pocket to be treating his customers so bad. Unbelievable how that business is still running with that kind of ownership. i do not recommend anyone to go there. I will not patronize this store ever again!

Double dipping on packages!!!!! Paid for shipping on two orders. Was charged for 5 items! Theives!!!The owner says that I called that is a lie. I came into the store and was told in person. Warning, do not use this location.

To say that this UPS Store provides horrible customer service is both true and accurate. Hidden fees, damaged shipments, and untrue statements. If you have shipping needs, do yourself a favor and go anywhere BUT here. Now I understand why UPS has the reputation for poor performance, damaged shipments, and never making good on a claim. Avoid this store at all cost!

Service is really good but pricing for mailing packages is way too much. 10$ to mail at UPS and 4$ to mail the same package at USPS.

Iam in florida and I needed something picked up and shipped by UPS. So I looked up a pack and ship office near the pick up location I saw a negative feedback and iam glad I didnt consider it. They gave me very good service and a I hope to use them again.

I have used this UPS store many times - for shipping, for supplies, for shredding, for faxing, for copying. I have always found staff to be knowledgable, polite, and efficient - in a word professional.

Don’t bother to ask for assistance if you lost your tracking number because they can’t help you with that! Four months later and still haven’t receive any update if my laptop reach its destination.
