Johnathon the gentleman in electronics was very nice as he let me charge my phone in the eletronics section using the new wall charger i just bought as my cellphone was very low on battery.

I had a pretty bad experience at this location. i had a list of different items from different areas of the store and they really didnt have that much of what i needed in stock. the aisles were dirty and items were messy in most. the store was extremely crowded with none of the employees cleaning up the store either.

This location is the closest to my home so it’s my easiest option, but every single shopping experience has been negative. The atmosphere here is definitely not right . I rarely find the items I come in looking for available. Definitely not the best target for me .

Carts are everywhere, not even busy and they can’t get the carts

I had a great time there the staff was great especially alejandro super helpful and funny kid EZ on the eyes too and the dude is super buff if his manager is reading this he deserves a rise.

I know it’s difficult to have an employee to keep checking the restroom but it was so gross. Also, I can clearly see the person inside (please check the door or remodel them, too much space and the gap is loose)

I was shopping for an item that was out of stock. The team member that assisted me went out of their way to go to the back and pull the item for me!! Target Santa Ana provides the best shopping experience.

One star is one too many. I have informed the store on a number of occasions and now its just gotten ridiculous. This store is always a mess and the employees there are a huge part of the problem. I said I would not go back due to them never having any of the items I need in stock, but am tired of the inconvenience of having to drive elsewhere because this Target cant seem to get it together. Shame on me for trusting it would be any different, but to my surprise they actually had my soap in stock for once. I was there last night and the photos are the result of my horrible shopping experience. The store was a disaster!!! None of the scanners were working and as you can see the aisles were littered with merchandise. What the hell is going on Target??? I once heard you are guilty by association based on the company you keep... well that was evident as one of the employees named Hue was talking VERY loud and inappropriately telling another associate that she was a wild child etc. At first I thought it was another shopper and to my surprise it was an associate. So it comes as no surprise the place looks like a zoo since wild children seem to be running the show there! Take a look for yourself. SHAME on the people who make a mess in the first place like littering the parking lot and evidently the store, BUT REALLY SHAME ON YOU TARGET AND MANAGEMENT FOR ALLOWING ANY PART OF THIS AND NOT ADDRESSING IT. The whole experience at this location for the past 8-9 months up till last night has been just awful and it was not surprising while walking through the store that I over heard other shoppers commenting This Target sucks...my sentiments exactly. This Target is horrible and I am wondering how many bad reviews it will take for anyone there to reach out and or at the very least start to take notice? Its time to wake up Target Management!

Have the dog food but I needed that other stores are having a problem getting

The cashier was so on top of it! She found a crack in my eggs that I didnt even notice. The store was clean and people were told to wear masks when coming in. I felt very comfortable and the store was on top of things even spacing during checking out . Very organized!

The hours are shorter than the one on 17th street. I was there near closing time and did not feel safe with the security guard who profiled a homeless individual. Did not feel welcome at all. Security did not greet us. I will not be returning.

This target location is convenient but the store is always crowded. The floor is probably not as big as the other stores that it looks a little smaller and packed. The store layout is also limited the space for lines in customer service area. The line needs to move whenever there are employees need to go in and out for curbside pick up. However, the service here is fast.

Excellent customer service from every team member and team lead at this store. Im a vendor at this store and Lisa, Alex, Chelly, Letty, and Miguel are associates who Ive worked with or had interatctions with, and all of them are extremely helpful to me in getting the jobs done correctly.

Verity shopping in all departments is always amazing

Poor customer service during a drive up order. Team member was blunt with rude demeanor when speaking to me. She did not greet me at all. She bluntly said “can you reset the timer, you need to tell us when you’re on your way next time”. I explained to her that I did this but I live close. This was not the way I expect people to greet customers. I called the store to express my concern with my overall experience and how unfriendly she was. Lady (Angelina) on the phone told me she was the manager and at the end of the call when I verified this, she told me she was not the manager. ??? She also laughed at one point when she said she would talk to the team member and I assume they were around each other, I’m not sure why else she would laugh. Very disappointed with this and that I was misinformed when I was told I was talking to a manger and wasn’t.

Everything you need and small lines. The only thing is that theres is always someone outside panhandling

This Target is not so great. There is always an extremely long line, and the associates try to avoid the customers. However, they usually have the items I need. Id recommend going somewhere else. Two stars.

The target was my favorite store until the people working inside the store for at&t sold me a cell plan, a lousy service, Sheila and Zulema made me change company and after the first day never helped me with anything on my plan, I dont recommend you go to Targets store, Im no longer my favorite store... a lousy service with the company.

Always have carts. Carry school+job uniforms + shoes, home + biz electronics staff helpful, knowledgeable. Cashiers manage long lines fast, friendly, profl. Exclt! Staff quickly offerred help to parents with crying infant.

Dont really come here much but was dragged here by a friend looking for some birthday gifts for her niece. Have to admit I liked the layout of the store. It was easy to navigate through the departments and the store was clean and organized. The prices seemed pretty fair although I didnt buy anything myself I would definitely be back.

Called today to inquire if they have Similac Pro-sensitive formula and spoke to ARMANDO and he said they have 8 cans in stock. I ask if they can put one can on hold for me at pick up service since drive up or pick up online is not available and I just had a baby so walking is hard. He puts me on hold to talk to his manager JASON and told me that according to his manager they are not allowed to do that. NO COMPASSION AT ALL TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL!!!!Stay away from JASON AND ARMANDO at this location.

Are you guys kidding me !!! Why are you guys blocking the entrance area to walk to the cosmetics i had to go around the store just to get there!!!! I wear a mask and social distance so theres zero reasons why you guys to block on entrance area to a department that people need fast access too !!!

We dropped in for some Black Friday shopping today. The store was busy and it was nice to see how well stocked the shelves were.I like target because they carry quality products at affordable prices. Its also a clean store and they have a Starbucks inside.

This is the most inefficient Target Ive visited during this Pandemic, when other stores are ringing customers up and getting them out the store as soon as possible this store is queuing customers in a single aisle. Calling them up by one to the few open registers which creates a long line that goes from one end of the store to the other.

Found most of what I needed after digging through the store. Felt like a Ross in some sections of the store with how disorganized it was. Management wasn’t very helpful for one cashier that was having issues with her card reader not registering button selections.So overall, lil disorganized, does have most of what I need, management needs to better pay attention to employee needs for help.

The bank tellers are so friendly and respectful. Love coming here. This place is new to me and its huge. The branch near Warner closed to I had to walk farther South. Just a block south from Target. Cant go wrong here.

I had a really bad experience it was 3 minutes before they close and both Managers didnt let me in, one of them repeatedly told me that I had exactly 3 minutes but many times, maybe they were in rush but is not the right way to treat costumers

Clean store, easy to locate items since this wasnt my usual target. They have like 2 rows of just clearance toys great selection not too messy. Big parking lot near other shopping stores and restaurants.

I love Target but my particular Target is always low or out of stock of a ton of stuff I am shopping for. I am not sure if it is because they dont get enough shipments or if my local Target is super popular but I do find it frustrating to be unable to buy the things I come in for. The employees are always so nice but they so often have to tell me Sorry, that item is out of stock I feel bad even asking them for help anymore.

This store is always neat and orderly with a wide selection of beauty products and a lot of stylish home goods and furniture. This parking lot has a poor layout so keep an eye out for the drivers around you. Ive never really waited in a significant line at this location and for added convenience, there are a bunch of great restaurants in the same shopping center.

This location is okay. What I don’t understand is there are a few employees at the checkout stands. Twice I asked an employee(s) a question and the didn’t speak English. Of course most do. I was just surprised that they didn’t even try to help or find someone who could. Oh well I least Target hired them.

I had lost my license and did not know until that day. They said I could not get my order unless I had my license or my passport. I had to go home and get my passport. I know you do that for identity theft but I had a Kaisor card with my name on it and my credit card and other cards with my name on it. It just made me feel like they thought I was a criminal but I had already paid for the oven with my credit card so why all the fuss if I did not have my license? I am going to DMV tomorrow to get my license replaced since I had a surgery/melanoma and I must have left the license at Kaiser hospital or I was so sick I lost it. I understand identity theft is on the rise but they said I only have 3 days to pick up my order. I did go get a passport but what if I did not have one then the order would have been sent back? Also when you lose your license the replacement I will get tomorrow does not have my picture on it. This seems too much. I had about 12 cards in my wallet with my name on it and they would not accept that. When you dont order things online and you use a credit card in the store you dont have to have a picture ID. Anyway I did get my order but what about people who lose or do not have a license and already pay for it does that mean they cant get the merchandise they paid for? I know they are going by protocol but I was an investigator for 31 years and I feel this is too much when I am not a criminal and a law abiding citizen. I guess to get my other orders I will have to show my passport even if I go tomorrow to get my temporary license. I understand you are protecting the consumer but what about the time you guys messed up and gave out our information when the big identity theft happened? I would have lost money then but good thing my bank caught it. Instead you punish good people like me and accuse them of not being the person who already paid for the oven, shampoo and sandals on my credit card!!! I had to go home get my passport and come back. That is wasted time and gas money.

I always come to target. It’s my go to store. I know my way around and know where most stuff are located. And sometimes I find good discounts or promotions. However, I stopped coming constantly I use to go about 3 times a week now I go like once a month IF I REALLY HAVE TO. Only because one time I went at night and a guy was playing music and singing and an employer or manager told him he couldn’t be there. It was very upsetting because I think he actually brought customers in. If anything not to be rude they should remove the homeless I’ve met some that ask for more that what they are given and get mad about it. It’s very upsetting Because we try to give them money and they don’t appreciate it. In the other hand the guy that was singing didn’t bother any one and accepted whatever anyone wished to give. I felt so bad that I wanted to tell him that at Walmart they don’t do that and that I was willing to give him a ride but I had a full car so I couldn’t. Overall, I like this target but I don’t go often anymore since that incident. I’ve been going to Walmart instead. Plus Walmart is cheaper.

It is very notable that Leadership thinks about the customer safety first and experience. Both can be felt on more than one trip to my local target.

Always love target and this one isnt super crowded. Homeless on the benches however they arent bothering many individuals. Pretty organized and great clearance sections🙂

The store was very clean, and well organized. The only problem I had was finding an associate to answer my questions. It was peak time so it doesnt make sense to be so understaffed.

I’ve always had good experience at Santa Ana store.All employees do an excellent job with their customers. I’ve never had an unfriendly associate or encounter.

I ordered a pack of horizon organic milk for my kid and they are expired! Lucky my kid didnt drink it.

Really kind cashier. It was under-stocked on sparkling water beverages.

Love the brands, the styler, the environment, the service and the prices are reasonable.

Great Place For Nails

The security guard; Adrian is a total douchebag, Im here trying to help a brother up get his life together, and because they had an incident in the past, him and Target, mind you, NOT ME I aint even live here ..the security guard basically kicked us out, FUDGE him, like brother I just gave you half a thousand in business, get off my back...no, not really interested in bringing money to Target anymore...grrr, hire better security Target!!!

Pretty good experience with the workers. The people around me not so much. Its like the have to stop and take a break every 5 seconds. Also how people block the walking paths.

Walking into Target is like going to any big box chain store. Everything is arranged the same, similar products in each aisle, workers in red shirts... if you live far from home...go to a suburban target and feel whole again.

This place sells used and damaged products at full price with no posted advisory warning. Easily the worst Target Ive ever been to. Another ugly blemish in an ugly, armpit of a town. Dont believe the local guides arbitrarily giving this location 5 stars. The low rating reviews give a more accurate depiction of this terrible terrible store. Dont shop here if u can avoid it.

Today I when to this target it’s been long time I haven’t come back I want it to buy a lop too but the Asian guy who was helping he was rude iAsk questions about the product but he dint help me at all bad experience todayI do sales for living but I always help my costumer no matter who you are I make them happy and satisfied

Returned item purchased online at store and I was the only one in line and 2 employees behind counter and did not acknowledge that I was there. 4 more people inline behind me and employees walked in and out of counter area and no one helped. We all waited about 7 minutes till someone came over from the sales floor to help.

Well stocked, good service with friendly staff. They had the LED replacement for a GU 10 halogen bulb that I wanted! At 10pm! Right on target!

They have a variety of selections and a clean store with the aroma of Starbucks great coffee brewing. I especially love the self checkout makes easier and faster to check out.

I was waiting for 20 minutes outside in the drive up i was undersun waiting. Another car pulled up they got there stuff before me! the crew member that pulled out the other persons items said shell be back I didnt want her to come so i went behind her and i got to the customer service and i saw her doing something else the other cashier completely ignored me and until another crew member that came from her lunch helped me get me items this was the worst experenice i have gotten i was coming from work tired and had to pick up my children instead of the drive up i should of gone inside and done the shopping myself !

Called to speak to the camping department to ask if they carry butane fuel. Customer service picks up and puts me on hold for ELEVEN minutes, re ringing 4 different times with them putting me on hold again each time. The 5th time the same person answers and finally puts me through to a girl in the camping department. She asks me to respell butane twice because she has no idea what that is. I ask to talk to the manager and the response is, the manager is on break and I dont know how to transfer you. Phenomenal customer service, Target of Santa Ana.

Came in on a Saturday night in a hurry to buy Dog food lines were all packed so I decided to go to the self check out wow what a huge mistake every time I would scan a can of dog food in would say assistance needed God knows what for I had 5 cans it did it every time after the 4th one it stated assistance needed once again and I could pay or rescan the items the target associate took about 10mins to come over and assist us. Will not be coming here again.

Its my go to store, everything is clean and organized. Depending on the time you go it is a pretty fast check out, this place gets pretty busy sometimes. Theres not many superstores nearby so I can understand the long lines on the weekends 🙊
