I bought a new truck, 2021 Silverado.The dealership was reasonable on price, it was the exact one I wanted. Negotiations on a trade were reasonable, although I decided not to trade in. No pressure was given, got a better rate than promised (3.14% in Aug 2021).Overall - a very good no stress experience!My only recommendation is to speed up the process to close. Although it wasnt bad, there are dealers where you can walk in and walk out in less than 1 hour, financed!Thanks!

I had an appointment set for Friday at 12 when I get there the rep said that they wont be able to look at my car till Monday if that was the case why didnt they set my appointment for Monday I ask if they could give me a courtesy car and he couldnt give me one it was Halloween weekend and I couldnt take my son out to this favorite place because I didnt have a car so fyi the people making the appointments needs to talk to the reps that also needs to talk with the mechanics so that us as guest will have better experiences with dealerships

After an awful experience yesterday at DeLand Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (would not recommend at all), I came here today and had a wonderful experience. They are so kind and welcoming, they really work with you and get the job done. They gave me the best car buying experience. I would highly recommend them. They even have you ring a celebratory bell after you make a purchase and the entire staff shares in your enjoyment and celebration with cheers, smiles and clapping. My wife was interested in a LT1 Camaro, and left a message for the finance manager to call her back. No calls from anyone. I called and asked if they were interested in selling cars. They responded Yes, and I gave them my wifes number again, still no contact has been made. Dont deal with this place!!!!! Customer service sucks!!.

I went in to test drive a Trailblazer with Norma. She was great with communicating with me via text and call that the car was delivered. I went the next day to test drive and purchased the car same day! Norma was completely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process start to finish. I would completely recommend this dealership as everyone there was pleasant and once I did purchase the car all the staff was congratulating me!

After spending quite a large sum of money at this dealership we returned for our first service. There were several issues that were attempted to be passed along. However, the service writer wouldn’t hear of any of the issues because we only scheduled an oil change. This service took approximately 3 hours. We drove over an hour and a half each way for the service and to start warranty claims. This didn’t happen. They did look at the squeaky brakes. After they were visualized and measured with a caliper we were told they were fine.This part blows my mind!!!! He told us the reason they were squeaking had to do with the upgraded brakes. Apparently if we had a less expensive model the brakes wouldn’t squeak. 🤯🤯🤯We will be contacting Cadillac and the Better Business Bureau about how we were treated.AVOID SEMINOLE CHEVROLET!!!!!!!

One of the few dealers that I went to that were respectful and not too pushy.But………(and this does happen).I know more about the vehicles than they do and they could care less……….all they ever want to know is …..How much can u pay a more and how much down?I don’t really want to give an answer (at first)I want to know1. How much for my trade in?2. How much……..Out the door cost?they are so quick to judge you/me……that they didn’t even give me the time to talk about numbers.$65,000 car……..I was going to put at least half of the purchase price in cash down.Nope…….they want to deal monthly payments…..not the bottom line.I could of brought it up on my phone in about 30seconds……for proof………..nope they just insult you by putting no effort or time for you.

This is one of the best auto purchases we have ever had. The Best Sales Manager ever, Johnny, greeted us outside the door and took us to the Best Salesman ever, Randal Holcomb. He sold us a vehicle and turned us over to the Best Finance Manager ever, Johnathan Harris. These people are relentless, cant take a no for an answer. If you want to be bugged everyday for the next week like a robocall center give your number to them. Not to mention their pushy behavior when theyre trying to make a sale eventhough I said we cant do it since the bank is closed (and its 10 minutes to their closing time). I have it 2 becuase they do have the over-inflated C8s on display.

My 2021 Silverado had only 2200 miles on it when the front camera failed taking the lane departure warning feature with it. I made an appointment and brought it in... got there to find out the appointment is JUST for a service advisor. They could not do the diagnostic that day. I called the service manager to express my disappointment since I couldnt leave truck overnight without a loaner ... so I took it home. Rescheduled diagnostic, then it took 8 weeks to get the part in due to backlog. Technician scheduling then caused them to need to keep my truck an extra day, which was again inconvenient.My first repair experience was kind of a hassle. Looks like scheduling is an issue and not having a loaner program is an issue. Also, was told they were unable to wash my truck due to the size of it !?!?

Bought an Equinox from Seminole last November. Had to have it towed this week when the transmission went out on I-4.They returned it without repair (which would have been under warranty) saying they couldnt find a problem. The onboard computer reported a transmission problem and sent me an email; the car stopped accelerating and then stopped running on the highway. We were lucky to get off the highway without wrecking. There is a clearly a problem with the transmission that they do not wish to fix.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Our salesman was very professional the day we purchased our car, however, it ended after we signed. First issue- I specifically stated I did not want my credit pulled more than 3 times. A month later, I get my credit recap and they pulled my credit SIXTEEN TIMES!!! The car was also missing the coin holder and they promised to ship one out right away. We are over 2 months later, after several calls and promises made, still do not have the coin tray and still have a huge hole where it should be. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!

I had to get a replacement key fob. I stopped by the dealership as my agreement requires. The tech was rude that I talked to and told me I had to make an appointment. I made an appointment for 8:00 am. After arriving was informed that the department didnt open till 9:00. After waiting for 4 hours to get the fob programed, I found out they didnt program it as the number 2 driver as they were told, so the auto settings dont work. Even though I ordered in advance the key was not with the Fob so now I have to return for the key, and more programing. Mulnax Ford has given my son great service, Seminole has not given me good service.

Our sales person Randal was incredibly helpful, understanding, and accommodating from the very beginning. He was respectful of our time given that we have two young children and made the buying process as easy as possible. Never once did he seem annoyed that my kids were screaming or that we needed an extra minute or two to compose ourselves. He was exceptional! Jonathan in finance was wonderful as well. He did everything that he could to make the process speedy while still being thorough. He answered our questions in a way that made me feel heard. He took the time to interact with my kids when they got antsy, and showed genuine interest in our lives. From start to finish the process was enjoyable and easy!

If youre there in person Im sure theyll sell ya a vehicle. If youre active duty military and out of state they make sure to drag their feet hoping someone else will come along and buy the vehicle you want. I had a loan approved ready to go, told them I wanted it and was ready to buy. I finally hear back a day later that its sold. I could be wrong about the dealer it could have just been Jeff that screwed me and my family over.

What horrible experience today dealing with an absolute A-Hole non professional sales manager by the name of Shannon Sharon Ashford I brought my C8 Corvette Z51 Stingray in for an oil change and I couldnt sit down fast enough before Shannon sent over sales staff hounding me too sale my Corvette to them . After repeating over and over again that I wasnt interested I finally said okay 120k and boy did that piss Sharon Ashford off ! He said alot of unprofessional words but I set his over lapping belly straight!So I can definitely say I will never return or suggest anyone to go there he needs a crash course in dealing with customers and knowing how to address people in a more respectful manner whether you have an expensive vehicle or not everyone should be treated with RESPECT!

We were looking up Jeep Compass’s in the area and found one at the Seminole Chevrolet. We then got a call from Randal and decided to go take the drive and check out the car! We were met by Randal and looked and test drove the same car we found online. He was not aggressive or pushy like most salesman he was perfect and didn’t make us feel like this was pressured decision. The experience was great! And I would definitely recommend this dealership and Randal to anyone. We got the car that we wanted and for a reasonable price!

Dealerships dont have a reputation of honesty, but this service department really fails. Wont quote a specific repair over the phone. I ask for a transmission fluid and filter change, and they quote me for a flush. So price goes up by a few hundred when I get there. Then when I asked to schedule a look at my car for a potential repair, they dont tell you its 160 dollars just to look. They wait until you make the drive to tell you.

Well I brought it in for some routine maintenance and a problem with the motor on the passenger side mirror. They had no problem calling me to upsale some maintenance to get more money but no more communication until the cashier called to ask when I was going to pick it up. When I did go to pick it up I looked at the receipt and there was nothing about fixing the mirror. I asked about that and the cashier became rather rude and said I would have to talk to the service advisor. She asked snarkily if I wanted to talk to the service manager and I said yes. At that point she took my keys and said she was going to pull my truck around. When she pulled into the drive I wanted to test the mirror with the keys and the cashier refused to let me hold my own keys to test the mirror to see if it would retract and open. Again the cashier was rather rude about it. She then told me she would have the service advisor call me the next day. Of course the mirror is still not working correctly, never was contacted by the service department or the service manager and now have to arrange something to have the mirror repaired. Poor customer service, rude staff, failure to perform requested work. Poor communication. Not a great service experience. I wish Seminole Chevrolet was not the only GM dealership in the county.

What a joke. Made an 11am appointment with the service department. Arrived at 10:30am-early! 3.5 hours later, no one had even diagnosed the issue. Complete waste of my day. I just asked for my car and left. Made an appointment with a local mechanic and that will diagnose for half the price and look at it now. Never again, folks.

If I could rate them zero stars, I WOULD.DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP. ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE YOUNG. THEY WILL PUT YOUR LIFE IN DANGER AND NOT CARE AT ALL. The process of purchasing a vehicle through them was AWFUL. First issue, the vehicle we test drove was not the vehicle we made an initial inquiry on. Not a big deal but it wasn’t told to us until 7:30pm that night when they told us we needed to bring the car back. Turns out we filled out, filed and signed paperwork for a vehicle in the showroom and instead of checking/changing the vin numbers on the cars they let us leave with the WRONG VEHICLE. The finance consultant we had was EXTREMELY RUDE the next day when we came in and explained we didn’t want the vehicle in the showroom at that point and he had to take time out of his day to fill out all the paperwork again with the correct vin number. Next issue, a few days after having the vehicle, I was running errands when all of a sudden the brakes started to act up. I immediately made a service appointment for 10am the next day and took the car home. Upon arrival, everything seemed to be going smoothly until I noticed it seemed to be taking a long time too figure out the issue. Hours passed, and it was approaching 3:30pm before the service consultant I was working with came to me and told me that the brakes in the vehicle were severely impacted and that they could’ve gone out on me at any given time. She was surprised I hadn’t gotten into a car accident. First thought in my mind, was WOW THEY WILL SELL YOU A VEHICLE WITHOUT EVEN INSPECTING IT FIRST, AWESOME. Did I mention I was eight almost nine months pregnant at the time? Or that it was my daily driver? Did they offer me a loaner once... HA nope. They didn’t “have any”. At 4:45pm when I told them I needed to go home and they made me aware their transit service couldn’t take me all the way to Mt. Dora (where I live). They finally got me a loaner vehicle, (cause I was in luck one just came back!), it was now approaching 5:15pm. After sitting in their waiting area for almost EIGHT HOURS, I got in the loaner vehicle and the tire pressure light was on for the two back tires. When I went back into the service department to let them know I needed the tires filled with air it was attitudes all around.. from even the service manager himself! Fast forward to now, I have called MULTIPLE times to go over our service package with them, as we were told we were to receive free oil changes for a year. Which clearly was a LIE, since I am constantly getting told they will “get back with me later”. They never have and now NEVER WILL. They will no longer have ANY of our families business as we are a Chevy family and almost all of us have Chevy/GMC vehicles. GOODBYE SEMINOLE CHEVROLET, HELLO NEW SMYRNA CHEVROLET. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME, BUSINESS OR MONEY.

Leslie is awesome. She is very professional and looks out for her customers. The process took way too long. My appointment was at 9 am....my vehicle wasn’t seen till afternoon....that’s not good. Hire more mechanics or observe the efficiency of the ones that you have but something has to change

I had some programming issues with my vehicle. I was paired with William and he was so very helpful. He made sure to have my vehicle checked as soon as possible. He also helped me get on a payment plan for the balance owed when it exceeded alotted monies for repair. Which was greatly appreciated. I was able to leave in my car that was repaired that day. Thanks for everything William!!!

If youre shopping for a car here make sure to ask for Steven, specially if it’s a Colorado you’re looking for. While everyone at this location was great, Steven shined as a very knowledge and relatable representative, he’s not pushy and gives you all the information you need to make the right decision. If every salesman was like Steven, well, I’d probably be broke. Great work and thank you for your help.
