I purchased a foundation on 9/03/21, from a very nice salesman. Delivery was included with the sale. I have the paper work to prove that there was a delivery scheduled.I received a call for the store manager today 9/14/21 stating that since I did not buy a mattress with the foundation they would not delivery it due to store policy. He stated that the salesman did not know that store policy.He only gave me two options, get the foundation myself or get a refund. I cannot physically get the foundation up my stairs. That’s the reason why the delivery was so important. He stated in the same conversation that he had reached out to the district manager as well, the policy remained regardless of the salesman incorrect mistake . This is not customer service at all.I would not enter the store and purchase a mattress from them. Buyer beware! They don’t stand behind what the salespeople promise!

Jacob was absolutely amazing! I’ve never had customer service like I did today, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the beds I tried today. It’s exciting to see a young man doing honest work.

Jacob was very nice put when it came down to getting credit in store it was not good said we could only get 1000 and then when we got a different credit line we couldn’t use it and pay half. So we had to pay out of pocket for hole bed. Wouldn’t go back here.

Had a phenomenal experience coming here and picking out a mattress. Amanda welcomed us in and helped us right away. Sanford has a lot of mattress stores so what makes this one any different? First they have a mattress testing center that you lay on and it analyzes your body on a mattress. They take that data and lead you to the mattress that fit that profile. The prices are very good. Left with a bed that we felt like was the best fit. Also, Amanda was wondering to work with and helped us pick the mattress that was perfect for us and in our price range. Hands down the best experience!

This is the place to buy a bed. Amanda is phenomenal at sales and her personality makes it real. She does not blow smoke. She makes it her task to get to the nitty gritty of what is needed for you. She instantly got me on the bed match machine and changed my world. Mattress Warehouse has a keeper with this lady.

Amanda was great! She took the time to explain the differences between the mattresses that the machine recommended. We shopped at 2 other stores but came back to deal with her. She remembered us and the check out process was very quick. And we’ll be getting our new mattress in 3 days, not 4-5 weeks like other stores.

Quick and helpful service.

My husband and I had a great experience here. We knew we wanted a king hybrid but that was it. We went inside and talked with Amanda who showed us a handful of beds that she felt would work for us based on our conversation and the assessment of a bed you lay on that analyzes you/your partners body. One mattress stood out to us both instantly and it was reasonably priced. This is the only store we went into and we walked out within 30 minutes having bought a mattress that will be delivered in 5 days! Amanda was not only great with us but great with my 2 year old son who was running around the store like he owned the place. She even had balloons to distract him so we could focus. Great experience will update if there are any problems with shipping or anything else but I dont anticipate it!

Went in today to look at mattresses to see what I like and expecting to wait a few days for delivery since my car doesnt have room for a mattress. Kristen (so sorry if thats the wrong spelling) directed me to the few memory foam mattresses in store, and I gave each one a shot and happened to like the Nectar Lush. Even with a couple customers coming in and browsing she was attentive to everyone and still got me checked out quickly. Just so happened there was one more in stock, and she allowed me to try to fit it in my car before having to resort to delivery. Thankfully it fit just fine, so no need to wait!
