So many good things to say about my experience at the Sleep Number Store. Laura was my sales person. She was very friendly and overall just a delightful person. She was able to answer all my questions which is a pleasant change from other bed stores who just want you to get on one of their beds. She knew a lot and was able to help me pick out pillows and sheets I have been looking at. Definitely coming back here to get my adjustable foundation.

I had a terrific experience at this location. Roselan explained the various functions and options but was never pushy or focused on just selling. I didnt buy during my visit but said Id like to think it through and I would call the following day to finalize - if I so decided. When I did call, Roselen was off but had ensured the details were prepared and her colleague was able to finalize everything in just a few minutes - zero repetition or wasted time. I dont believe that the call lasted more than 10 minutes total including financing (@ 0%.) This is my 2nd SN bed - great product and awesome staff. They know their products well and answer questions easily- Ive had only positive 3xperiences from purchase through delivery.

The staff is very friendly. I purchased a new set of sheets using my insider appreciation discount coupon. The salesman explained thedifferent materials for the sheets and there are lots of color options.I have been to the Sanford Fl store several times and it is always afun experience. Glad to be a Sleep Number customer!

Great experience in the store. Unfortunately we were told one delivery date and then three days before the date they call and say oops, my bad, we have to change your date. So they change it to a date that I did not pick and there only option is, well we can do mid April! Uh, I was promised a date and you did not deliver on that promise. Now I have the choice of canceling my vacation or waiting till mid April! Not good customer service at all. I have never paid $7200 on something and had to wait this long for delivery. They agreed to refund my delivery fee. Thanks alot when you are offering free delivery online. Customer service is a dying concept and I hate to say it, Sleep Number is leading the way!

Good.guality beds.but the numbers on yrs as warranty not enough yrs.they only offer you 3 yrs on the warranty.for a bad...of 7 thousands dollars and up.no nigth tables.or lamps...

Funny story because we went there with the intentions of only getting information and prices. Laura was very knowledgeable on explaining how the sleep number bed works. This bed targets all of your pressure points and adjust to your body as you sleep also their app keeps you fully informed with your heartbeats and how you slept throughout the night. My main problem is my lower back. In the screen it showed how red that area was. After Laura adjusted the bed to support my back fully where all the read areas where all of the sudden they where blue and purple which means that the bed has fully supported your back. It literally felt like laying on a cloud. I highly recommend this bed once you try a sleep number bed you will never go back to another mattress. You also get a pretty nice discount if you use me as a referral my name is Johanna Colon.

Dan was great. We were in and out within 20 min. We told him what we wanted. He delivered.

Sleep Number beds are not worth the money. We spent $3132 on their top of the line bed. Our sleep is no better then the $600 mattress we had before. Customer service is a joke. The company is refunding me $2384 for our return. No refund on the cheaply made, defective $200 mattress cover only a one time replacement in a 10 year period. I would rate them a minus star if I could. Buyer beware. You dont always get what you pay for. Dont waste your time or your cash on these beds. The only improvement is for the companys bottom line.

Beds price extremely high.

They were packed but everyone was wearing face masks and they were very careful in making sure they used coverings on the pillows and were very apologetic for us having to wait. Would recommend to all my friends.

Dan was awesome..would recommend getting one..we bought 10am with flex3 base..cant wait til it gets here..Dan was knowledgable, curtious and fast..but was there to explain all questions we had.

Might as well be called build a bed the store employee did not tell us we wouldve had to put it together. Then when we did get it, a piece was missing, so my boyfriend went there after work and working it all out. We got the new box and they sent us 2 new side foam pieces, one foams end piece and another foam top, we only needed another foam piece, and we got a short queen and they sent us pieces for a queen, I do not recommend it.

What great experience we had. Our sales associate was friendly and help with every question we had.

I first purchased a Sleep Number bed 17 years ago.The 1st bed I purchased was Great. The material thatThe 2nd bed I purchased it very hot. Its terrible and I cant get sleep # to do the right thing.I recently purchased a vera cool padding trying to make my bed cooler.The cover for the padding had pink coloring on different spots. So I took it back to the Sanford Store and Laura a main salesperson made it right.I feel after dealing with sleep number for so many years they qualify controll has suffered tremendously.Only because of the salesperson Laura in Sanford would I try them again.The customer service on the phone is terrible.Make sure you get what you pay for they used to be a Super company and their very expensive.I have a bad back is why I went to them to begin with.

The staff in this store are very helpful. All our questions were answered. Yes we did buy a bed. I would suggest to find your deal and go home and think about it before you buy. These beds are expensive and we felt we should mull it over. Glad we did. There are always questions you wont think of while there that could affect your decision and the price of the bed, frame and accessories. It did for us.
