Work done was excellent, it looked like it never happened. Lou and George were courteous. The estimate process was smooth,honest, legitimate and reasonable.Lou even fixed a scratch at no charge. They even worked on a holiday to get the job done timely and efficiently. I highly recommend them. Lou and the team at Moreno Motors drastically exceeded my expectations when it came to doing a full and complete disassembly and painting of my 1993 Ford Mustang GT. When it came to deciding what exactly I wanted to do with the car, Lou offered suggestions which were derived from years of experience. However, one thing to note, although Lou offered suggestions as to what he thought would look good, I never felt pressured to accept his suggestions. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and completed the job thoroughly, efficiently, and with great pride. I had no qualms about leaving my low mileage, stock, late model Fox Body at the shop for a few months while Lou and George completed the work on a car that I love. While at the shop I could tell that I was in the presence of someone who took great pride in his work. At other shops, I felt like the price far outweighed the service I would get. Here, I felt as though I was being undercharged for the work they put into my car. Lou took the time to disassemble, fix dents and rust, rework stubborn old body panels, prime, and paint. He took the time, showing pride and care while keeping on a schedule. Lou and his son took to the time to work on my cars paint job, truly making it into a show car. As the job progressed, Lou took the time to photograph and send the pictures to me. Also, I felt welcomed to come by the shop anytime to see the cars progress. At the end, my expectations have far been exceeded and I am extremely happy to have had my car worked on by these guys. Thanks a lot for your help and I look forward to returning and having the Bronco done next. You guys rock!

Excellent meticulous work. Good attention to detail. Timey, speedy service. I had a lot of dents and scratches in my van over the years. He fixed them all and made them look like new at very reasonable price. I took even second car to him for some minor scratches. He fixed it in less than what I would have to pay as deductible for my insurance. Highly recommended.

Excellent service nice and neat job

After getting several estimates to paint my 2003 Matrix, we chose Moreno Motors and Lou to do the job; not because it was the least expensive but because of the explanation of the thorough job that would be done. All the dents, rust, etc were repaired in the time he stated and the outcome was fabulous!! With the clear coat as the final coat, our Matrix looks brand new! Thanks Lou!
