Poor customer service for English speaking customers. I was placed on hold every time I called for 20 plus minutes. I even asked to speak to a supervisor on a few occasions, and no one came to the phone. I lost a contact while on my trip here to Puerto Rico, anyone who wears contacts knows how emergent this situation is. All I needed to know was if they had my prescription, before I pay a cab to go all the way there and they didn’t wasting time and money. I utilize the Walmart vision center where I live, and I should be able to seamlessly have my prescription faxed to any Walmart to receive assistance. Unacceptable!!!
To bad. It is 3 weeks since I ordered my contac lenses and it is no there. People from the office made a big mistake and NOBODY sag anything. I was calling daily. The told me tomorrow. Call back. It is SO Agraviader. Do not recomende!
I liked the glasses but not where Im going to keep them. They gave me something like a plastic soap dish that opens by itself.
