Its hard to get great personal service at many places nowadays, so it is always a pleasant experience when you get STELLAR service. My experience at LensCrafters at Plaza las Americas went well beyond my expectations. Everyone that took care of me was professional, helpful, and KIND. Sydia was AMAZING. I do not use that word lightly.

Was visiting San Juan Puerto Rico and needed the ear piece on my Ray Bans replaced. In and out in 10 minutes. Excellent customer service. Very happy with my experience. They were very patient with my lack of Spanish! And her English was great! Thank you!

Great service! Fast, efficient and courteous. I obtained an appointment here with no effort, after calling 6 other local optometrists who would not accept patients for weeks - even months. The exam and prescription were covered by my insurance AND I obtained a better price in my prescription than in other mega stores. The focal points in my prescription were better aligned here than in 2 other optometrist offices. I will keep returning yearly.

Wow, service is REALLY bad. They eye exam part was professional and efficient. But then I was stuck in the store for a full hour trying to pay bc system was down. Now its been two weeks and Ive been trying to call for an hour to inquire about the status of my order and no one responds. I tried LC customer help to send a message and it will not accept inquiries from Puerto Rico. Tried the live chat and no one was available. DO NOT go to this store.

If I could give the eye doctor a 5 star rating I would! He was excellent and super kind. My son and I really enjoyed being cared for by him. As far as the optical area, we were pretty much told to go elsewhere and maybe check out Pearle Vision, so we did, and we bought my sons glasses there. The eye doctor wanted me to trial contacts, but the type of contact he wanted me to trial were not available that day. No big deal. The girl said they will be in in a few days, and that she would call me, but it has been 7 or 8 weeks or so and still nobody has gotten back to me about it. In summary, the eye doctor was fabulous, but as far as glasses and contacts, I took my business elsewhere and ordered online. I never had a had bad experience like this at LensCrafters before and this is why I came specifically to LensCrafters. In the past, I felt well cared for and attended to. I am actually surprised by the poor customer service experience here.

The choices of men glasses are large. In many other places there usually not many to choose from. The staff were amazing and professional. The eye doctor very thorough. A great visit and highly recommended.

Worst service ever.IIve been here waiting for over an hour for something so simple. Just needed to change my lens because I had to go to another optometrist. Phones were going off, and nobody answered ...they were running around like headless chickens. Worst experience ever. I have been to this LensCrafters 5 times and twice was to receive the wrong prescription and the other times received the wrong glasses.How can something be so unorganized and mismanaged?

It has been 5 weeks that I spent 600$ on glasses that I never got. if you call their phone AWESOME they will never pick up the phone ( they said they would call when is ready, they never did ). Honestly I never experienced anything like this before I think they should shut down the business. If they dont have anybody capable of picking up the phone, go out of business. I will NEVER recommend this store to you. If you read this, please save yourself of being scammed / ignored. Go anywhere else.

Customer service is appalling; they don’t call you when they say they will; they hardly ever answer the phone, and when they DO answer the phone they put you on hold for more than 12-15 minutes. It’s like the store is being run by children. Trust me when I say, find a different branch or store.

Excelent experience! We took our 4yo on 12/4/19 for an eye exam and check-up. The store openend at 9am sharp. Employees were super friendly, attentive and caring. No waiting time for anything. The coordinator was very nice and professional. The employee who first examined my 4yo was excellent, very approachable, helped my 4yo not be afraid and feel confident and at ease. Helped the process flow wonderfully. The eye doctor was amazing, very professional and caring. My 4yo had no problems during the process, no fear and felt comfortable. There was lots of personnel on the floor attending customers and were very professional. Will be returning for sure going forward for us and our kids. Thanks for all your hard work and care!

Has an eye exam and my prescription changed so I was urging for my new glasses. Visited the store last Saturday and was told my glasses were held up in customer in Oregon. Called today still haven’t come in. 6 weeks waiting now they did however replace my lenses with the new prescription but no one can answer how long the will take. Very disappointing. Will never buy from these people again.

Horrible costumer service. The employees dont explain to you the deductible you have to pay for warranty, and then blame each other when you dont understand and are paying for your glasses. They also tell you your glasses will be done in two hour. Later you go three (almost four) hours later (after they tell you) and the glasses are still not done. Honestly, the service was horrible; I would not recommend. Different employees kept saying If I would have been in-charge of you I would have done blah blah blah differently. Horrible communication within their team. BARELY DESERVES ONE STAR BEING COMPLETELY HONEST.

I liked the variety of frames, thats the only reason for the stars. I picked out four frames and was ready to be attended to possibly buy a couple of frames and fit some lenses. I waited a long time and none of the employees seemed interested in attending me. There were plenty employees, barely any customers, and they were all just fooling around, phones were ringing and they werent even picking up the phones. I walked out very disappointed and sad because I was hoping to get some new frames and glasses but the service made me not want to give them my business.

Ive used this locations for my eye exam for the last 4 years ... for my last exam I went on a rutinary exam, no problem with my vision and My recipe. Then the Dr decide to give me a recipe from 3 years ago (the last 2 years have been the same) At the moment of received my glasses i could not see properly dizzy and blurry ... I had to come back and loose time ... I really think this is my last experience with you guys
